It has been 7 days since I traded in my 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 and they have not paid off my loan. Purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK on Friday June 12 and traded in my 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500. The finance department has yet to pay my loan payoff on my Chevy 7 days later on June 19.

Plates where supposed to be transferred from trade in. Instead the dealer submitted registration for new plates. Honda CR-V 2017 White Sold 07/02. Josh - Manager, Gary - Sales Member, Anthony - Title Registration The dealer stated that the old registration card was provided when the transaction occurred instead of transferring the plates which were registered and are current the dealer took the 'easier' route in their words, to complete the transaction instead of reaching out and getting the new paperwork.

Never received title to my car
Never received title to my car. Never return calls. I bought a Tundra from Adams Auto Group 30+ days ago and was told they would send me my title. My tag had expired and I called numerous times to get answers and a status. I keep getting transfer, having to leave messages and still no one would return my call or give me an answer. So I went to the license plate agency to check if the VIN was register. And it wasn't. So something tells me these people are operating an illegal business and are total fraud. It's no wonder they have so many complaints with ComplaintsBoard.com.

I saw a 2018 Jeep Renegade listed on both the cars.com and Adam's Auto Group website for $1500 on May 18,2020. I contacted Adam's Auto Group via email through their website letting them know that I was ready to purchase the used Jeep Renegade at the price advertised. Around 11:30ish am May 18,2020 I received a call and spoke with Marilin F who said she could not sell me the car for the price advertised. Chuck *** sent me an email the same day (May 18 at 3:47pm) outlining the company and had in bold all caps "***WE GUARANTEE TO MATCH OR BEAT ANY ADVERTISED PRICE***"

Was told two different quotes to choose from when I picked the one they didn't like the refused to sell me the car. I had a very uncomfortable experience. I was given two different quotes from the dealership who they said got the quotes from the bank that agreed to finance the car I was looking to purchase. One APR was 2% lower than the other. To get the lower APR I was told I had to purchase the extended warranty through the dealership. When I said I would decline on the extended warranty (which cost $2,000) and decided to take the higher APR, I was then told either I have to purchase the extended warranty or they would not sell me the car! I spoke with the manager on the phone (I think his name was Greg) he said "Either I buy the extended warranty or they won't sell me the car." Stating his right to refuse service. There are dozens of reddit threads stating this is a scam/manipulation tactic. It's just the dealership trying to get more money and has nothing to do with the banks at all.

purchased a 2016 GMC dually on 7/25 for 40,000.00. There was no spare tire have not received my VA state tags as of 7/26 I purchased a 2016 GMC dually on 7/25 for 40,000.00. There was no spare tire with the truck and we has to drive 500 miles back to Virginia. They promised me a tire would be shipped on the following Monday. No tire as of today. I paid for the title and tags for Virginia through them and I have not received them. I called today for another 30 tags. Now I cannot drive the truck until I received the state tags. Plus I have to have the truck inspected for Virginia which it will not pass because of the windshield blades, water in the side rear view mirror and the back up camera does not work. They will not return my calls. I am sorry I drove 500 one way from Colonial Beach, Va to Charlotte, NC and had to stay at a hotel for 2 nights to be treated like this. I would not send anyone to this used dealership. I would like to have my spare tire and my tags, if I am not going to get these items I want to receive my money back plus interest. This is a very poor way to do business.

I just recently purchased a car and paid cash for it. In less than 6 months my transmission has gone out in the car. On 01.28.2020, I purchased a 2014 Nissan Versa Note, VIN Number 3N1CE2CP8ELXXXXXX from Adams Auto Group. The physical address of Adamas Auto Group is*** NC, XXXXX. The vehicle's total price was $7,794.00. Adams Auto Group received a payment of $7,800 and rendered $4 in change. I am a Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma patient and after buying this vehicle I utilized cab services to get to my doctor's appointments. At some of my appointments, I receive treatments and undergo a battery of testing. So, therefore I don't feel comfortable driving myself. With that being said, I have not driven my new car as much. However, my transmission has been identified as needing a replacement after a short time of having the car in my possession. Upon contacting Adams Auto Group to update them on the situation, all representatives I spoke with were extremely rude and unwilling to help. I'm certain that I am not the first customer of Adams Auto Group to have this kind of experience.

Cut of and it never started up again I purchased a 2010 Ford F450 on June 4 from Adams Auto Group (XXX-XXX-XXXX). I drove it to my residence in Charlotte which was about 30 minutes away from the dealership and parked it in my driveway. About an hour later, I attempted to crank the truck to run a quick errand. The truck did not crank. I immediately called Adams auto group and informed them what had occured. They dispatched a Tow Truck the next day 9/5 to haul the vehicle to one of their mechanics to have it diagnosed and repaired. Today, it is now 3 months later September 8 and the truck still has not been fixed and returned to me. I have made 3 truck note payments to Capital One Auto Finance and I have yet to acquire possession of the vehicle. I recently requested Adams Auto Group to pay off my vehicle, refund my 5K downpayment and simply make me whole for all monthly payment made because the truck is deemed unrepairable. I also requested a loaner vehicle from Adam's during this time frame. They refused both of my requests and still insists on trying to get the truck fixed. I am convinced they sold me a lemon truck with known mechanical issues with discontinued parts.

This company has failed to make a repair/replace to my headlight as outlined in a written document I received from them during the sales transaction. The purpose of this letter is to express my dissatisfaction with Adams Auto Group located at *** , ***, NC. On December 13, I purchased a 2016 Audi A6 from Adams Automotive Group. I have a document in writing from Adams Auto Group called a "We Owe." This document specifically states that they would replace my front headlight, which to date, is currently not working. I arranged to have the headlight replaced with Adams Auto Group several months ago. I took off a day from work and drove back to***, NC from*** SC to have the light replaced. Upon my arrival, I was advised that the light was not in stock and they were having a difficult time locating it. I conducted my own research and located the headlight at a local Audi dealership and it is in stock. I am unable to drive my vehicle after daylight, because it is unsafe and illegal to operate a vehicle with one headlight at night. My attempt to drive with one headlight has resulted in a verbal warning by the police, mandating that the headlight be replaced within 30 days. I have contacted Adams Auto Group on multiple occasions to no avail. I am hoping that the ComplaintsBoard.com can get involved to help rectify the situation.

We feel as though this particular dealership took advantage of us! We went in to trade our vehicle and purchase a new one. My husband and I signed a release to do a credit check. After hearing from Hosea that the bank would finance with the amount we were good with we said we would go home and come back on Friday to do paperwork and finalize. Couple days later all of a sudden the "bank" wants more money. We didn't agree so the deal was dead...Or so we thought. Days later I tried to make my car payment only to find out this dealership paid off my car and was sent my title! I should be glad right? No way! I didn't give them permission to do that and when I confronted them Gregory S was very rude with me and said it was a glitch! Only after I told him I could prove we didn't sign paperwork while we were there looking! He was far from courteous! A glitch that went to MY finance company..just so happen to be down to the exact penny! He then tried to smooth it over with a statement of "your credit *** go up". This violated our privacy in the worst way! On top of that we can't even try to look at trading our vehicle because of this mess that they have willfully created! They didn't even take the time to apologize for the disruption in our life they caused. I can't make payments until this mess is cleared up and hope and pray that it doesn't affect my credit when it is. No apology. No vehicle. No remorse. No "please let's work something out". NOTHING! To them it's crooked business back at it! Which by the way they sold the vehicle a few days ago! Seeking legal help!

I buy a car and doesn't works well after 3 attempts I hac to bring it to the original dealer I had to pay for everything and they didn't refund me this dealer the one from the south BLVD on Saturday October 3 I went I made the purchase of a BMW 2017 left the dealer around 3:00 pm at 5:30 pm the car overheated the check engine I turned on the AC it stopped working and the car did not accelerate immediately I went to the dealer and they told me that it was something simple that it was only a lack of water in the radiator ok, that same day a little later the same thing happened again but not being Saturday I could do a lot, I just let Shawn know who sold me the car what happened, he told me, bring it first thing in the morning on Monday, ok, that I did on Monday, they tell me it's the thermostat that they'll take care of. They deliver it in the afternoon 6:30 pm more or less ... supposedly all good ... on Thursday morning surprise the check engine AGAIN I call my bank and they tell me that the dealer make an agreement with me or give me the money because the car does not work or pay for the service or I insisted that they give me the money back, they in a very bad way told me that I did not ask them to take charge of taking it to a certified BMW because if they knew that they had the car specifically, they didn't want me to have any other option but to take it myself Same to the BMW and the car was fixed now this dealer is supposed to pay me that money and they haven't given me a cent Terrible experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY HERE THERE IS A LOT OF GOOD DEALER THAT IF THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS they never refund me back

Would not address a safety issue I had after purchasing a vehicle. Upon inspection of the 2017 Sienna we were looking at, the salesman drove it to us with a flat tire. His manager ridiculed him and made him fill it up. They told me it was where it had sat on the lot for so long. Test drive went okay. Purchased on 4/25. Come Monday morning, the tire was completely flat. Aired it up and took it to the tire shop. They took the tire off the rim to find a large nail in the sidewall. Non-repairable. Cost for a new tire was around $250. Its been sitting at the shop for 3 days now to have the dealership resolve the problem with their "30 day unlimited warranty". We are 1.5 hours from the dealer and do not feel safe driving it that far with a sidewall issue. Called around lunch on Monday 7/26 and first spoke with the gentleman who sold me the vehicle. He asked how much it would cost to "get you rolling on a used tire"? I said a used tire? On a $26K vehicle? I think not. Said he would pass the info along to his manager. No call back. Have called at least 10 different times in the last 2 days with not one single answer after the receptionist forwarded my calls. Left messages with multiple members of the upper sales staff/management- Josh, Chuck, Frita J.and so on. I got so frustrated I called the Hickory location closest to me. The sales associate there told me to just find a tire shop that would fix a sidewall(good luck with that) and be done with it. Said that he did it all the time with his personal Mustang. When I told him my frustrations with getting in contact with someone at the Tryon location he basically told me to lie in what it was in regards to so someone would answer my call. Really? I need to lie to a dealership about why Im calling, to get someone to assist me? This is the most dishonest dealership I've ever done business with. 0 stars.

Adams Auto Group refuses to return my $1000 security deposit for a vehicle that I did not purchase nor signed any Bill of Sale, Buyer's Order or PO. On June 26, I contacted Adams Auto Group to inquire on 2016 Porsche 911 (VIN: WP0CA2A92GSXXXXXXX) listed for sale by Adams Auto Group on ***. I was transferred to the Finance Manager Mr. Greg S, where we discussed pricing of the car, transfer options to my home in ***, MA from *** NC. The price of the car was $69,995.00. I agreed to that price and Greg requested a $1000 security deposit which *** go towards paying for the transport of the vehicle from NC to MA while I apply for a car loan with *** Federal Credit Union. Mr. S emailed me on June 26 the a Buyer's Order/Purchase order with sale price of the car of $71,995. A discrepancy of $2000. I contacted Mr. S and Mr. Amir E with their sales department to raise this pricing discrepancy. Mr. S claimed this was a "mistake" and a new Buyer's Order/Purchase Order with the correct sales price would be sent. I submitted the form to my bank and it was rejected, because Adams Auto Group made another "mistake" using an incorrect address. I contact Adams Auto Group, correction was made, form was sent back by me to my bank. The bank once again rejected the form due to another mistake. This process happened six times where "mistakes" were being made to the most critical document, the Buyer's Order/Purchaser Order form. The mistakes included using the wrong APR calculation, missing State Tax and using the wrong full legal name. After six mistakes and lots of wasted time going back and forth between myself and Adams Auto Group I no longer felt confident with Adams Auto Group nor did I trust their business practices. I notified Mr. Amir E and communicated with the General Manager, Mr. C by email on June 30 informing him that I no longer want to purchase the car due to all the 'mistakes' made by his dealership. Mr. C informed me that Adams Auto Group would not return my $1000 security deposit. I never signed any document with Adams Auto Group. I was never informed by Adams Auto Group that the security deposit is non-refundable, it's not written in any document or email sent to me.
