I purchased a vehicle on 10/10
I purchased a vehicle on 10/10. To this date i have not received a tittle nor have they fixed faulty brake lights which is in the contract to do so. I have called the business multiple times only to be told the person i need to speak to is not there or in a meeting. They will not call me back and i can't legally drive car with expired tags and faulty brake lights. I need the car fixed and the title

I purchased a car from Cincy Auto Mall on the 18th of May and to this day I have been promised over and over a title to the car
I purchased a car from Cincy Auto Mall on the 18th of May and to this day I have been promised over and over a title to the car. They keep telling me they are having problems getting it and Ill just have to wait. My 90 day tag they gave me will expire on the 18th and I will no longer be able to drive the car. I tried to trade the car in on a lease car and was ask to return the lease car when Cincy Auto Mall Told Performance Lexus they could give them no time table on resolving the title issue. I have checked the law with the attorney general and have been informed that i should return the car and demand a full refund of the money spent. This has been a huge embarrassment to me having a car taken back.

I purchased a vehicle from them and was told it had been serviced and told everything that was wrong with it. I also opted to purchase their asc warranty that covers majority of any problem I should have for an additional amount of money. Within 2 weeks of having the vehicle the transmission went out and I tried to get them to deal with it with the warranty they claimed it was a preexisting problem but yet it's not listed on the problems. They won't cover the repair work and I even tried to give the truck back and just be done with it and they won't allow that either. I've been going in circles with them and the warranty place for weeks. So I have to come out of pocket on a vehicle that I've only driven a handful of times on both a car payment and the amount for the repair work that should have never been an issue in the first place before they will even do any kind of work. They are no help and I've never heard of anything like this from a reputable dealer.

I bought a car from Cincy Automall on the evening of 9/28. A paper with the car number and price hid a crack in the windshield, unseen until after purchase. I informed the company about the crack, but the service deteriorated. It took a week and daily calls to arrange a repair. I faced hang-ups, lies, and evasion. Staff, including Antonio, gave false names. Managers were unavailable. Sales Rep James and Manager Jay promised a repair appointment with a third-party service for October 6th, which didn't exist. I confirmed this by calling the service directly. Despite having proof of the appointment, Cincy Automall failed to schedule it. I had to use different numbers to contact them and recorded calls as evidence of their unprofessionalism. They offered to reimburse me for a repair by a third-party service, but I distrusted them. They sent an uncertified individual without insurance to fix the windshield, who never showed up. The manager never returned our calls. This experience with Cincy Automall's unprofessionalism and dishonesty is shocking, and I have recorded conversations and texts as evidence.
