This is to inform you that I have been trying to resolve a matter with ADCB regarding some transactions I made between December 2022 and March 2023. I had made the transfers to Argo Trade - a trading platform that did not provide me with any services.
I had contacted ADCB to raise a request for a charge back in time to initiate a chargeback, but after initiating a dispute, I have heard nothing from ADCB. I contacted customer service several times and the only response I received was that we will ask someone to call back. I also complained by email and also filled out the form on the ADCB website, but I have not received a call back. The customer service only replied that the case is closed and there is nothing we can do about it. My question is: How can a dispute be closed without any discussion with the party who raised the issue?
I have no choice but to turn to you, since despite umpteen efforts on my part, I am not receiving a satisfactory response from BANK. I ask you to intervene and help here.
