Appointments and no one ever answers a phone, cannot speak to anyone
A&E/Sears sent me 7 texts for my appointment on June 8th and then they called me to say they were not coming. GE says there was no appt. scheduled for today but it is for Monday June 12th. When I get your dam answering machine to reschedult it puts me further out than the 12th. This has gone on for 2 weeks. I have company coming on the 12th and I need a fridge. It is under warranty with GE and the compressor will be here Friday the 9th. A&E, Jim has been out on June 1st and said it was the compressor, quote: "Locked up". Now I cannot talk with you but GE at the executive offices said you are scheduled, it is in their computer and they all can see it so are you coming on the 12th or not? Please talk! Service contract
We purchased a dishwasher service contract from a and e factory service our dishwasher broke down twice in 6 months when it broke down in may we called for service the tech came out and said he had to order parts the parts came and we have made 4 request for service each time we waited all day and no one showed up on the last appointment date 6 7 2023 the tech claimed he completed the repair but he never showed up they have a phone number [protected] which no live person will answer they are a scam
Customer Service
It is impossible to communicate with this company! Initial appt scheduled by manufacturer (LG). Received an automated call to "call this number to schedule your appointment". Called the number, got an automated system which told me "to schedule your appointment, go online to our website". NOTE: there is NO option to speak to a person. Went online, selected 'warranty service', and it says to contact the manufacturer!
Changed tactics. online, selected the option to 'Check status of pending repair'. Entered the service order #, and was shown the correct information. Clicked the button to 'Reschedule service', and got: 'Error! An internal error has occurred'.
Found a button on the home page labeled 'Contact'. Gave me a form to fill out to contact me. Filled it out, never received any contact.

Desired outcome: The company needs to:1. Staff a Customer Support person that I can contact via email, phone, web chat2. Fix their website so I can at least schedule/reschedule appointments3. A link to signal the technician to call me back
Washing machine repair on Whirlpool Cambria.
I had service on 05/12/23. Service order #[protected]. The only diagnostic that was performed was the Tech unplugged my washer & plugged it back in. No other service was provided. He told me that I needed a control panel & tried to sell me a service contract for $60.00 per Month. I was quoted a price of $600.00 for the repair which I refused. I did research on google & found that the model had problems with the cover cracking at the corner. When I checked I found a crack & taped & clamped it & the washer works fine. The Tech did not even check the cover & tried to change me for parts I didn't need. He clearly didn't know what was wrong.
I emailed this Company & they never responded.
Desired outcome: I am requesting a refund of $106.43 that I was charged for the diagnostic test,
Rescheduling issues from no one showing up for service.
I have been rescheduled three times and NO ONE have showed up to repair my oven door. I have taking off from work three times only to be rescheduled from 2-23-23 from 10 to 2:00 PM, 4-3-23 1 to 5:00 PM, 4-11-23 from 10 to 2:00 PM, 4-20-23 from 10 to 2:00 PM and 1 to 3:23 PM, only to be rescheduled now 5-11-23 8 to 12:00 pm. This does not make any sense.

Rude associate and not getting washer fixed.
I bought a generator washer from home Depot on 3/21/22. On March 6, 2023 it started making a grinding noise. Called home Depot and they sent a&e out to fix it. They have been to my house four times now. It's been will over a month and Im still having the issue. The guy named Shane that's been out of very rude! They have replaced drive pulley and belt and pump pulley. After they left the third time I put a load of clothes in to wash and it was still making the noise. I recorded it on my phone too show the technician. And he acted like I was lying! He came out on 4/11/23 and checked again and said he was ordering a clutch. He does not take the time to listen to the customer and is very rude. He acts like he has no idea of what's going on.
Dishwasher repair via assurant service protection/warranty
I have been attempting to get my dishwasher repaired for over 30 days.
The first technician A&E sent incorrectly diagnosed the dishwasher problem. The part this technician ordered arrived one week later; the technician never followed up or answered our calls across 2 weeks.
I made a formal request via Assurant for a technician to follow-up. A second technician determined that the wrong part was ordered, and ordered ANOTHER part on 3/31/2023.
Assurant scheduled a follow-up for 4/7/2023 - we received notification that technician was to arrive between 8am-5pm - however, part arrived via UPS after 7pm, although it was scheduled to arrive between 1:30PM & 4:30PM and the technician never showed up or provided notification.
This has proven to be extremely frustrating experience and unprofessional service from both Assurant and A&E. We have scheduled time off work for 3 days across the last 30 days. I am paying for a warranty service that is not being reasonably fulfilled. at this rate, I could've returned from deployment, purchased the part & repaired myself or had a handyman fix this already. I purchased this warranty for my family to rely on while I'm away, but having to chase down a company to do the job they're being paid for is ridiculous.
Desired outcome: Dishwasher repaired in a timely manner
Dishwasher repair
Brand new dishwasher broke after 2 uses and only 10 days past delivery date. LG contracts with A&e for warranty repairs. Guy comes out 2 weeks later and has to order parts for a common problem with this particular dishwasher. You’d think they’d have the parts on hand for a common problem. Parts are delivered to my house and new appointment set up. They have now called twice the morning of my appointments to cancel and reschedule. Two days in a row. Now they can’t get me in schedule for another week. A month of waiting for repairs is ridiculous and shows this company is incompetent at best.

in February my refrigerator freezer went out ,since then A&E has sent at least 4 tech "S out here replaced the ice maker which it did not need .still no ice .called back several other techs came out all telling me that 3 valves had to be ordered .tech got here asked ME! for the parts? this is the 7th call back for this ice maker .this cant be rocket science. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the next e-mail will be to the Florida attorney generals office ..im asking for YOU to help a consumer doing business with YOU. My Samsung refrigerator
My refrigerator has been down since November y'all sent a technician out fix the problems that was wrong with it it was leaking water down in to the bottom of the refrigerator from the inside and the ice maker was not working it was froze over they came out fix that went out again in January and y'all have sent technicians out four times already and the last time the technician said that he had put in a request for a new refrigerator said he would be back in 30 minutes he was waiting on his manager to get back with him and he never showed back up or called if this issue is not resolved I will be following a lawsuit y'all have given me the runaround and I am done call me ASAP at 8:[protected] or [protected]

Washing machine
Washing machine broke in January 2023 with water still in drum. Scheduled appt. for repair with A&E but soonest available was one month later. Took the day off work and technician never showed. Found out that A&E did not know the part had arrived but they never told me to let them know that it did and the day before my appointment I got an email that told me that the appointment was still on. First new appointment available after that is one month later. Took the day off work. Technician never showed. Was late with his other jobs so he cancelled ours. Next available appointment 2 weeks later. In the meanwhile, there is water in our washing machine that we cannot get out because it is unreachable. Mold is growing.It smells. Need to schedule another day off work.
Desired outcome: The next available appointment is for March 28th and we need to have the part installed now so that we can drain the water. Please move us ahead to the top of the list and give us a sooner appointment. Let me know.Thank you,Rick
Refrigerator
Service rep arrived at my house on 3/8/23, looked at my fridge and said he refused to work on it because he could not find a "gray label" that was supposed to have the serial number and model number. I only had a white label with that info so he refused to service it and instructed me to call my insurance and let them know they refused service. Before I could do that, I received an email that said my service was complete. He did not FIX the fridge, he refused to service it. I called my insurance and they said my the service was complete and did I want to open a new claim. NO, I want the claim I opened to be worked not refused and marked complete. I asked for another contractor to be assigned but a diagnosis report would need to be filed by a&e first. They said they'd call a&e. I've called every day and they still have not received a diagnosis report. I tried calling A&E but without an open service request they can't help me. I requested a diagnosis report be sent to my insurance and wanted to file a complaint. I was told a diagnosis report was requested and they transferred me to schedule a follow up appointment. No one answered the transfer. When I called back, they said they could find no request for a diagnosis report and I would need to call another number. This other number was a voice response system that without an open service request, they couldn't help me. After an hour and a half calling many numbers, there was no resolve. Why in the heck was my service marked complete when no work was done?!
Refrigerator GE
A&E was sent to fix our freezer. First technician came out and said it was the sensor. Ordered and we received.
2nd technician came out and said it was the fan and would order one. We never received the part and no further technician came out. Hence the refrigerator was never repaired so our extended warranty did not pay us back. I have spent numerous hours on the phone to no avail. One customer service person said the refund was sent out the other said it was denied. which is it?
Please for the the love of everything good and honest help us.

Refrigerator Freezer
My freezer quit working the last Nov 2022. We set up an appointment with them and they came out in Dec. The service repairman said the freezer was frozen up. He said to unplug the refrigerator for 48 hours then plug it back in. I guess this is the quickest way to de-thaw a freezer. This is what we did in the olden days. Nowadays they are frost fee. So after that, it worked for a couple of weeks. Called them again. They sent same guy out. This time we were told the fans in the freezer were bad and they would need to be replaced. Total parts $475. Labor, a lot more. So dude came and put the parts in. Now guess what? Freezer is once again down to 54 degrees. Not sure if it's poor management. Maybe they don't know how to hire skilled people. Just put in for another visit from the repairman. I'm going to have the old fans tested to see if they are bad. I will follow up on this post and let you know the outcome.
Desired outcome: Not paying for un-needed parts. Just want freezer fixed. For the money you're charging me, I can add to it & retain an attorney.
frigidaire refrigerator
A&E Tech came out twice for an electrical problem with freezer light switch. Technician has failed to notify Frigidaire that the unit is unrepairable. Had the Tech out first on 2/2/2023 and again on 2/24/2023 for warranty service, Frigidaire still has not received Technicians notes from visit as of 3/3/2023. Would like an actual person to contact me about the service visit and lack of follow up on the part of the technician. Technician never gave his name or any documentation about the 2 service requests, A&E is slowing the repair and or replacement process of my refrigerator.
Desired outcome: Have Technician follow up with report to Frigidaire so my warranty issue can be resolved.
Refrigerator repair
After over a month of waiting for parts to our refrigerator, it is still not working. Talked to a customer service rep and she put in a refund request and I have not heard from anyone since. If they never intended to fix it, why did I have to pay. If no reply is received, I will be reporting to the BBB.

Cancelled service without my knowledge
3 1/2 weeks ago, we had called to get service on our refrigerator and was told it needed a new Compressor. At that time, a Compressor was ordered and that it would come in a few days. I told the Tech that I had to go out of town and that I would call to reschedule, which I did. I received a text that they were rescheduling for 2/16 between 8am and 12pm. I called and said I had to cancel because I would not be back by then. I later received a text that they reschedule for 2/23 between 1pm and 5pm. I waited and waited, and decided to call our Home Warranty. They contacted A&E Factory Service and were told that our appointment was canceled? Not by me. So now... I'm waiting for a call from my Home Warranty so as to find out when we will be rescheduled. I extremely frustrated with both Home Warranty as well as A&E Factory Service
Desired outcome: Refund for the amount charged by my Home Warranty for not following through.
Freezer repair
We schedule a service appointment back in December 2022. They did come and had to order a new freezer door. Door was supposedly ordered on 12/21/22, with a service date of 01/31/23. Door still has not been delivered. No phone number to call to check on status. No customer service whatsoever. Now I am stuck with a broken $800 freezer that is 13 months old, not to mention the money paid for warranty coverage. Do not pay for a warranty from this company! Worst company I have ever "not" dealt with.
Desired outcome: I would like my freezer door fixed within the next week!! I think waiting over 2 months is plenty of time.
Refrigerator repair
I had a service call on 1/3/2023. The fridge was diagnosed and parts ordered and they arrived within two days. The first installation appointment was scheduled for 1/23/2023. They have cancelled that appointment and two others with no notice.
Now I'm stuck with fully paid for parts and service and there is no way to contact them. No phone number - no web form - nothing.
I'd have someone else service this thing, but Sears/A&E has $900+ of my money already.
Desired outcome: A cancellation and refund.
failure to replace / repair my dishwasher
We purchased a service protection contract for 4 GE appliances we purchased from Lowes on2/11/2019. My refrigerator was replaced three months after purchase. Throughout 2022 I had to have my dishwasher serviced 6 times! I did not have a working dishwasher from July 2022. The repairman said he would report it as not repairable. We have been in contact with A & E service by CHAT and I never received anything from them. I finally bought a new dishwasher in December 2022. If I hadn't, I still would not have a working dishwasher. I did not buy another GE nor did I buy from Lowes.
