My name is Armeet Kaur. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com. I am writing to you to express my extreme dissatisfaction for $330 CAD charged from me for an extra baggage.
On September 25,2023, I flew from India to Toronto via Paris on flight no AF 225 and AF 356. I checked in with one extra bag weighing 23 kg for which I was informed by Air France Helpline to pay $194 CAD (11990 INR). However, to my utter dismay, at airport, I was told to pay $330 CAD which came as a big shocker to me. I requested your staff repeatedly that this is much more than what I was told to pay on Air France Helpline, but they paid no heed at all.
Here, I also want to bring it to your notice that one co-passenger on the same flight was charged $126 CAD (7800 INR) for one extra baggage for the same destination.
I am very disappointed with these charges. I believe that it is an unfair trade practice on part of airline to charge me such a hefty amount when someone under the same circumstances was charged almost one third of what I was forced to pay.
Thus, I would like to request you for refund of $330 CAD charge. I believe that this will be the fair and ethical thing to do on your part.

Desired outcome: I need the refund for unfair charges took from me.
