We paid to have our furnace blower motor cleaned, and after a week, we still do not have this task done. It is impossible to get in touch with their service line, as I was on hold for an hour with no one answering. Very poor service.

My mother in law called these guys to come put her a new furnace and AC, Well first off was going to charge her $30,000.00 for both which was fine but then they told her it was going to be a certain interest amount come to fine out it was way higher ! She was promised so many things and got left with nothing! After hours of canceling these outrageous loans they still wont call back to pick up their equipment BEWARE of these guys!
I discoverd a water leak after hours
I discoverd a water leak after hours. I had concerns when I called One Source after hours and it was answered as Air Pros. The after hours answering service did not know the name One Source. I then called the HVAC Tech that I had come out in May to do the annual AC maintenance. A very nice accomplished young man named Brandon. He helped me in reaching the Regional Operations Manager Dustin Hood. He apologized that he could not send a plumber out that evening. However he walked me through shutting my water off. Then he came out the next morning around 10am and fixed my plumbing leak. Due to my concerns about not being able to contact One Source through the after hours service and due to being short staffed and not being able to send a plumber the night before, he did not charge me for the repair. In fact I had such a pleasant experience, I am now going to consider Air Pros One Source in replacing my bath tub and my old plastic plumbing which has had 4 leaks in the last few years.

HVAC - service February One Source tech did not show up on scheduled day the tech showed up two days later and at a different time than was arranged. the One Source tech addressed that the fan was dirty but didn't clean it. we had to call another company to come and reservice the unit and to clean the fan. the tech did not address the fact that the fuel to air mixture was wrong and was potentially a safety hazard. After home inspection we discovered the fuel to air mixture issue. we then called One Source back and inquired why this issue was not addressed, and that we needed to get it fixed. the person that answered the office phone was courteous and said that she would send another person out, and since it was a RECALL the second service would be free of charge. This One Source tech showed up as scheduled, did the adjustment that he had to do (with our representative present) the tech asked our representative how much money did we agree to pay. The One Source tech then called us and demanded $230. The One Source tech was not supposed to get more money as they were already paid. I called the office and asked for an invoice of some sort for our records they said that they send the invoice after payment, I also asked why after being told that the recall service was free of charge is the One Source tech now demanding payment. We were told that a manager would call us back later that day or next day. We received no phone call back. I called the One Source office back and was told a manager with a different name than the first one would call me back. As far as we know the heating unit is repaired and running within specs. As of yet no resolution.
Had OneSource put in an air conditioning unit around last August
Had OneSource put in an air conditioning unit around last August. They sealed the door to my air filter so I couldn't change it. They came out May 26th to do an inspection. They admitted that it was their techs doing, no fault of ours, but tried to tell us it would be another service call charge to come fix it. We got that straightened out, no charge, but they came out and cut the door off so we could access the air filter, but said they would be back in a few days to replace it with another door that would work better. That was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Also, in February a tech came out to check our electrical stuff because it was apart of our service plan we had purchased when we purchased the A/C unit. The tech who came out used scare tactics to convince me that I need to upgrade our electrical panel because my daughter is special needs and fed by a feeding pump, and I was told that the electrical was faulty without the upgrade, so I agreed to it. They said they would contact me in April to schedule the work since we all agreed it would be better to wait until it is warmer. In April, I got a text from George asking me when I was available for the service. I told him when I would be able to do it, and was told he was gonna be pulling my permit. When the tech came out to check the A/C May 26th, I told him that I was really unhappy because I was supposed to have this electrical work done that was so important, and nothing was done. He called the office and they scheduled my service for June 18th, a Friday. Something started not feeling right, so I called another company to come give me an estimate on I could actually get this work done, and the company came out and looked at the same things One Source did, and informed me that One Source was using scare tactics and that my panel was actually just fine, and the work that was so important actually wasn't needed at all. I called one source and asked to speak with the manager, Cheinette, but was told they weren't allowed to send my call to her, that they could only take my information and pass it along. Instead of being contacted by Cheinette, I got an email from George at 9:50pm telling me that everything was fine and the work was still going to happen. Um, no. I dont want it. I dont NEED it. And im pissed they tried to use my daughter as the reason for me to spend $8000 on something that the other company said would cost half that, with labor. This company is shady as hell, and the only reason I even attempted to continue using them is because my sister-in-law works for them. Don't use One Source. Or Air Pros. Go with a different company, otherwise you are going to get lied to and screwed over.
I don't know where to start
I don't know where to start. I had them install an A/C system which had gone over well (May ). So I scheduled them back a few months later (July ) to install a bathroom fan since whatever was in the home did not work anyways. What ensued was a nightmare circus... I bought the fan myself but could not figure out how to get the ancient fan out - which is when I called these people to come do the work. I also wanted a duct and vent hooked up for the fan to blow outside as there was none (in a home built in 1986). They first sent an electrician who installed the fan, cleaned up his mess but left the duct & vent to be done by roofers that I had to call the company to schedule - what should have been a one day job would take an entire week. The roofers show up and it's the 'manager' of their roofing division and a young trainee -- who would then spend the next 90 minutes arguing on my driveway (yes I'm serious) about who's job it was supposed to have been to do what to what stage/step of the installation. When either of them did finally decide to do they job they were hired for... They brought almost NO tools or supplies to finish the task. I was asked to lend them both my indoor step ladder AND my outdoor ladder (i wish I was making this up). AND I had to get the foil tape to connect duct to vent - they didn't even have that with them?!?! The older man (supposedly the 'manager') just climbed on the roof, poked around, decided I had hail damage and tried to pressure me into paying for a whole new roof - WHAT!?!? The younger man was extremely careless and damaged the framework around my attic access and didn't really try to fix it to make it look the way it was (I have saved photos from all of this). The mess left on my floor was not cleaned up either. When I asked them to please send me receipt & photos of the work completed the older man was extremely condescending about it and said "Look, we do good work. If you don't see any leaks, it was done right" -- He never verified the work done or looked it over. He promised to send me photos but never did. I filed a complaint about the broken attic access and he had the audacity to tell me I had no right to be upset over it. OneSource/AirPro (whatever they call themselves anymore) sent out an in-house drywaller to come repair the damaged attic access (this drywaller was polite & did the job professionally - so I do not hold animosity towards the drywaller). Fast forward 11 months to May 31 -- after a constant 3 days of rain, we had a bubble in the ceiling over my bathtub... It was discovered the vent for the bathroom fan was NEVER sealed - I took photos. I'm now having to deal with insurance and retain an attorney to get my near $800 installation fee refunded to me as the work was never done properly and I have a nightmare situation to deal with along with potential mold in my attic. I would stay far far away from this company.
Update to original Air Pros One Source review below
Update to original Air Pros One Source review below.Several weeks after trying to get someone to respond to me by phone, I submitted a review via email. One Source finally agreed to help me resolve the problem(s) and sent a manager and one laborer to fix the problem. They were authorized only to cap the cuts to my sprinkler system to avoid further flooding. They figured maybe a hour of their time.I had already spent several days digging to identify the issues and they agreed that it would probably take another 2-1/2 hours to properly resolve the concerns. They were not prepared to spend the additional time and left without doing any work at all. I was thereafter informed that corporate instructed them not to return and that they would not spend the time necessary to help repair the disaster they had previously created as outlined in my original review below. It should be noted that I paid One Source ***k for the project and they were not willing to spend 2-1/2 hours to repair the damage they had done to my yard and sprinkler system. This is a company that boasts on their telephone greeting that they have an A+ rating with the complaintsboard.com.I will point out that everything in this review is factual with no opinion included.Beyond belief!Original Air Pros One Source Review:One Source was supposed to install a French drain and sump pump. The first day they showed up at noon and they had forgotten to get the service lines to the home located beforehand. The project was delayed two days until this could happen. After the service lines were located by the utility company, One Source completely ignored the location flags and immediately cut the cable and phone lines with their backhoe while digging the trench. They then cut all the sprinkler pipes from the control valves with the backhoe while digging the trench and then went on to severely damage the control valves themselves with the backhoe bucket. They then installed the electrical cable to the sump pump in the trench they had dug with the backhoe and filled in the trench. They couldn't remember where they had cut the sprinkler pipes so they started searching for them by again digging *** the yard with the backhoe. In doing so, they cut their own electrical cable that they had previously installed in the trench. The electricians were called to repair it. The electrical line was again covered *** in the trench and the electricians left. Sometime later it was discovered that the electrical cable was not functioning and the cable had to be dug up again and repaired once more. They could not determine where they had cut the sprinkler pipes so they decided to run new pipes. The backhoe was then used to dig trenches for the new pipes. However, they could not figure out how to connect the new pipes to the existing sprinkler system so they dug several additional trenches to determine where to tie the new pipes to the existing system. The old system had four zones but they could only tie into three so they did not repair the fourth zone. I was not made aware of this and was assured that all was properly done. I paid for the work and they left. That night my sprinklers automatically turned on and the cut pipe that had not been repaired going to the fourth zone flooded my yard. By sheer luck, my basement was not flooded. (I had all this work done specifically to keep my basement from being flooded as had previously happened.) I have called a number of times to their office to get them to fix this problem and they will not even return my call! (They being the managers of the project, *** and *** and their manager ***.) I was told the project would only take two days with one *** inch wide trench. However, this disaster occurred over the space of three weeks and my yard has literally been devastated and I still cannot water my lawn due to the cut sprinkler pipe.I notice that the customer reviews on the *** website is *** out of five yet they tout an A+ Complaintsboard.com rating on their telephone greeting. I also note that the actual Complaintsboard.com rating is A- which is way too high considering the service they provide.

Repair
On 6/24/24 our AC was not working we called One Source to come out since we purchased it from them. A man came out that afternoon we needed the coils and blower fan replaced. Set up a time for the next day to be fixed. The tech came and fixed it when he left it was working well. The unit is in the basement which we don’t go down there often. On the night of...

Scheduled a future service on 12/13 for a service in 02/2022. Called over ten times between 12/16-01/14/22 and spoke with call center and managers on how to cancel this service and get my deposit refunded. I went in person as well. I have been told every time that someone will be calling me to cancel and refund my money, but no one does. I have asked to speak to a manager and they either tell me theyll forward my information or I did speak to the office manager and he said a finance manager will call me back. I want to cancel my service and have my money refunded.

New Furance and air-conditioning installed in November . Just tried to start the air conditioning and it doesn't work. They sent out a tech to fix it. He added some refrigerant and call that good. It did not fix the problem. Now they have canceled one tech call for today that was set up last week with out notice. It's been 2 weeks and very hot. I have 4 dogs and no ac.
Made an appointment to repair my air conditioner. The repair was caused from this business neglect to perform the necessary servicing that was agreed on per our contract. No call no show 3x for the repair. No call back for 72 hours. Horrible customer service. Breach of contract
Date of transaction was April The nature of the complaint is this service replaced our water heater and furnace. We missed one payment in January 2022 and they put a lien on our house with no notice to us. They did not call, email, or mail anything informing us that this lien was in place. I tried to take a loan out and was not able to because of this lien. I would like information if this is even legal. Just some clarity Thank you
On May 4,2022 Air Pros One Source LLC
On May 4,2022 Air Pros One Source LLC. Committed to install a new Whisper whole house exhaust fan in our bathroom. The guy told us he would go and get the fan and the total would be $600.00 which we paid by debit. I told the guy that doesn't look like it was the correct fan, he insisted it was, it worked and was quiet, 2 weeks later it no longer works. We called May 21, 23, and May 24, they told us they would send someone out no-one has called or tried to come by. They also told us they would supply us with a receipt via email, we never received the receipt either. I have proof that 600 dollars was withdrawn on May 4, 2022 to this company.

A technician performed an annual maintenance check on my heating unit and told me I needed a new inducer motor ($950) and blower wheel cleaning ($350). I contacted another heating company for second opinion, and that technician did not find anything that needed to be replaced or serviced.

One Source installed a new HVAC system in my house this past October
This past October One Source installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my house. The installation was done well, and I'm satisfied with the work. A few weeks later, an inspection revealed three code violations. One was promptly addressed, but two remain unresolved. Despite arranging five separate appointments with One Source to rectify these issues, and adjusting my schedule accordingly, no one appeared for any of the appointments, nor was a follow-up call made to reschedule. I am seeking advice on how to ensure these violations are resolved.

On 7/24 I purchased $899.00 a service membership for 3 years ending 7/24/22. On 6/3/22 I technician *** came out for routine *** service and cleaning. Due to company excuses has not been serviced for last two years. He was only here 4-5 minutes he looked at the unit said the *** fan motor was bad. Wouldn't clean the unit unless I replaced the fan motor. So I told him to leave and notified One Source that I was getting a 2nd opinion. 6/8/22 got 2nd opinion from Affordable Heat and Air. Payed $125.00 unit was serviced, cleaned and working very well. I called One Source they said they would refund the $125.00 but, still no refund. Called again and left message with for supervisor to call back and no response thus me filling a complaint. I just want to be refunded the $125.00 for 2nd Opinion.

In February One Source sent out a tech to inspect my furnace, AC and electrical
In February One Source sent out a tech to inspect my furnace, AC and electrical. At the end of the visit I was told that the only issue I had was my blower fan needed cleaning. We agreed that I could do that myself. Then in June my coil for the furnace completely failed. It was determined that it was due to a lack of cleaning which I admitted to not doing such a great job at. However because their technician failed to identify that I asked the company to pay for the cost of the problem fix. They did replace and fix the coil. During that visit I purchased a duct cleaning from them. Then in July a different company came in to do a tune up and we found that One Source did not clean any of my intake ducts and that it was already starting to damage the new coil. I have since started cleaning my air filter every 2 weeks.

repeatedly detected gas leak from the burners in the furnace,(gas valve failure) by a different contractor
repeatedly detected gas leak from the burners in the furnace,(gas valve failure) by a different contractor. The gas valve is still under the warranty which was transferred to *** Colorado by merging with Wreight Total Indoor Comfort Inc. *** repeatedly refused to replace it by stating that there is no gas leak. Next complaint: *** red-tagged the gas meter due to gas detected at the property. *** didn't detect anything and returned it with stating no gas leak, no repair. Well, the Colorado Springs Utilities after that again confirmed that there is a gas leak at the property but the *** again were not able to detect anything. I did call another company and they were able to find out what was happening. I do not recommend using the services of *** Colorado as they are not reliable, putting occupants in a safety hazard and not fixing the leaking gas valve.

One Source told me that someone would be there to fix/ finish the work that they did for my mini split so that the permit for the work could be finalized. This is the 4th time just within the last month that they have had to "re-schedule" because no one was at the company who could do it, and they never call me until it is time for someone to be there. I have had the absolute worst experience with One Source and I have made multiple complaints to the owner of the company, online, multiple different people at the company, and the Complaintsboard.com and STILL nothing is being done. This permit should have been done a year ago when the mini split was put in. Seriously, save yourself and NEVER use this company. I have given them $6000 and the work is not done almost a year later, and now I can not sell my home until they fix their sloppy work and finalize the permit. This company needs to be shut down, all they do is screw people over.

After 3 days of no heat when we had the cold snap in February we ended up getting a new furnace
After 3 days of no heat when we had the cold snap in February we ended up getting a new furnace. It took 2 days of troubleshooting and getting parts and more troubleshooting and more parts. Finally we opted for a new furnace. The technicians appeared to do a good job. It is the SALES and MANAGEMENT that there is an issue with. First, when discussing the new furnace the technician said the Vent Cleaning was included. It was not. Then you would expect the thermostat comes with the new furnace it did not. Both items were overcharged by a large amount. Third, there is a permit required. There is an inspection required. I was told on the following Tuesday the inspector would be out. I sat home all day. No one showed up. I called One Source every day to get the permit scheduled. That was over 2 weeks ago. Still no call back or scheduled inspection. The job is not complete until the inspection is complete and passed. Waiting/Frustrated.

01Aug2021 Highly recommend you do not do business with OneSource they do not respond to customer inquires for service events. They continuously attempt to sell more than you need. You need to ensure the service is complete as they fail to complete the job on the first attempt. I made an appointment for OneSource to service the heater and Hepa unit (that they installed). Nick arrived on 2Jul and he said he replace the filter. Not the Hepa unit filter but just the Heater filter. He said he did not have a Hepa unit filter. Though he told me he had replaced it. He called OneSource and they would obtain the filter. He came back on 6July to install a hard-stop switch on the AC but did not have the Hepa filters, which OneSource said they would replace the first filter for year one and for year two. But, the filters are on back-order. Called OneSource, but did not get OneSource, you get an answering service. Called numerous time 28, 29,30 Jul no answer from Nick or a Supervisor.

We used One Source for some pipe repairs and to replace our water heater in Oct 2020
We used One Source for some pipe repairs and to replace our water heater in Oct 2020. Since then, we have had nothing but a headache - inspeaction after inspection, that fails (or the inspection that was scheduled was for work we didn't have done). Each time, work needs to be done, but the work never gets done. Someone will call and schedule an appt with us, but then no one shows up. Like today - and when I called, I am told the permits are final, however the regional building website begs to differ... I cannot get any answers - the manager is disregarding my request for a call and explanation of what is happening, and calls my husband instead, to leave a voice message. The office assures all is fine because our 2nd appt is still scheduled for tomorrow and the permits are closed/ final... none of this is true and I am tired of going in circles. We installed the new water heater specifically to pull permits and ensure we had an appliance that is to code in the home we purchased.

February 26 we paid One Source Home Services, LLC (we financed the full amount of the estimates through their finance people) $23,450 for work that only amounted to $17,850 as we did not and do not plan to go through with the electrical work they quoted us originally at about $6,000 for. We were told we would have time to change the amount before the loan was finalized but they kept putting us off and suggested we do the electrical work since we were already approved. We got the ducts cleaned and sealed and they installed a new furnace, poorly installed as we had to call them back out to fix wiring issues 2 weeks after install. We have tried contacting them multiple time and have yet to talk to anyone useful to come to a resolution for the difference in the amount they were given and the amount due for the work that was actually done. We have yet to get any updates about whether or not a permit was pulled and if there will be an inspection. Invoice numbers [protected] & [protected]
One Source Services contracted an air conditioning system installation in my home for $7,500
On January 22, 2022, One Source Services contracted the installation of an air conditioning system in my home for $7,500. The initial setup was improperly routed through my laundry room, prompting a second visit to reposition the connection behind a shower wall, out of sight. Yet, they left an unsealed hole in the exterior wall, provisionally filled with wood for future drywall placement. Additionally, an electrician removed a drywall section to connect the unit to the electrical panel, reattaching it without proper finishing. Despite numerous attempts to reach One Source's call center for completion of the work, I've encountered unyielding challenges in finding assistance. Efforts to engage office staff, appointment coordinators, and even an inspector have been futile. I am reaching out for assistance to resolve this issue with One Source. Thank you for your support. God Bless!

When I purchased a new Air conditioning unit on 9/15
When I purchased a new Air conditioning unit on 9/15. I was quoted for a 3.5 ton *** condenser, but only a 3.0 ton was installed. I have attempted to contact the management of the company in many different ways and they have completely avoided my calls. I've also contacted the 'home office' in ***, but there has been no resolution by the company. I was able to get a standard appointment scheduled where the technicians came back to inspect the unit, but they indicated they had no way to replace the unit itself. The technicians attempted to assure me (after I discovered the error - when they came out to review the problem with no indication of replacing the unit) that a 3.0 ton would be appropriate but the *** unit has not been able to keep up with the heat and won't cool past *** the attached documents you will see the original contract with the 3.5 ton condenser, some text messages from the company 'home' office indicating the intention of the 3.5 condenser along with the model number indicating only a 3 ton unit from my home (you can tell via the number '36' within the model number, you can divide that number by 12 to determine how large the unit is. On September 1st I contacted One Source *** to schedule the replacement of my AC unit and furnace
On September 1st I contacted One Source *** to schedule the replacement of my AC unit and furnace. I wanted to schedule the installation for a week or so out however the company representative informed me that their installation team had a cancellation that day so they would be able to install my system that day. They informed me that they had all the equipment I needed in their warehouse. I told them I could not. The sales rep then told me he would throw in a five-year service plan where One Source would send out a service tech twice a year to perform preventative maintenance on the system. I was able to make some changes to our schedule and they installed the system. The installation team did not finish on that day so they came back on Oct 1st to complete the project. My wife wrote a check to the installation team after they finished the work. I was not at the house however I was talking to the installation team via phone. I asked them about the paperwork for the five-year service plan and they said I would receive it from someone at One Source. I have contacted the One Source 6 times via phone, one time Via the wedsite chat feature and talked to the repair team members in person once and via phone once asking for the paperwork to support the five years service plan. They have not supplied it. I keep being told that someone will contact me and that has not happened.

-hired onesource for furnace replacement and furnace vent leak repair. Work done in February 2022 -leak repair was not successful.-Called Onesource back multiple times to fix leak, no work was successful, or tech did not come (no-call, no show) out leaving me waiting at home all day on multiple occasions -Thursday 4/7/2022, tech *** came out to evaluate damage, promised to have a tech out same day or next day. He took many pictures so that I could send them to my insurance company. I did not receive those pictures until after a 4/18 phone call with a customer service agent.- After changing appointment time multiple times, technicians and supervisor *** refused to complete work on damaged *** pipe" after promising to come out for the fix (Friday 4/8/2022). Per Receptionist ***, "They have done everything they can". -4/12/2022 Hired a seperate company who was able to fix the leak, but I had to pay $1000 to this company when it should have been part of the original Furnace install cost by onesource.-Filed a *** complaint and was then contacted by customer service -I was told that *** would be crediting the work done by another company, since Onesource refused to come out to fix the issue and the other company was successful. (phone call from 4/18) Attached are the invoices from seperate company; I want these refunded by Onesource -Open permits have not been closed out or worked on, preventing me to be able to enlist services of many other HVAC companies, limiting my options of who I can hire https://www.***.org/Permit/Details?permitNo=N94702 -Manager *** is avoiding my calls for follow up Asking for Refund of services done by separate company and written apology -Important staff to follow up with.

In Sep/Oct 2020, I had several no shows from One Source for a furnace cleaning. I had used Wright Furnace for over 10 years and One Source took over Wright Furnace. I looked them up, saw they were veteran owned and gave them another try. On Oct 20, 2020, I had Jason finally come out and do the furnace tune-up. Because I was happy with the service/his work, I signed up for their annual contract (over $400) and scheduled/paid for a water heater recirculation pump replacement for Oct 26 and a furnance drum cleaning (x2 for 2 furnances) on 28 Oct. On the morning of 26 Oct, I received a phone call that the part hadn't come in for the water heater pump. Because this was now the 3rd time I took off from work and they were essentially a now-show again (why couldn't they have planned ahead and called me Fri that the part wasn't in) I was concerned. I kept the appt for 28 Oct and that went fine. However, I couldn't shake the history now with this company. Because Jason told me the annual contract could be canceled at any time, I called and said I wanted to cancel the contract and I wanted a refund for the circulation pump job that was never completed (due a refund for $443 for the contract and $855.62 for the recirculation pump). The individual on the phone (talked with a Brian and David) said it would be processed and would take 6-8 weeks. That is a long time to wait for a refund for work never completed and a contract never used. I waited though. This refund was initiated in early Nov 2020. IT is now over 4 months and I have no refund. I have called over 5 times now. As of 11 Feb, I rcvd an email from a Cathy Love with status and said it was with the owner (Scott and Jason Bidwell). They had to approve and then it would go to accounts payable next. I have called Cathy 2 times since then and she said they have not decided. This is now a month that the owners have had it for a decision. A decision for a refund of services not performed!

On Feb. 26th, I received a call from One Source, stating that we needed a final inspection on the water softener they installed (the touchups on the project were completed last summer, after the first inspection). I said we need to wait for Spring Break (March ***) to schedule this inspection. I was expecting a call back. I got no call back. I called a few weeks later to get an update. No one knew anything about our situation. That person said I would get a call to schedule the inspection. I got a call 1-2 days later, and I was told it was being scheduled for Friday, March 26th. No one showed up that day. I called Sat. the 27th, and found out there was no inspection scheduled for our property for the 26th. I was told a manager would be contacted, and that I would get a call back to get this straightened out. By the end of the business day on Monday the 29th, I received no call. I finally managed to get them to schedule our inspection later that week, and it was completed and passed. Once it passed, I told One Source not to ever contact me again in any fashion. Over the next few months I received 2-3 text messages trying to solicit my business, which I reiterated to never contact me again, if it happens again I will report them to the Complaintsboard.com. I received yet another text today 11/17.After the first call in February about this final inspection, we received a letter in the mail from One Source. It states that someone tried to reach out on 1/7 about this, but that is untrue. The call in February was the first I'd heard about the final inspection. The letter also states that a lien can be placed on our house for non-compliance. The work was done last summer, 2020, so this should have been done a long time ago. Since being made aware of this inspection, I did what I could to get this done. At One Source, no one follows through on what they say they are going to do. They have many similar complaints against them. They also use the name Air Pro ***.
