As a long time, Albertsons, customer, please be advised that I have transferred all my prescriptions from Savon pharmacy on Lake Hazel to the Walgreens across the street. The reason for this transfer is due to blatant incompetence of the pharmacy staff at Lake Hazel. I am a diabetic and I need insulin to live. I ordered a refill of my Insulin on 11/25/23. Ultimately, on 11/28 I had to call my physician to have her staff call the pharmacy and instruct them that this was an emergency. Regardless, I arrived today (11/29) and they told me it was not yet ready, but it would be in a few minutes. I waited three hours, and then returned to the store at which point they told me that it was out of stock!. When I informed them that as a diabetic, I needed the insulin to live, they miraculously, came up with two boxes of insulin. This is completely unacceptable!
Ever since Howard left is a lead pharmacist at this pharmacy, customer service is gone straight to hell. You lost my business today and I’m sure you’re going to lose a lot more clients until you improve your customer service. Shame on your pharmaceutical staff!
Claimed loss: None
Desired outcome: You need to improve your pharmaceutical staff customer service immediately.
