Albertsons review: Checkout associate

This complaint is against Albertson's / Von's CORPORATE OFFICERS. They are reckless goons toying with disaster. I wanted to send a complaint today "in writing" about a Von's self-check-out associate. In short, the machines kept freezing, people stood in line, 4 machines broke in 15 minutes and she kept trying to walk away. I had to call her back 3 times. I asked her to tell the manager it was a repeat problem, she ignored it and walked away again. On my way out, she laughed "in my direction" out loud (really loud) making sure I heard it. So that's worthy of a complaint to corporate... broken machines and a crazy employee. HOWEVER! No one can make a "written" complaint to corporate nor ANYONE in management. The manager said, "Send your complaint online." Did that... Got a guy in India (who was very nice) but he said they have no power to send complaints to corporate. He also was "not allowed" to give us the address of corporate (which we already had.) In fact, he told us that all Chat and Email Complaints get sent straight into the "Throw Out Bucket." (Read that again.) So, we went on Von's and Albertson's websites to put it in writing but both Contact Us Emailers were totally DEAD. The pages will not "Submit." So we found an old email... [protected]@albertsons.com... and it came back as... "You have been blocked." Tried again through other emails — blocked again. SEE SCREENSHOT OF THEIR REPLY! Hey, Albertson's/Von's Corporate Officers... You're toying with disaster! Do you think you can hide forever under your conference table? You know perfectly well that complaints called in and/or emailed get chucked into the "Throw Out Bucket." And now you've been exposed! Fix your checkout machines... fix your websites... and fix your shockingly bad P.R. image. And by the way, we have the names of all the Board Members and will be sending them letters... BY CERTIFIED MAIL.
