Order ID: 8123203530882219. I have never received my order. I was cheated by seller, which used false tracking, which shows as arrieved to destination country, but it never reached my adress. I have written proof from my Local Post Office, which confirms, that parcel never received. It might posted to another adresee, never was checked by Aliexpres

The product "10pcs/Pack Led Bar Light 2835 Hard Rigid Led Bar Lights White / Warm White 50CM" were not received. The local Post office has no evidence that the product has reached its final destination either by phone or website track. The 90 days buyer protection period was not respected.

AliExpress Seller doesn't want to take back bad stuff (cost 278$)

Dear Sir/Madam,

mar.22.2021 I received a 3D VR glasses are buying 278$ on AliExpress. I put this on battery charger but after the glasses broke downs without never to be charged. I tried with other electric wire but it never worked.
mar.23.2021 I opened a complaint, I wanted to return the glasses and to be reimbursed.
mar.26.2021 The seller rejected my complaint, he said to reset the glasses. I did but it didn't work.
mar.26.2021 I suggested to seller that in respect of their guarantee to give me an address to return the glasses, but the seller is never answered to me.
mar.29.2021 The dispute was closed with no refund by AliExpress. They said no proof of bad battery.
mar.30.2021 I submitted an appeal to the dispute.
mar.31.2021 The dispute was closed with no refund by AliExpress. The same.

AliExpress Order [protected]

I've been a loyal customer to Aliexpress for around 7 years, but since year 2020 I've start getting critical problems.
The most dangerous issue was the 90 days buyer's protection rule becomes arbitrary respected in several cases such like order [protected] where nor the parcel was received neither the money was refunded. Aliexpress platform is turning into a scam one because even if you raise a dispute for an item that it wasn't received you must expect a full refund and this is not what's happening so you end with loosing your money, knowing that most of the orders are not traceable. Besides, some orders were delivered to other customers in different region and again I end with loosing both the money and the parcels and the most ironical issue is that I was asked to search for the person who received my item in order to collect it.

AliExpress Lanzhd batteries

Don't by from LanzHD seller on alieexpres. The half of the batteries ar dad and one was half burned after one charge. This can burn your house down.

AliExpress the contact with the seller does not know how to open a video file as prove for the malfunction of the product.

I ordered for a lab regulated powersupply order no: [protected]. It arrived and did not work properly. I opened a dispute to find out how to return the item and get my refund and together send a video a mp4 file to show the item does not work. The seller closed the dispute and can't get anymore to the video for proof and want me to send that video to an mail address: [protected]@qq.com. The video is there but he can't open the video. This conversation costs now already two days without progress.

Desired outcome: I want aliexpress to step in and take over the conversation as well offer the solution for item return and refund.

AliExpress Order Number #[protected]

I made payment for this order Number #[protected]. The seller said cannot supply on the messenger service, and asked me to cancel the order. I cannot cancel because the order status is shipped with tracking number. The seller has made false a claim to Alibaba of shipping a part which has not been shipped. It will be 86 days before the shipping time will expire. meanwhile I cannot get my money back until then. In this case the order is more than $600USD which is a lot of money to be sitting in the sellers account. So is the seller using customers money to finance their business?

I have been using Alibaba for purchases for my business. I have made so far more than 400 purchases. This is a problem that needs to be fixed to build confidence with your customers

I look forward to a reply on this.

AliExpress Disposable masks

Over the course of a few months, I made 3 orders for disposable masks. Since I am based in Europe, I ordered them to be shipped from Europe. I noticed that with each product I ordered the tracking provided indicated that they were shipped from China and sent to a different country. This indicated that tracking was fake. When I repeatedly informed Aliexpress of this abuse they simply said that seller shipped the order and that I should wait fr the order! Also, contacting Aliexpress is very hard. In my complaints I mentioned that they are supprting crooked sellers through the various illegal loopholes they allow.

AliExpress Goods Which I Purchased From A Seller On Aliexpress

I purchased 3 wigs from a seller called Joy & Beauty Wigs Store on the 9th February 2021.

The items arrived in the UK on the 24th February 2021. I refused delivery of the item on the 26th February 2021 at exactly 12:10 P.M.

I have since then contacted both aliexpress and the seller to inform them that the goods have been refused and the status has been updated to show that the package was subsequently delivered to the sender 4PX Express UK Co. Ltd on the 3rd March 2021.

Full details and evidence of the item's journey and delivery status can be found on the parcelsapp website.

The order number in question is [protected]. I have received no assistance and or co-operation from neither aliexpress or the seller regarding this matter. I have had enough and would like this matter sorted out as soon as possible. Thank you.

Desired outcome: I would my money to be refunded in full which is a total of GBP 31.48

AliExpress 'Free Return' promotion on product page not honored

End of February I ordered a body-wearable cam in the intention to use it for recording of meetings (screenshot of product page added below).
It turned out that the sound was barely audible. A software-patch received after contacting the seller lead to a slight improvement, but not enough for the purpose I had ordered the cam.
A dispute was opened in the intention of having a full refund.
AliExpress considered dispute invalid as not enough evidence, which was due to the fact that I did not manage to upload large video files (80 MB) when I filed the complaint.
The suggestion was nevertheless to provide refund after return of goods.
However, shipping the cam back to China would cost me 15 Euros or more (depending on carrier chosen), i.e. not worthwhile considering total price of goods of 40 Eur.
On the other hand on the product presentation page of AliExpress website the goods is offered including 'Free Return' (screenshot again below).
Attempts to contact AliExpress to make them aware of this failed as there is no way to contact them except a chat with a 'bot' that only leads to FAQs.

Desired outcome: Return of goods for free and full refund as promised on product presentation page

The paper showed the all kit, wrong publicity. I complain to the store, they refuse to give me refund, promised but never received the refund.

Complained to store one van, still up today have not received the refund.

I always order parts, always satisfied, these store, should be taken off of your supply list

AliExpress Paid for item never received

1. I ordered and paid for a Tablet and this never arrived.
2. After attempting to deal with the store they tricked me into accepting an offer that I totally did not agree with.
3. The dispute option is now closed and I have no way of getting my money back because Aliexpress is a nightmare.
4. The store mysteriously disappeared.
5. After sending messages to Aliexpress all I got was a statement that their email box was full and my messages could not be accepted.
6. I will attach the relevant images of the transaction.
7. For safety I closed my account with Aliexpress as I am worried they could abuse my credit card details.
8. Here is the description of the item.
Blackview Tab 8 from shop name : shop911292004 store
(107.92 dollars)
9. I contacted my postal service who tracked the item and after a lot of to and fro it was discovered that the tracking number did belong to an actual item but it was sent to a different name and address than mine and due to the regulations they could not divulge this information. This meant that either the seller made a mistake or this is part of the scam that they do. I think the latter.
10. The seller is obviously not a good one. They never responded and I am left with a loss of money and a lot of anger.

Desired outcome: I want a refund of my money and an apology from Aliexpress.

The package I receive was in a Canada Post Plastic bag, flagged as a damaged package. The Package had been opened and was empty. I contacted Canada Post and was told that the claim had to come from the sender (FXI Electronics). I relayed this information to FXI and the have repeatedly refused to initiate a claim.

AliExpress Non delivery of item and poor customer service.

This item was orderd 7 February 2021 from Cheap Mascarillas Store on Aliexpress (Order no: 8125717291265293). I received notification via email that the item had been delivered. On checking my mail box and local post office there was no parcel.
I checked the tracking number supplied with the order. On investigation I found that the item had been delivered to another address in another State in Australia.
I made contact with Aliexpress and sent the seller a message. The seller replied but used a different message centre to which I was not able to reply. I made further contact using the proper Message Centre forum but still to this day the seller has not read the messages.
I was finally able to contact a live customer service agent who assured me that they would have the seller contact me. This DID NOT HAPPEN. Further contact from a customer service manager did not help.
Aliexpress did nothing to help in this matter. The dispute was finalies by Aliexpress with no result, no return, no contact with the seller and no refund.
I have used Aliexpress to purchase items on previous occasions and this is the first time there has been a problem - and a big problem at that.
As this matter will no doubt be dismissed by Aliexpress there is little hope of received a replacement item or refund

AliExpress Seller sent wrong item.

The selle ron AliExpress "U-Angel-1988 Official Store" sent the wrong cheaper item in January 2021. Notified him and asked him to pay return postage. He agreed this on 2 February 2021. Since then he just keeps put up different reasons for his failure to get on and do the job. Now he is laughing at my expense.

Raised a dispute on AliExpress they did not even read the details but closed the dispute without comment or talking to me a few days later.

Being remote in China AliExpress takes no interest in customer service or helping customer. One is never able to talk to anyone there. Just their computer robot.

They know there is nothing the complaining customer can do legally with them being China. So they just take our money and laugh at us.

Desired outcome: I would like to return the unwanted goods ( at sellers expense ) and for them to supply the correct goods.

AliExpress Customer service

Ave been opened a dispute for over 2 weeks and still. hasnt been resolved. They go back and forth with messages but nothing is really happening. The deadline for the dispute being resolved is 5 days usually. I have had problems in the past and. they solved this easy, but that's because the
paid amounts were rather small. Now I have made a payment of almost £150 and I have an issue with the item and the seller, and suddenly they become unreachable.
They have answered vaguely to my messages at the beginning. Their English is so basic that they don't even understand requests. Or maybe their avoidint customers on purpose, which is so much worse. They are ntr reading the messages properly nor giving useful advice or resolutions. Their live chat is unexistent and Eva service is weak and dull.
I have been stressing about this so much and I can't even get. trough to speak to someone. I don't know what else to do.

Desired outcome: Finalise my dispute and never buy on Ali ever again
