Refuse to cancel a loan I haven't received
They refuse to cancel a loan I was approved for it hasn't even been 24 hours. The money hasn't been sent out. I called and said I would not need this loan. The guy refused to talk to me and told me I would need to start paying this off. I haven't even received it nor have I received a product or a service. Clearly states that my loan was approved but not disbursed. I was told I was getting approved I was told that I could cancel if I decided I changed my mind. I have reached out to the medical facility also and let them know I wish to not have any treatments there.

You used a perjured document to take the car of an 85 yr old now showing signs of dementia.
Your agent lied through her ears swearing, under penalty of perjury, that ally received no payments for a full year and further, still sworn under oath, that when asked defendant refused to pay any part of the balance>

And the only reason tonya taylor isn't sitting in a jail cell right now is the judge wouldn't allow the checks ally was cashing during the 12 months they were receiving nothing.. The judge wouldn't allow the bank records showing the money for the checks ally was cashing, during the 12 months you swear you got none. And the judge wouldn't allow the bill pay audit proving the lie you received no checks at all since one was sent every month.
Moreover... Assuming that lie was true...
In november 2020 you sent 8 checks, each in the amount of a car payment.. Then who's money were you sending back since you swear you received none?>?

Customer service
I fell behind on some auto payments. They call me everyday from these weird numbers and they leave me messages. I work all day and can't pick up the phone much because I drive a truck for work. I sent an email and spoke with someone at the company and told them about my situation and told them I'd be making a full payment within a couple of days. They said it wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately a few days later my 11 year old daughter tested positive for COVID and I had to be out of work for 2 and a half weeks to be home with her so I had no income for those next couple of weeks. Well, they came at 3 in the morning to take my vehicle with a tow truck, no call, no one rang my doorbell or anything, they just took it. I almost reported my car stolen this morning when I woke up. Now I'm on the phone with someone at Ally for the 6th time today trying to get through to a supervisor. It is over $1000 to have my car released and I do not have the full amount to get the car released. I can pay half of it today and the other half in 2 days when I receive my next check. Apparently Ally doesn't employ anyone with a brain or a heart because every representative I spoke with didn't seem to care that I was at home dealing with a sick child before making my vehicle payments. They REFUSE to take a partial payment to release my car today and I need it in order to get back to work tomorrow and I work an hour away from home. Every time I call they refuse to put me through directly to a supervisor and al they tell me is that one can call me within 48 hours. Talk about a bunch of worthless folks behind a desk. I have called 6-8 times today and have cursed out at least half of their representatives. They are absolutely worthless because no one has a brain or a heart. Excuse me if I put my child's health before my vehicle payment.

Heloc freeze
My name is Eric Weinert. I have a HELOC that was transferred from my original initiating company to the ally system. There is approximately $450, 000 available on my loan #[protected].
I have been trying to get a simple answer as to why a freeze was placed on my line on my home but am unable to get a reply. No HUMAN will respond or contact me. I sent in the requested snail mail to Ewing NJ over two weeks ago, but they are now telling me to do it again. How will I be assured that someone will receive it the next time. I feel this is a designed run around.
I have been on phone holds and transfers multiple times, probably more than ten hours in total.
Desired outcome: 1. Remove the freeze. 2. Have a human contact me to tell me why the freeze was placed and to work with me to resolve any issues. 3. Please be fast, I need access to some of this money by Oct 1.
Failure to abide by the law/regards to release of lien
ATTENTION : ALLY FINANCIAL AUTO
After several request attempts for release of liens for two vehicles financed by GMAC, both through fax and mail ALLY FINANCIAL has sent us nothing. Speaking to reps over the phone they tell us it's been faxed, time it was faxed and the date of fax. They also say it was mailed and date it was mailed. Yet we receive nothing. Most NEGATIVE REVIEWS for ALLY FINANCIAL are for the same problem that we have. Funny how only ALLY FINANCIAL mail gets "LOST". Vehicles were paid of in 2010 and 2011. I have documented date, time and person I spoke to. So obvious these phone reps are from another country. I need help from someone here in the United States.Please get back to me ASAP. This is the worst company ever. During this terrible time of a pandemic, they have NO compassion or understanding of what their customers are going through. Many have not been able to get employment and ask for just a little help from them. They turn their backs of down and out customers who in the past did everything they could to make their payments on time. We are in a pandemic and you would think they would be more understanding and offer their customers some help. They DO NOT! They, instead, offer no help or solution to struggling customers. They refuse to offer any help and report them to the credit union, making matters even worse. Given another opportunity, I would NEVER do business with Ally Financial again. I asked them if I could defer a couple of payments until I was able to catch up. They refused to help me. People are struggling during this pandemic and they don't care.

Fictitious Adverse Information Reported Highly Unethical/Unaware of Charge Off
12/29/17 Ally Financial reported a charge off on a leased vehicle that I returned on time with no additional charges.
I was completely unaware that Ally put my account Pay Status as account paid in full :was a charge off on 3/26/2018.
I was never late with a payment and was unaware of any issues upon return of car. I was never contacted by the dealer or Ally Financial to inform me of any issues or of an attempt to collect a debt from me. I only recently requested a copy of my credit report where I saw this Charge off from Ally. I attempted to call Ally Financial on 2 separate occasions. Each time I spent over two hours on the telephone being transferred to numerous departments. Only to be told after 2 hours that they have no record of this occurring and cannot locate any information.

Our truck was repod today for being 1100.00 late. We immediately went to western union and paid 1700.00 to get it out. The redemption center has played games all day giving fake fax numbers and needed a third party authorization notarized. These people are evil and will not fax the template. We dealt with 2 woman and they were helpful. The rest of the time Eric, Mario, Hugo etc all the same person will not fax over the template causing a delay in picking the truck up. This is unethical and quite frankly criminal.

Ally Financial Auto
I had to change my checking account because it had been compromised. I tried to numerous times to explain to Ally Auto to let them know of the change.
They didn't understand what I was talking about. They told me to contact my bank. Why would I do that? They already know of the change. They refused to listen. I sent my payment on line early on 7/21/21. Ally continued to try and take the funds out of a closed account.
On 7/29/21 I received a email the payment didn't go through. I called Ally on 7/30/21. After trying to reason with numerous agents I asked to speak to a Manager. Her name was Jolly, she said she had no record of it. I said there is 2 payments. I had opened a new account and there is two payments
Jolly said she needed proof. I told her I need you to return my call to make sure my account is credited. Second return one of my payments.
I got her my bank records, showed her the 2 payments faxed her 2 letters to return my calls. I faxed it to [protected]. She never returned my call.
Her unprofessional act and lack of communication caused a chain of events that I still been unable to clear up to this day.
The second payment went into a different account. It went into my daughters account. If she would have more training in customer service I wouldn't feel like a common criminal trying to resolve it. I received a email that my car payment wasn't paid spoke with a Abarsav on 7/30/21. He said the payment is in my daughter's account and a Supervisor would call me the following day. No one called. On 8/1 spoke with a Maris she said don't make a complaint on Jolly. She will take care of it. It will be escalated in 24 hours. Never heard back. On 8/2 not hear from anyone I spoke with Carla. She said I'm not going them a chance. She promised to call me today 8/11/21.
I called Ally Auto today. They gave me the same line.
I told her verbatim:
Your all liars. I have made my car payment. It's in my daughter's account. I have made every effort to change it. You and your Company have lied and manipulated the situation. You have REFUSED to help me right a wrong. If you want my payment change it. I will NOT make another one.
They have cheated me out of a car payment. Then refused to help me. Who can I go to?
Desired outcome: To have my payment credited to my account. Jolly to be reprimanded.
Go in in person with the evidence of your bank statement; Or, have your daughter go in with you -with her bank statement, if that's the account that was used to pay the payment.
Refusing to make future payments will only result in your car being repossessed, and all the fees connected to the repossession added to your debt with the company. Collections agencies will be hired to start calling and harassing you for payments; And, it will be a great big mess of hassle that you don't want to have to go through. Trust me. That would be the WRONG way to attempt to get back at this company.
Does the company have a corporate office? If they do then contact that corporate office.
If that doesn't work, maybe the police can help? I don't know the laws in your area.
Auto loan
My vehicle that I financed thru Ally Financial was totaled last year. My insurance company paid them the blue book value, however, I still owed 10, 000 on the balance. I have never been 30 days late since the inception of the loan and after the accident I paid Ally up to 3 months worth of payments in advance, at least 2 times. I called their customer service dept, to see if I could receive some sort of assistance due to Covid and they said no. However, on their website they say that they will work with you because of the pandemic, if you are experiencing a hardship. I am having a hardship with having to pay 2 car notes and 1 is for a vehicle I no longer have. I have never been treated this way by any creditor and I dislike calling Ally and speaking to customer service rep's that do not speak English well. I only owe 2, 000 dollars now and they still refuse to help me out of this stressful situation.
Desired outcome: I would like them to offer me some type of assistance due to the hardship I am having.
Refund needed for rejected 3rd party pay off check
Customer service. Payoff check declined stating they won't accept 3rd party checks. They have not refunded the $33k check and refuse to answer emails. Their phone system pits me on hold over an hour for each call. If I get through, someone with a thick accent can't help or give me any info and only refers me to another dept. who puts me on hold again.

Status of RV title transfer
Bought an RV from individual who had it financed thru Ally (Mr Jason Jones, account [protected]). I sent in a $75000 cashier's check to the address given to us by the Ally rep. At that time, this rep agreed to send the title directly to me (Ron Gavin, 3538 Courtenay Circle, Ocean Springs MS 39564). Upon learning the check cleared from Mr Jones; a week later I call Ally (Pat on 3 Aug), to determine the location of the title. This individual would not even tell me if the title had been mailed to me or not even after pointing out all the above.

I am about at my wits end here... I am 74 years old, have had four new car loans, and i've never seen anything like this. We purchased a 2018 ford transit connect at ultimate ford in mt. Home ar. We asked for, and were told we got a no pre-pay penalty auto loan... We were told this three times! We agreed to a 4.1 % 60 month loan. Since the second bill, I realized that is not what you gave us. First of all, it's 4.2%, and every bill except the first one has been bizarre to say the least. We have been paying our bill early and we always pay extra, as we told the finance guy we would, but the bills come with strange amounts... We agreed to the $308 per month payment (until we saw that you are charging more... But every bill comes with a statement that we owe $0.00 or $27.00 etc.? And then I see on the payment slip that if we pay over the amount, we will be penalized? Who would agree to this kind of loan... It's worse than predatory... I have been writing to customer service, posting on social media, writing notes on every bill, wrote to your p.O. Box 380901 (unanswered)... And all they keep doing is sending me copies of the agreement... Which we didn't read, we wouldn't understand and I still haven't read! Again, I have had four new car loans in my life, never had to get a lawyer to read the agreement... We went by the finance officers description of the loan... And never had a problem. We were totally lied to on this... The finance idiot, your agent and fiduciary, stated three times after I told him what I wanted, that it was a no-pre-payment penalty loan. We have been paying this thing for over two years and hopefully are going to pay it off sometime next year. But the wonderful customer service people of yours told us over 6 months ago that if we paid the loan we would still owe over $1900! That's insane! And most of these bills state we owed $0.00... So even if I paid $1.00 extra, they would penalize me? You punish customers for doing the right thing? This is my last attempt to get this fixed before we file government complaints. I will be attaching yet another letter and note on my bill today... As I have done for the past 2 years +. I hope we can resolve this... I am not in good health and this is weighing on my mind constantly. I will appreciate any consideration in this matter.

Disabled army veteran and currently a stage 3 ovarian cancer patient that currently takes chemotherapy pills everyday with already taken traditional chemotherapy treatments I was scammed by this dealership on february 17th 2021 fake forgery contract forced and threaten to take possession of a car that had issues 10 mins later which is for a 2015 masareti they have pushed a contract through and got paid and towed the car to my property twice no keys no insurance no contract they lied to the bank I need help asap. I am banned from their property because we exchanged words because I did not want to do business with them and they still did forgery and the finance manager signed my name without my consent on documents. My car
my car is a 2016 Ford Focus. The engine just died and I have to come up with 5, 000 to fix it and that is about half of the loan on my car. Ford Motor Company has said it might not be worth it to fix. Now I am paying for a car that doesn't run. How are you supposed to build credit? I am willing to let it sit and I will pay it off and I have complained to the BBB. This happened on 5/21/2021. Apparently, money is more important during a pandemic.
Desired outcome: I would like to ask ally to forgive this loan and I am willing to get another car. It wasn't in an accident and my payments are always on time.
Transfer of cash from roth to another roth at other custodian
Apr 28th faxed paperwork to transfer 12k cash only less fees to outside custodian. After two weeks started calling and put on hold 20, 30, 80, 105 mins to be disconnected. I started calling the brokerage floor during trading hours and got someone right away who was eager to get rid of me. He said he found the paperwork they said a couple days i will be set. its now a month May 28th. My new custodian called and said they received a fax from ally asking me to liquefy my account. so they can transfer. I did not request that. I requested the cash 12k be transferred. I called the number provided- not to me, but to my new custodian by Ally. Why wouldn't they contact me? I called this number every hour for two days. Its busy. I am now filing a complaint on every site i can find and i stated w BBB. I'm also seeking a fiduciary lawyer as i have investments in crypto that i missed.
Desired outcome: I'm tracking the hypothetical value i would have had if my money were moved in timely manor. I want to be reimbursed for lost income.
Customer service
I requested a deposit history document that the ally website was incapable of generating. I was told it would need to be generated by an executive customer relations representative and would be sent to me by email (not the ally messaging portal) via a cicso program where I would need to create an account and log-in to retrieve the document.
Instead of using the secure ally messaging portal, I received the document with my personal information via an unsecured email to my personal email account.
When I asked to speak with the executive customer relations department, I was told that it would be a 6 to 10 day wait for them to contact me. Then they would ask me to verify my personal access information to an unknown individual from a phone number that can not be verified as an ally bank phone, in other words, an unknown stranger. Hard no on that.
Ally does not have award winning customer service, unless that award is for exposing their clients to identity theft.

On April 24, 2021 I purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Pinellas Park FL. Yesterday, May 20, 2021, I received a letter from Ally Bank declining a request to handle the financing on that vehicle claiming that their decision was based on the fact that SageStream LLC had my credit score as 563. I have worked very hard to raise my score which has not been below 740 in the past two years based on the three large companies of that monitor such scores. I have seen on line that SageStream LLC makes a practice of inventing low scores so that Ally can jack up their percentages and apparently they seem to be in this scam together. Mine is not the first complaint as I see ones written as far back as 2014. Both companies need to be investigated and at the very least SageStream LLC needs to be shut down. I have already notified the auto dealership that association with Ally Bank and by extension SageStream LLc is not in their best interests.
