On 8/25/2023 I was on my way to Physical Therapy after knee replacement. MY partner was driving me, and he has Chronic Lyme disease which left him with neuropathy in his legs and feet. We were exiting Hwy 95 when we realized we had a flat tire. We called Triple A at 11:37 and asked for help changing the tire. When we waited for an hour and a half a nice man came by and put on our spare tire. Thats when we realized we had another flat tire on the front. We talked to an agent at AAA and cancelled the tire change and asked for a tow truck. This was around 1:00. We were told the tow truck would be there in an hour but at 2:00 no one had shown up. We called back at 4 and were told we were in the cue. We got an update and kept getting updates that the tow truck would be there in an hour and then in a 1/2 hour. Still no sign of anyone at 5:00. Finally, another good person came by to help us. We got home at 8:00. My leg was very swollen by that time. I want to know why the tow truck never showed up to help us. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this was bad business and I feel that the amount of money I have paid you over the years deserves some restitution.
