Needing a repair and for your company to help to assit me with accessing my account? There never was a need for you to change your website only to piss your longtime customers off? And for that I have not been able to access any types of services that Iwere doing from the previous website which never needed to be changed? I feel that it are an insult and appalling and ignorant for you to have changed your website? Only to serve the purpose of really Pissing your customers OFF? And ever since;(03/24/2021 I have not been able to access any services? And keep getting your incompetent and ignorant and lack of speech and uneducated knowledge of the English language? Have to which? I Said-I-will not endure any longer? Have to call in to you about my balance transactions and other services? I feel that you changed your website only because your incompetent employees got bored and prefer that we contact you by phone only to get your feeling hurt? You really have me thoroughly PISSED? Trust me?
Desired outcome: To gain acces to services and not constantly contact your representatives which only will piss me off even further?
Delta America card
I am looking to change my current monthly purchases and subscriptions to a different card due to Delta's initial stance on the recently passed voting suppression laws in GA. Their stance is racist, discriminatory and absolutely intolerable.

Let me know as to Delta's involvement politically as to the GA voter verification law. I am for this law. I am tired of seeing corporations failing to be neutral caving instead to every leftist socialist idea that comes about. As an Amex Delta member since 2013 I would immediately cash in my rewards and end my relationship with you.
Annual fee refund
We opened a new Am Ex Gold business card in Q-1 of 2021. Paid annual fee in first 30 days as requested. Due to the national freeze crisis in Texas Feb 2021 we needed to cancel the card after the 30 day window but within 65 days of opening the account. We could not even use the cards because several retailers would not even take Am Ex. We asked for a refund for the fee but Am Ex said no since it was canceled after the 30 day window. Due the the freeze issues we could not even cancel the card till the 65 day.
Desired outcome: refund fee of $295
Serve bill pay
Every week I have received notification that my bill would be paid. I mailed out a check on January 28, 2021. I was supposed to be delivered on the 5th then it changed to the 18th then 25th. Now I am awaiting an arrival that has not been met yet. The company would not let me check the postal service or give me any information to keep informed they assured me that it was mailed out but did not attempt to give me quality customer service with any actions. I am upset with this companies treatment. They did not respond in telling me formally that the date changed.

Business account
The company has been calling my children and threatening them with lawsuits if they don't pay the balance. My children have never been on the business account only on the personal account. I have talked to Amex about this on several occasions but they have failed to abide by their word. I personally have tried to work out a payment arrangement with them but they refused the arrangement because I wouldn't give them my banking information.
Desired outcome: Stop calling my children

I was informed that Stephen J. Squeri, Chairman & CEO, American Express Company signed a letter requesting that President Trump be removed from office immediately. If this is true then he has no right to take a political position like this when acting as the Chairman & CEO of a publicly traded company. I opened an account on line one 8/7/20. I made transactions over the next 3 months and then on 12/18/20 I received a letter saying that my account was closed saying that they believed it was opened without my authorization. Almost a year ago now, American Express Serve made the decision to close my account, however, the balance remaining in my account was never paid to me.
I have repeatedly asked to have my balance settled, and as of today, that has not been done.

The promotion was suppose to give us $5 back on $10 spent through Sep.
We were not seeing half of the promotion businesses they had on their site on our card.
Called Danielle in CS and was told my card was not registered. But husband's card was. We have one account that I pay each month so I don't get it.
We want our $25 cashback for my card use.

I filed a charge dispute with a ticketmaster charge. Ticketmaster told american express I would be given the option of a refund in 30 days so it was denied. Over 40 days later I filed another dispute citing the evidence that ticketmaster automatically shuts off my chats and the automated system will not take my phone calls. American express. American express refuses to take calls or contact me regarding. The dispute team has to be severely incompetent or involved in fraud.

Transferred all money from savings to main account. Drove to atm within ten minutes and account had been locked. Went outside to call my card and Can not get through to a live rep. On hold the first time for over 3 god damn hours! It has been going on for 3 days now! All money is on that card. Can not even buy the things my family needs. I am getting really pissed off with these people! No way people can be calling that much. Unless they locked everyone's accounts. My stimulus money will be going to this card as well!

Hello I have been trying to contact customer service serve for 3 weeks now to unlock my serve card to get my irs refund to no avail. I have called the bogus number on the card and waited for hours and days for someone to answer but then get disconnected. Here is the number so you can see for yourself. 1-800- 954-0559 and the other one we were given by a amex rep is 1-800-927-0597 and it has been disconnected. There is a Facebook page that you can read with 5.2 thousand people who are angry and becoming irrate with them because they are locking their card accounts and not answering the phone 😡 number given to help us or them. They feel that their money is being stolen since amex locked their cards. Their stimulus checks from the government and IRS refunds were forced to be put on the serve card instead of being deposited in their accounts. Please help us. They need to be held accountable.

Dear Sirs,
I received the attached letter on March 30, 2020 the day the amount referred to was charged to my bank account. I tried calling but the phone # in the letter but it does not does not work just silence.
In light of the governments forced closing of my business my income has dried up.
I am seeking assistance in delay payments until my business can resume.
Replacement of magnet card
Problem: Insensitive and Incompetent Workers
Day one:
Ms Meg in the Philippines submitted the replacement card to be sent by mail which I would get in about a wee. When I asked her to send it by Fed Ex, she stated "I have already put the order in." I was still on the phone at the time. After speaking to Mr. Damon (supervisor), I was told that i would receive the card the next day by 5 pm.
Day two:
I got no card. Around 3 pm, I spoke to Ms. Paula (supervisor) who stated she understood and she would get the card out after getting in touch with Mr. Damon and then she would call me back. I got no call from her. So I called and got Mr. Raven, #53014. He said there was no order placed but he would put the request in and Fed EX would delivery it in the AM.
Day three; I got no card from Fed EX. I spoke with Ms. Karen, #59446, who checked and said I would receive the card 3/112/2020.
After numerous time lost and money, I feel that I have wronged by your company. Nothing that I am told is trustworthy. Ms. Paula states she will compensate me $25.00 for my lost and MS. Karen today stated that she will compensate $20.00 for my lost. Having been a customer since 1975, I feel that I am worth much more than $45.00. And, will I get the card tomorrow who knows.
