APA charges $25 a year to play pool
APA charges $25 a year to play pool. I paid my $25 for 2020 and was an active member on a team. COVID messed up my plans to play in Las Vegas tourneys, but they'll happen eventually. I couldn't play in the new year due to military service. I should be able to play in the 2020 tournaments I paid for, like captains and doubles. But they say I can't unless I join a team and pay $25 for the new year. I can't commit to a team because of my job. It's not cool for a company that says it's for military and veterans.
APA is a big pool league that's all over the US
APA is a big pool league that's all over the US. I got in through a local tournament for the Purple Tier singles 8-ball "World Championships" that was supposed to happen in March . But then the pandemic messed everything up and it got cancelled and rescheduled a bunch of times. Now they're doing the singles in August and the team events in October, but that's a problem for me and a lot of other people. I asked if they could give my spot to the runner up, but they said no. I don't think that's fair because I earned my spot and it's not my fault the schedule got messed up. They owe me $320 for travel and hotel costs that they were supposed to cover.
