Disappointed with Cold Steel's Customer Service & GSM's Takeover: A Review
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Cold Steel. I got myself a Spartan a while back, before they got sold to GSM. The guys at Cold Steel told me that if I ever had any issues with it, they'd take care of me. But when I recently asked them for a right side carry clip, they just gave me the runaround. They sent me an email with a phone number to GSM, and after waiting on hold for over an hour, I finally got through to someone who told me they didn't have any clips. Can you believe that? And then they had the nerve to offer me a 30% discount on some other product. Like, I don't want some other knife, I want my Spartan! It's my favorite knife, and now I feel like Cold Steel and GSM have let me down. I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again. Thanks a lot, GSM. You really messed up my favorite knife company.
