The ticket I bought was not valid
Hello.
We bought tickets to a football game In Wembly Stadium, London, England vs Italy, on Oct 17th. We came to this game especially from abroad.The tickets were for me (Itai) and our 13 years old son (Yoni). When we got to the stadium that evening one of the tickets did not work. We tried to get help from Footballtickets staff by email and by phone. They tried to help but didnt susceed. At the cashier we were told the ticket was a fake. Finally, We couldnt enter the game (I couldnt send in a 13 years old child alone, a child that never attended a football game and doesnt know the language and the culture). In the time that passed we were in touch with the staff, they keep telling us they are checking the event. Two months past and they are not giving us the refund and compensation.

I would like to warn you from sports ticket's website by the name footballticketnet.com.
This site that looks really nice and the prices looks fairly, but when you buy a ticket and will not know at moment of the reservation exactly where you are sitting u have a surprise waiting for you.
When you receive the tickets you will find that in the "ticket lottery"(that's how they call a situation where they do not really know where you are sitting) you will "win" the worst tickets you could win.
I bought the most expensive tickets that were sold on footballticketnet.com website and I probably will need to buy binoculars to see something
In short, lower your expectations if you decide to book tickets through the footballticketnet.com website or simply order at other Web
I paid for a 250.00 pound ticket and 72.00 pounds booking fee for a Best available Single Ticket at least 2 months before the Chelsea Liverpool match. I travelled 4500 miles to see this one match. Only once was i contacted by phone and that was to ask if I was still going to the match! Duh! They say they deliver tickets between 1-2 days before the match. Less than 24 hours I had to email them 3 times to get a response of where is my ticket. They eventually sent a ticket worth 60.00 pounds, which is less than the booking fee, for a ticket in the back corner of the stands. I saw plenty available single seats in the ground however. The worse ticket I could get. Missing half the match and it was a restricted view because you couldn't even see the other corner flag. I feel I have been robbed and way overcharged. However, no refunds so I can only get my refund by warning others about how I was swindled. Always buy from the official club site. Then you can pick your ticket and not be swindled like I was!

We bought 5 tickets to the Tottenham/West Brom game in July and just for a comparison, I went to Tottenham's Web site and ordered the same seats for an upcoming Stoke City game.
Their web site does not offer U18 seats which are available at 50% off from Tottenham's site. The price for the same seats at the Stoke City game are £207 with the added fees. We paid £683 so you might understand how we feel ripped off! We also paid for Level 1 seat and they gave us Level two which they said was an upgrade.

Several weeks later I received some of money back and that was strange. I contacted them and asked what was going on and they said that they had to change my seat! They did that without my permission! I got the one the cheapest seats on the back! Are you kidding me?

Didn't Deliver the Tickets - Refused to Refund
We were 8 persons from Denmark who were in London to watch football and Footballticketnet.com was unable to deliver the tickets to the hotel. When I called the company to figure out the problem, the staff was very rude.
After the trip, they refused to refund the whole amount but only 80 %.

I bought the most expensive 4 tickets available on their website and then I travel with familly from Sydney to Madrid to see the match and just 6 hours before the match start we received our tickets in different rows 2 by 2 in result of that we lost our money and had watch the game from our hotel room . They could not help they did do any thing .
