Terrible Service and Cheating Customers: My Experience with This Company
This company is not good at all, they should not be open because they cheat customers. I ordered 9 different things like disinfectant spray, DisCide ultra towellettes, and hand sanitizers. I even paid for them already with my credit card and everything but I never got all my orders. I lost $135.50 and the only thing I received was a tiny 4oz hand sanitizer gel. Where is the stuff I ordered? Why couldn't they send me everything I paid for? I tried to ask them for my money back and I even called many times but no one answered me back at all. Terrible service! I don't recommend ordering anything here because you won't get anything like me.
It makes me sad that the USA government officials or any USA business laws didn't do anything about this company yet. Why are they still allowed to be online and get away with it? I placed an order on americanscreeningcorp.com in mid-February for 3M N95 MASK(1860), which cost $349.95. Unfortunately, after waiting for three months, I still had not received my package. I tried contacting the merchant over ten times via email and phone, but they never got back to me.
One day, however, they finally picked up the phone when I called, and I asked for a refund. They agreed to issue one, but the struggle didn't end there. After waiting an additional week, I still hadn't received the refund confirmation email, so I gave them another call. That's when they told me they no longer had the product I had ordered and wanted to replace it with something else.

I done did a purchased of hand sanitizer on the first week of March from American Screening Corporation, Inc. They dang-nab told me that they had twenty cases in stock, so I ordered five cases of 12 bottles of hand sanitizer each. I even paid for first-class mail to get 'em faster, you hear? But then, I called 'em up and emailed 'em, but never got no answer back. Finally, they answered my call and said they was out of stock and it was back-ordered. That sales person told me it was in stock when I made the order. It's all a bunch of hogwash and they's trying to scam me. They even said they shipped it out to me two weeks prior and I ain't never received it. When I checked online, they said it would be shipped out between April 6th to 17th, but it still ain't come. It's all a bunch of BS and a scam, if you ask me.
To make things worse, now they done changed the product from 12 bottles per case to just one bottle per case. And it said they only shipped out five of the darn things, not five cases. They always talkin' 'bout how they can't give me no tracking number 'cause of high demand. But if they sent it with UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS, they gotta give me a tracking number. I placed an order for HENRY SCHEIN Masks in early March, understanding that there might be some delays due to the pandemic. I want to say having Troy sales rep come again so we could place another order to replace additional windows was so easy as he had our information on the type of windows we want to have. Replacement of all windows in upstairs of house. We almost went with the first company we talked to but luckily some friends recommended MEI. They had known Troy for years. When he came out we were honest about the other company we thinking of using. Troy did some comparison sales, what the other company wanted to do and what MEI would do. Wow, so glad we got a second opinion. The first company was just going to do inserts and not consistent (some double hung, some sliding). Troy showed us what they could do with full replacements including attractive oak framing. We said, sure send us an estimate. We thought it would be ten to fifteen thousand dollars more but to our surprise it was about one thousand! Let's do it! Now, it did get put off a few times but that was due to Covid. It was worth the wait. The install was fast and thorough. And anytime I had a question, I would text Troy and he would get back to me in minutes. Great job by everyone.
Due to a hail storm, we had to replace 80% of the windows in our house, and the entire roof. Normally this would not seem that bad, but there is a lot of work with the insurance company. I don't know where we would have been with Bob G from Minnesota Exteriors. Bob worked with us every step of the way. We wanted Pella windows, and Minnesota Exteriors worked with us to get that done. Pella was very difficult to deal with, but Bob shouldered that entire part of the project and pushed them to get everything done in a timely manner. Bob G and Minnesota Exteriors got the job done when we needed it done - and most importantly - the final product was wonderful. Oh, and the roof. DON'T go with a walk up roofer, the cost is the same. Minnesota Exteriors did an excellent job our roof. Bob, again, had to pull some strings, but we got our roof done with time to spare. If you have to deal with Insurance call Bob G at Minnesota Exteriors...and forget the rest. Bob will take care of everything. And yes, I would refer MEI to anyone and everyone.
I went to Minnesota Exteriors to look at siding and windows. I couldn't believe how large the showroom was along with the displays in the back. Cher helped showed me around and answered all my questions. It was so helpful seeing everything in person. If you are looking for a company with options look no further. Minnesota Exteriors is your company!

I ordered from American Screening Corporation, Inc. in March 2020 and all the items were noted as in stock. However, after a month of waiting, I had not received any items yet. I tried calling their phone number, but it was constantly busy for weeks. I also sent multiple emails to cancel my order because the items were obviously not in stock. I spent an incredible amount of time reaching out to them, requesting my money back.
After three or more months from my original order, I was sent generic products that they were apparently attempting to make for their customers due to the pandemic without refunding money. It is now late November, and I am still working to get my money back, but the company is treating me like a criminal and claiming they did nothing wrong. I heard about American Screening Corporation, Inc. more than 3 years ago from a friend who recommended Diego. In the beginning, when I called, I could speak directly with an important client but things changed without notice. Now, I have to deal with Bridget, who answers the phone and often misunderstands addresses. She spends about 5 minutes asking if you said "The? Nine? Tel?" I have never met or spoken to anyone from any company, even one that sells trash, could hire a person that appears to not have finished elementary school. It is frustrating that an order, which I place once a month or more, is delayed because Bridget cannot verify "5 County Road B. E." This is something that I have never seen before. After multiple run arounds, and 3 transfers, I am sent to Diego who places an order and charges my card, which gets stuck for weeks without a product. When the order finally comes, it fails to get delivered even after being promised that it would be delivered on Friday or Monday.
This has led to a lot of disappointments on our end. For instance, we had nine patients on Monday, and we could not test them because the cups were not available. We have 12 to 14 patients scheduled for tomorrow for drug testing before refills, and there are still no UA cups. I have called today 2 times with my admin assistant sitting in front of me, and both times the calls were hung up immediately. Our phone may have a problem, but I think Bridget and her colleagues hang up when they see my name on caller ID. It is disappointing that after charging my card, and 13 days later, the company cannot deliver the product, and no one can give me an answer.
I am a doctor, yet when I call, I am spoken to like a dog and even hung up on like an animal. My admin assistant, who is new, was also treated rudely despite being referred to as white. I feel this company is biased since they treat people differently depending on their accent or skin color. Their customer service has been terrible, and they supply vital medical supplies that hospitals and clinics rely on to function. It is not fair that if you are white, Diego and Bridget might treat you better, but if you are a person of color or have an accent, you are treated unfairly. I advise that you stay away from this company, and if possible, find a backup plan.
To get their attention, I am copying and pasting this review to the CEO and all emails related to this company and BBB. I would also like to point out that I still need my USD cups ASAP because they charged me last week for them, but the product has not been delivered. I tried to get in touch with them again, but their customer support telephone numbers kept changing regularly. Finally, I spoke to someone and told them the situation. However, they just said "all sales are final," even though they never shipped my entire order - how is that even a completed sale?
I was so angry that I filed complaints with various government institutions such as the BBB, Consumer Protection Section of Louisiana Department of Justice and the National Center for Disaster Fraud. But sadly, no action was taken. The only thing they did was send me an item that I didn't even order! And now, they expect me to pay for the return shipment of their mistake!
It's really disheartening to see companies scamming innocent people. I can only wonder how much they're making by stealing from people and pretending that discourteous customer service reps will deter any follow-up.

But, I eventually received my items two months later in the mid of June which was no longer useful for me. Due to the delay, I had to purchase from a different vendor. To make things worse, I received items that didn't even match the description of what I had ordered. They were of far less value than what I had expected which left me quite disappointed.
