AMPM.com Bad customer service and racial

I went to ampm in the city of pico rivera , I bough some pastries and soda the cashier added up the total it was 6:75 so I handed him $60 and told him to put $40 in gas for me he said ok and he gave me the change $13.25 so I went to full up the gas tank and the pump stopped at $20 when I paid 40 for gas so I went back in politely asking him to fix that issue but he started acting crazy with me cuss at me and he even discriminated me by calling me you are Arabian people are known for scamming , I took a video of what he was saying and after I was leaving he start chasing me too

AMPM.com Steeling gas

My names is Beatriz Gonzalez and last night 05/04/2022 someone broke in to my house when I was a sleep and stold my credit card and used it I'm requesting find a security cameras because I want to buy a place to put on the person who broke into my house the gas station was on 189 West highland San Bernardino CA 92404 in arco ampm I will request my arco despute card number this happen around 3:8 in morning in sanbernatdino can

AMPM.com Service. Employee named Chris Fresno st.

An employee named chris @ The AMPM on fresno st. @ 4:00 am 4/28/2022 was extremely rude. I was trying to buy some candy, gas, and 40 cash back. It was rejected. So he tried again, rejected again I proceeded to show him there was plenty of money in my account and tried one more time minus the 40 cash. Chris rudely said I already tried that and I tried to explain to him that Iam now just buying gas and candy and he starts rasing his voice telling me it won't work! As it went through he voids my purchase and tells me to get the [censored] out of his store.. Pretty sad all because he was wrong..

I have witnessed this employee smoking a pipe in the parking lot on break.

I also showed to guard exactly how much was in my account and he made me leave. This is insane and the most embarrassing moment of my life..

Desired outcome: Terminate this employee..

AMPM.com Unprofessional and rude cashier

I go to el cajon west main am pm everyday and spend a lot of money at this store .

But on several occasions today being the last straw as i have let previous comments made by a certain worker here slide chalking it up to a bad day for him but today I am writing and expecting some form of results. The manner in which workers here doesnt represent your logo in a proffessional manner the clerk working right now which is feb 13 at 430 pm on w.main just embarrassed my disabled husband and was talking negitive about him to others in line behind him .tood him to take his deink and get out of here he didnt have time for people like me because my husband did not know he charged 35 cents everytime you buy something using his ssi debit card he was completley out of line and he has said things to me like yelling and cursing at me because i pulled up in front of store late at night and the only parking is far away from door and always has homeless people in bushes and on wall so i am not comfortable parking that far away there wasnt anyone trying to get gas i ran in got some cookies and a drink and as i was ready to leave he verbally attacked me ..he is inappropriate. I he needa to be fired i wont be spending money anymore here

AMPM.com Money not returned from gas not pumped

I went in the store and paid $40.00 for gas with my debit card on 11/11/2021. I only was able to pump $35.45 into my tank. I went into the store and asked one of the employees working if the rest of my money that wasn't put in gas would be going back on my card. And the employee assured me that it would go back in my bank, and it could take up to a week depending on my bank. Since I haven't seen anything pending or refunded in my bank account!

AMPM.com Rude store clerk

On 11 October 2021, at about 6:40 pm, I stopped at the AM-PM gas station at 2295 Sunrise Blvd, Gold River, CA, to get lottery tickets, energy drinks, and gasoline. I stopped at pump #9, got three 8.4 oz Red Bulls, advertised at 3/$5.75 (without mention of the app), and went to the counter, manned by a young fellow by the name of Rukh. He seemed inexperienced and unsure of what to do, and it seemed to take an inordinate amount of time for him to process a simple lottery transaction (2 MEGA, 1 "Super"). He did ring up the Red Bulls as advertised, and after several attempts he rang up the transaction, which came to $9.42. "Rukh" had actually rang just one MEGA ticket, but I was in no mood to belabor it, the amount was correct for the drinks and lottery tickets sold. I handed the clerk $40 (two twenties), and asked him to put the balance on pump #9. He struggled with it, and finally asked for help from his fellow employee, whose name appeared to be "Ed Salvador". "Ed" was wearing a red bandana on his head. They tried a few times, and finally "Ed" said, rather curtly, "Hey, 'BRO', YOU gotta hang up the pump!" I hadn't even touched it, and nothing seemed amiss with it when I'd pulled up. I found "Ed's" use of "Bro" to be uncomfortably 'street' and familiar, considering that I'm 62, obviously old enough to be this young man's father. I told them I'd try the pump, and went I went out, I noticed it was "hung up". I tried to pump gas, no luck. I went back inside and told the clerks it wasn't working. "Ed" got frustrated with me, and said, "I'll just give you your money back, man!" Since I'd already purchased the lottery tickets, I offered to just pay for them, so he'd not have to do an "overring". "Ed" showed me a different receipt than what I'd paid for, and said, "You bought at LEAST four Red Bulls" (I'd bought three), and they should be like, Eight buck, 'BRO' ", you gotta use the 'App'" (the label on the case indicates the app isn't necessary for the 3/$5.75 price). He finally came out with me, I showed him the three red bulls on the seat, and I pointed out that "Rukh" had refused to give me a receipt before, even though I'd requested it SEVERAL times. "Ed" got huffy and simply refunded my $40, at least, and I left.

It's bad enough that these employees don't seem to be properly trained, with "Rukh" not even seeming to understand English, but this rudeness and street mannerisms is unacceptable for conducting ordinary business. I've been patronizing AM/PM stores since the 80s, back in the days of the 32oz insulated cups and the "You want it, we got it" ad campaign. I've never seen such a RUDE pair of clerks in some 35 years of patronage.

I did got to the AM-PM near my home at Sunrise and Winding Way, Fair Oaks, and got gasoline anyway. My guess is that I will AVOID your Gold River store from now on, even though it's convenient to a few of my "haunts" like my gym and the chicken joint next door that I often get takeout from.

AMPM.com Bad gas mixture of diesel/water

After being a loyal customer for more than 10 years I never had a problem until July 16 2021 approximately 2:30pm I pumped $26 unleaded fuel to my car. After filling up I proceeded to do my errands I noticed car was stalling a bit so I pulled over to check out problem with vehicle I couldn't find any problems so turned car back on about 1mile later car turned off completely luckily I live close by to tow car to my residence. After inspecting car couldn't determine once again what the problem was July 19 2021 my mechanic had a tow company come pick up car. After a few weeks mechanic determined gas was mixed with diesel fuel and water

Desired outcome: Pay for all expenses on car

They dont help someone when they're in actual danger and in need of help. They don't even dial 911, something so simple. Also, I went there with my friend, my friend went missing, and then when I opened my bag of swedish fish that I got there and ate one, it turned out to be my friend's origins. Would not recommend. Creepy as hell. Also, the guy that worked there was really creepy and sus.

AMPM.com Poor service

15875 Arrow Hwy Irwindale Calif ampm clerk saw me coming with a blanket in my hand and quickly put sigh in door to wait half hour in the cold night while he takes a break. I saw other customers leaving the store with their purchases, but he wouldn't allow me in the store. About 1am on Thursday 3/4/21
He something evil as l finally paid for my drink. Should be disciplined or fired for purposefully making an undesired customer wait out of pure avarice. Sick man who hasn't amounted to much in his middle age. Jeff Tso [protected]

AMPM.com Service

After traveling for a long distance south on the 215fwy, I took the exit at 74 fwy aka florida street, hemet calif. I was happy to find a gas station out in the middle of noiwhere and it was arco ampm right off the off ramp. So I gased up spent $40 on gas and the went into the store to use the restroom — both restrooms were closed with a note on the door out of service, so I inquired with the clerk about using one, the reply was oh nothing is wrong with the restrooms we have them closed due to corona virus.
Well I dont know about anyone else but ive had enoujgh of this
Coronavirus crap. When I need to use the restroom and iam a customer and cannot use it I get up set. And iam sure iam not alone, we need to wash our hands use mask and social distancing so we comply like sheep, when it comes to using the restroom a human necessity. Mukesh is very judgemental about women working at the ampm on seventh and keystone in Reno NV. He also discrimates a disabled employee Jeremy. Mukesh is very rude I would like to see something done about Mukesh's rudeness. Mukesh refuses to all women to work except for his wife Sony. Mukesh discriminates anyone and everyone. AMPM.com made a threat to kill me.

This employee at that gas station. Said someting rude out side the front door. I asked the gentalman if he knows me or if we ever met. He then replied with I know ryan. I told him I dont know a ryan. He laughed and hapend to tell me "a lot of peole want to hurt me" but he will [scrape me]off the street by tonight. His name is jessie. I herd he is about to be mamager. He works nights. I worked at the Washougal AmPm from March 30, 2016 to July 23, 2019. I was a good worker and could do my job very good. I never in all that time got any type of lunch break or 10 minute break. I worked alone 95% of the time and even corporate was shocked at that busy store that we had to work alone. In the summer months we got help 2 to 3 hours. It's right...
