He kept texting me about the job so I blocked him and sent him an email that he was too high and that I had gone with another company.

So today he called me from another number and said so do we start on saturday and I said no that I had emailed him that I was using someone else. He said: you blocked my phone number and was going to burn my f*g and then hung up.

This contractor is a huge problem!

I hired a man to pull my weeds and trim a few plants in my front yard about four months ago and just for this month September 2023 he asked me to pay early so that he could make his rent. However, he never came and did the landscaping for my yard. Up until this point he has done my yard and he has done it well but now that he has lied and said that he would do my yard, but I already paid him due to his circumstance, and wanting to help, I will never trust him again, because he has not done my yard after I’ve given him money first. I will never give money first again, that was my mistake, but I believe him when he said he needed to make his rent. His name is Luis Medina. Do not trust him, he starts out good then lies to you.

I can not delete an account. There is no way to delete online. It says to call Customer Service. Customer Service claims the account doesn't exist with the email I provided, even though I am logged in. They transfer me to another department, which tells me it will automatically call me back at the number I've called on. NO CALL EVER. This is the absolute WORST website ever.

Looked for basic window repair on Google and came across Angi, put in my information, was given a reasonable quote and a time. On day of appointment, guy was 2 hours late, his number provided by Angi was actually a forwarding service. So, I waited and finally got a text that he was 10 minutes out. Finally shows up, looks at window, gets back into car and leaves, without a word. I'm thinking he went to Home Depot or something. Never came back. When contacted Angi text bot, was told he had to leave due to "unforseen circumstances". Not a big deal except when I made appointment, they needed my Credit Card, now I'll have a headache trying to reverse charges. Don't use Angi. My first ever engagement will be my last! They spend so much on advertising and hype, repeat, don't use them.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I contracted them to install a concrete front porch and rear patio with stairs and sidewalks. After completion, the project failed the final building inspection for numerous reasons, failed to flash the home and failed to drain water away from the home. They poured the concrete level too high and now I have water coming into my home. They refuse to fix the project so that it will pass a building inspection. The project is in Monroe, NC.

crook tried to take 1440 then paid him $1999.62 should have been $905.10. I called him many times and he didn't answer. He was contacted and I paid him monday on the 14 and he was to install the compressor on Tuestday 15. After many call to him from me and angi but not able to contact him.. Today is August 24, still no money refunded and no referigator that works.

This company preys on all of their contractors. A customer will need something done and they will contact up to 5 contractors. Angi will charge a fee to up to 5 contractors and only 1 may get the job. In my case I paid $836 for leads from Angi and 80 % never even responded to the initial contact and 10 % wanted same day service even though my profile says I do not offer same day service. If you are a contractor do not sign up to use therm. If you are a customer needing work do not support a company that at minimum is a very very bad company.

I was told by BACON PLUMBING that they would come out on a Saturday to install a bathtub/shower. They verified twice they would be out to do the work. First on Friday and then again on Saturday morning. They called again on Saturday afternoon and tried to talk me into having one of their plumbers to come out after hours instead and claimed the plumber scheduled all of a sudden would be tied up all day and I would have to pay after hour rates instead! I get so sick of this bait and switch these companies pull after they have already agreed to do the job at regular rates! Angie’s list used to be better than this! I would hope BACON PLUMBING of ROCKWALL TX would get a bad review posted by Angie to teach them a lesson but I doubt now Angie will do anything about it now like they have in the past. So disgusted I doubt I’ll ever use Angie’s list again!

I booked a pro for plumbing service on July 25th to replace an ejector pump. The pro did not show up. I rescheduled the job to occur on 7 August and the pro who was assigned, unassigned themselves 2 days before, I rescheduled with another pro for 8 August. I communicated with the pro once they assigned to get assurances that they would show up and successfully complete the job. The day of the job, the pro contacted me to say they are running late. After 4 hours, and regular texts to the pro, still no response. The pro was a no-show again, for the third time. This job is at a summer house which is 2 hours away from my home. I made 3 trips 2 hours back and forth, to have the job still incomplete! Angi's list offered no compensation for my troubles, and I had to call to get the charges reversed from my credit card. In addition, the job was removed from the app and I was preventing from being able to rate the poor (clearly zero stars). Furthermore, this is a rental property and I had to cancel my rental because the plumbing was not fixed! This is lost wages.

I had new window put in by Lynn's home improvement order was taken for cutter and roof, order taken April 7th 2023 window was put in the home june 10 2023 call the rep Mr Campbell he said it the right window, I ask him to bring the one he demonstrate, when he came its was the wrong window, hes said it would take eight week to get the new pane that was june, june 10 said he'll check the cutter when he comes back off vacation, this company is out newnan, never again my name Edmoniers Dokes contact nbr [protected] thank youb

A pro from Angi list contacted me to fix my dishwasher. The company name SILVERWRENCH APPLIANCE REPAIR [protected] and e-mail silverwrench.[protected]@gmail.com). The technician (his name Nawazesh) in his first visit charged me $75 for inspection and told me the problem due to water valve that need to be replaced. He stopped by my house on 08/04/2023 to replace the water valve. He spent 2 hours and 15 minutes and told me OOHH it is not the water valve it is the circulation pump which means his diagonsis is wrong and does not know how to fix or diagnose this appliance.

Now he wasted my time and had me to pay him $75 for wrong diagonse. I need my $75 back

My husband and I hired Todd Madrid of Madrid Custom Patios, Pools, & Outdoor Living in McKinney, Texas to complete an unfinished project at our home of 16 years. We were impressed by Todd’s friendliness and drive. His mason, Alfredo, did an excellent job with the new outdoor fireplace. But, when we raised concerns about the quality of work on our driveway, Todd’s attitude towards us completely changed. He was unwilling to accept any feedback about sloppy work and accidentally included us on mocking texts sent to subcontractors on two different occasions. We were especially insulted when Todd implied that, as people of faith, we were obliged to accept his shoddy work without complaint. Now, we’ve been left with a wavy, patchy driveway, while Todd insists that the work was done correctly. Todd, please take customer feedback seriously and don’t mock your clients.

My name is Alfreda Bronner. I need my money back for being assigned wrong contract. You scammed me out of thousands of dollars. You signed me up for the wrong contract. I was signed up Angi Ads not Angi leads. After I could not afford to pay contract any then I was told about Angi's. Now I am bankrupt. I will be reaching out to an attorney. Angi is a fraud. The contract is misleading and so is this company

I called Edwards Appliance which was recommeded by Angi List, they came out response time was great, he said the themostat was out and the wheels needed replacing, (my daughter was home not me) he called me and said he had fixed it, later that evening I came home to a dryer that wasn't throwing out hot air, so I called to report this, Tyler the service man came out the next morning to check it he told me my vent needed cleaning but they don't do that said he had to replace the themostat which the one replaced the day before didn't even work, he then replaced the themostat again and told me to have the vent cleaned, that evening he came the second time I turned on the dryer to see if it was heating and it did heat, the next morning it was broken again, I called & Texted Edwards Appliance but never received any response, I was charged a total of $387 for absolutely nothing I have a call into another Appliance repair and am at a loss of $387 which is insane, companies now days have no customer service I wish I never had called Edwards Appliance and he should have recommended a vent cleaner before he even charged me or replaced anything since it never worked. I am very sad and will never look at Angies List again terrible businesses they work with .

I had a gentleman by the name of Mike Nash [protected]-7551 over to fix a garage door issue of closing, but going back up after hitting bottom. He was over twice and I declined having him back for fear of not resolving the issue once and for all. Here's what he did:

1st visit (showed up 4 hours late) Tried to diagnose the problem and ended up switching my back door entry motor and belt with my main door, just to find out that it was just a red light sensor.

2nd visit (did not show the first time, showed up 3 hours late the 2nd time) to replace the sensor with a used one. Three days later, I had a problem with both doors going up at the same time.

Promised me to get out to fix at 9PM, then called to say 9AM the next morning (Never showed up or called after numerous calls and texts to him.

Finally called (a day later) and I explained that I did what he said in the meantime (pull emergency switch) The door came down hard and it broke my torsion spring.

He's unpredictable and makes promises that he does not keep. Nice guy, but very unprofessional. I would never recommend him and he should be removed from you list.
