Arrowhead Honda gave me a quote for a car at $30,000
Arrowhead Honda gave me a quote for a car at $30,000. Then gave me the price of another car at $25,000. I live about 150 miles away from the dealership. When I was about 20 miles away, they called me and told me the price was not the final sales price and they could not let the car go under $30,000. At worst, I believe it was an intentional bait and switch. At best, it was an error or oversight. Either way, they wasted a tank of my gas and half a Saturday. I called them and spoke with their managers. They told me to go ahead and complain to whoever I want.
I recently bought a car from ArrowHead HONDA Dealership on 6/6
I recently bought a car from ArrowHead HONDA Dealership on 6/6. After a few hours of negotiating with salesman ***, we agreed on a price of around $28-29k for the car. However, the amount stated on the contract was $31.3K, which was not what I agreed to with Karar! It's unbelievable, I knew I would somehow get taken advantage of, especially in this crazy car market. The dealerships are just looking to make more money/profit from desperate buyers. We had also agreed to use *** for financing, but that didn't happen. I only realized after signing the contract that I would be financing with Honda Dealer instead of ***, which I had thought all along. The lack of respect and communication is just unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, especially since they lied to me.
A few years ago, I brought my 2011 *** in to have the clutch checked
A few years ago, I brought my 2011 *** in to have the clutch checked. Your people took it for a few minutes’ drive and said there was nothing wrong with it. It was very hard to shift smoothly with nothing but herkie jerky shifting no matter how careful in shifting. Eventually it got so bad that I had to have it fixed last week. Obviously, there was something wrong with it after all because I only had 77,000 miles on it. After the repair it shifts normally without any special attention while shifting. Believe me, I know how it should have shifted in the first place. I have used manual transmissions since I was a pre-teenager and I had two previous ***s with manual transmission and never had a problem with the clutch even after driving each of them over 115,000 miles! And certainly, did not have any herkie jerky shifting! I believe you owe me compensation for not fixing the clutch while it was under warranty. The repair job cost me $1544 dollars.

I had a *** cancellation on 5/1, and the representative at Arrowhead Honda assured me that I would receive a refund in the mail within 4-6
I had a *** cancellation on 5/1, and the representative at Arrowhead Honda assured me that I would receive a refund in the mail within 4-6 weeks. However, I never received the refund. I tried emailing *** and calling finance *** multiple times, but I didn't get any response. When I called the *** cancellation ***, they informed me that I didn't have a gap policy. Frustrated, I contacted Arrowhead Honda and explained my issue. I spoke with a person named ***, who told me that the standard policy is to send *** refunds to finance . Despite calling them multiple times and being hung up on when transferred to finance, I decided to drive down to their location to obtain the check number and refund amount. I wanted to contact finance *** directly and get my refund. However, when I arrived, *** denied ever speaking to me and claimed that neither *** nor himself had received any calls or messages from me. He gave me the number of a person named Sydney to call instead. When I called Sydney, she spoke to me in a demeaning voice and said she would call me back later when she had time to deal with my request. That was yesterday, and I'm still waiting for her call. All I want is the check number and the amount that will be refunded to me.
I bought a vehicle warranty from *** at the dealership
I bought a vehicle warranty from *** at the dealership. 3 months ago, I tried to use the warranty for a covered repair. The repair company said that when they called to file the claim for reimbursement, the warranty wasn't valid. I called multiple times but got no response, so I went to the dealership in person to complain. The finance team told me that they charged and added the warranty to my total payment, but it was never actually activated. As a result, my claim was denied. They said they activated the warranty now and assured me it should work. I went back to the repair company, but once again, when they called to file the claim, they were told that my warranty was still inactive. We spoke to a manager on the phone, and they activated the account, only to DENY the repair. They tried to tell us that the repair should have been done by the dealership for the claim to be valid. This was NOT mentioned in the contract, nor was it communicated to my repair company when we initially filed the claim 2 weeks ago.
I helped my niece find a new car after she moved to ***
I helped my niece find a new car after she moved to ***. I requested a quote for a Honda CRV EX AWD from TrueCar.com at 12:05pm on 10/06/2022. The Internet sales manager (***) contacted me about an hour later and said the total price for the car was $34,622.75. Then, about four hours later, he said he could sell it to me for $34,100.00 (stock# ***). Before going to Arrowhead, the salesperson *** told me the total price would be exactly $34,000. When we arrived at Arrowhead Honda, *** had already brought the car to the front. After the test drive, the sales manager (***) came out and said the quoted price was for a 2WD, not an AWD. He said the price for the car would be over $36,000. I asked to speak to the general manager or owner, but he said no one was available and that he was THE sales manager. Another sales manager later came out and apologized, blaming the mistake on internal communication issues at Arrowhead. He offered a final price of $34,979. We drove 55 minutes from ***, *** to Arrowhead Honda, spent over 3 hours with different sales managers, and my niece had already returned her rental car. She desperately needed a car after just moving to ***. We had no choice but to purchase the car for $979 more than the quoted price. We could have bought it for a cheaper price at another dealership. The sales practices at Arrowhead Honda are absolutely disgusting. I demand a refund of $979 from Arrowhead Honda. I will also share my story on *** and *** Review until this issue is resolved.
We bought two new/used cars from Arrowhead Honda
We bought two new/used cars from Arrowhead Honda. We paid cash for a 2018 Honda Accord. We told the guy in Finance that we wanted to put the car title in a trust. Walter M, the financial person, said we could do that but needed paperwork. We went home, got the paperwork, and gave it to Mr. M. We finished the transaction for this car. We didn't know we had to contact the MVD to get the title. We called Arrowhead Honda and asked about the title, and they gave us the info. When we finally got the title, it wasn't in the Trust like it was supposed to be. We contacted the MVD, and they said to go back to the dealer or pay them to do it. After many calls to the dealer and leaving messages, I talked to Laura in the titling area. She said they didn't know what happened but would fix it with us. A few days later, Laura called back and said Arrowhead Honda won't fix it because it would cost them $352.70, but we could pay to have it done. Laura said they could see our payment came from our trust account but couldn't find our trust paperwork we gave to Walter M on the day of purchase. I asked what happened to all our info if they lost it. I said we did our part when we bought the car to have it titled correctly, so we shouldn't have to pay to fix it. Laura said she can only go by the paperwork we signed and that we should have noticed it wasn't right. We also had an issue with the second car we bought. I was told I would get new plates for the car. I only needed my plates for the car I traded in. I lost three months of prorated plate money because of this.
We went to Arrowhead Honda to buy a Honda CRV for my niece, who recently moved to ***
We went to Arrowhead Honda to buy a Honda CRV for my niece, who recently moved to ***. I got a quote for a CRV EX AWD car from TrueCar.com at 12:05pm on 10/06/2022. That was the only request I made on TrueCar.com. I received a quote from TrueCar for a 2022 CRV EX AWD with an MSRP of ***. The total price was $33,187 without Tax Tile License. An hour later, the Internet Sales Manager (***) contacted me. I asked him about the total price for this car (stock #***), and he said it was $34,622.75. After about 4 hours, I was informed that Arrowhead could offer me a total price of $34,100.00. Before going to the dealership, I was told that the total price would be exactly $34,000. I have attached the text confirmation. When we arrived at the dealership, *** brought the car to the front. After the test drive, we were ready to purchase, but the story completely changed. The Sales Manager, ***, came out and said that the quote was based on a 2WD model, not AWD. However, a 2WD car would have a different MSRP and stock number. The only price they could offer was $36,000+. I asked him to talk to the General Manager or the owner, but he said no one was available. Later, another sales manager, ***, came out and apologized for the communication issue caused by Arrowhead. He blamed everything on the salesperson, ***. He offered us a final price of $34,979. We had driven 55 minutes from ***, , and my niece had already returned her rental car. She desperately needed a car since she had just moved to ***. After spending over 3 hours at Arrowhead, we had no choice but to purchase the car for $979 more than the quoted price. We could have bought the same car from another dealer at a cheaper price. The practices of Arrowhead Honda are absolutely disgusting. I asked Arrowhead Honda to refund us $979, or else I will share my entire story on *** and *** reviews to expose their horrible cheating and lying behavior.
