On January 2023 Faisal Al Sabah Bought a car from Alfardan (the official distributor of Austin Martin cars) in Doha, Qatar. At the time of purchase, a car inspection report was given by Alfardan which upheld that the car has no issues.

According to Consumer Right Act 2015.
The Act states that consumer have a right to enjoy value to money paid by the owner. Unlikely, due to forged documents and deception for personal and family benefits, Alfardan (official distributor) deceive Aston martin and Customer while acting as a facilitator between Aston Martin and Customer. According to Consumer Act 2019 Section 2 (36) Liability of Manufacturer
The car is defective and under complete warranty till 2024. The psychological cost of paying high price and value to money is not justified by Official Distributor

According to Consumer Act 2019 Section 85 Liability of a Product Service Provider
It is the liability of service provider to resolve the issue and protect the Brand, Goodwill and ensure outrageous management of issues related to the product. However, they blame the owner of car and delay tactics to rid of car complete warranty till 2024.
According to Consumer Act 2019 Section 86 Liability of a Product Seller
it is the liability of product seller or distributor to uphold the standard operating procedures given by Aston Martin.

Alfardan bought the faulty car and used naïve leverage as the sole distributor of Aston Martin
Issue 1. Right after the car was purchased.
There is a significant sound during the Brake.
During the first road trip to Bahrain
A. The Second issue is the window turned down automatically and did not go up. Copy enclosed.
B. Alert of Hydraulics and Suspension and intimation to Alfardan Motors the next day.
C. Alfardan Distributor of Austin Martin behaved aggressively and blamed on the car owner.
D. Alfardan (Official Distributor Doha, Qatar) Alleged. Failure from the computer and need update and window adjusted but nothing for suspension everything is fine.
E. Road trip was made to Bahrain after confirmation from Alfardan Aston Martin that the car is running well.
During the second road trip.
A. On the second day in Bahrain, I left the car in Aston Martin Bahrain (Adamas Bahrain Motor Company W.L. L) due for the following reasons.
B. Ambient lights have turned off.
C. All electrical errors bring AC Heated and cooling seats started or initiated together. All electrical malfunctioning. Seat heating and seat cooling work together and transmission or gear malfunctioned e.g., the car was in D (drive Mode) it was not shifting to Parking or Reverse.
D. Again, window malfunctioned, and car doors was not operational.
E. Air conditioning has a bad smell.
F. The exhaust heat shield got broken.
G. During coming back from Back
H. During Ramadan and owner was fasting
I. Car Suspension gets low automatically and never moves to the same position.
J. The car alert showed that the car can only be driven at 80 km/h.
K. Due to the low setting of the car, the car got brutally scratched by road bumps.
L. When I entered Qatar Borders, the car was shifted to car breakdown and shifted straight to Alfardan on Sunday 26 March 2023.
There is contradiction is between two official service centers. Adamas (Bahrain) claimed that the brakes need to be changed as soon as possible. Whereas Alfardan (Doha) claimed that the brakes are alright no need to change. Adamas (Bahrain) claimed that heat shield is by default issue from Aston Martin, but Alfardan (Doha) aggressively blamed upon the car owner about this defect. From 26 march the car was in in official service center Alfardan Doha Qatar. I did not have any car now. On April 6th, 2023, Alfardan gave me car for personal use Aston Martin DB11. On the contrary, I am completely stressed and emotional breakdown because it took me so long to purchase my dream car (DB x). unfortunately, there was deception, fraud, and deliberate act to rid of full car warranty given by Aston Martin so the distributor will be at no obligation. I would like to take all officials in the loop to consider my complain at priority.

This has gone on way to long. I am appalled at the level of customer service and the lack of communication. You would think that Aston Martin would care about it's potential customers and image. I sent you the deposit 4 months ago.
This is terrible sequence of events I have had to endure while dealing with Aston.
1. After test driving the car and taking my deposit to purchase you inform me the car is not for sale and I am out of luck.
2. You then proceed to tell me you have another car coming in a week and never contact me again.
3. My wife sends multiple emails asking for the money back with no reply from you.
4. When we finally get a reply you says the same story..you have a car coming in a week...again no reply or communication from Aston.
5. Again we send you 3 emails asking for the money back and no reply or communication.
We have all the correspondence. This can not go on any longer. Please make sure my money returned with interest on Monday. If this does not happen you are forcing me to report Aston Martin to appropriate authorities and the press.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
THE WORST COMPANY IT HAS NEVER REPLIED TO CALLS EMAILS ETC, HAD TO GET REFOND AVOID!
