They were very patient and willing to walk us through the entire process. Upon arrival no inspection was done on the bike. 4 hours later I get a call from *** stating he already canceled my check because I never disclosed the condition of the motorcycle which was fully pictured and disclosed in my ad. Spent days trying to speak with a manager but never got one. They went back on a signed *** of sale and sent me a check for almost half of what was originally agreed upon not how dealers do business

We purchased a car last month, the temp tag has now expired, and we're unable to get a proper tag because according to Duvall County Clerk of Court and Duvall County tax collector, the dealership never completed the paperwork. I've called several times, each time I'm transferred to someone who never answers their phone and apparently hasn't been trained on how to check their voice-mail. Now I'm being told the person who handles registration/title doesn't work weekends and they'll call back Monday. Duvall County DMV has recommended I submit a complaint and they'll start an investigation.

With our busy schedules Andrew was able to do our approval and papers over the phone. He was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable- he knew the answer to all 100 of my questions. Once it came time to seal the deal, we were greeted by Andy and her cheerful smile. She set us up for a test drive and she too, had all of the answers we needed. These two made one of the most stressful things become one of the easiest and most enjoyable! We are looking to purchase another truck in a few months and will most definitely be requesting Andy and Andrew! They deserve ten stars but we can only give 5!

I contacted them yesterday regarding a 2014 Camaro. My husband drove from Savannah to Jacksonville to check the car out, as well as the back up car I wanted just in case, which was a 2010 Camaro SS. I screen shot both vehicles and their prices. The 2014 was purchased moments before my husband arrived, we liked the 2010, although it was a REBUILT TITLE, which is not mentioned in the listing. It was priced at $11k (I had the screenshot to prove it) and when they went to write up our contract, they CHANGED THE PRICE to $16,500 base price!They even changed it online after his test drive. Such extremely bad business practices. The salesman even saw the $11k price prior to my husband test driving the vehicle commented on what a great deal it was. A colossal waste of time and gas money to go get jerked around by sleazy tactics. STAY AWAY!

The finance clerk told us that they did a few things to the car which we needed to pay $3400 for, however, when I ask for proof the company could not furnish the necessary paperwork to prove that the things were done to the vehicles. I was immediately handled and I was refused a sale due to the lack of proof. The finance clerk told me that the car had a ceramic coating on the paint, that is misleading since I have been applying a ceramic coating to my vehicles for several years now and the vehicle did have the ceramic coating applied due to the lack of water phobic properties which causes water to bead up and run off without sheeting. the next thing was the car had all change and filter change this was not the case due to the discoloration of the oil it needed to be changed as well as the filter due to the build-up of plant matter and other miscellaneous foreign matter. There was no proof provided when requested. yet we were being forced to pay for something they had no proof of doing and was not done due to my 15+ years of experience both personally and professionally.

When they sold me the car the check engine light came on the same day and was told it was an oil change which Chevrolet told me it wasnt so I went back to *** again which he so called fixed whatever was the problem , mind you my service tire light has been on whole time having this car . NOW as of today I havent made a first payment and my car messed up and they told me I couldnt get it fixed there so I took it to Chevrolet and paid 700 out of my pocket because something else messed up on the car and the warranty they sold me didnt cover the part. Im telling them I dont want the car and nobody is trying to do anything about it because I havent made my first payment and dont plan on to if I have to pay out of pocket again for my broken car now. I have been dealing with the auto Boutique. They had a 2012 Dodge Ram advertised for $17,000. I went to look at the truck and they said I could inspect it but not start it due to needed repairs. I saw the truck on July 26th at the shop. When I first visited on July 26th, I mentioned being pre-approved for financing and could pay cash. As of today, August 24th, I called autoboutique and the truck is still being repaired. They wouldn't disclose the issue. They only communicate when called early in the morning; emails go unanswered. The staff is rude and uninformative about the vehicle's status. I'm trying to patronize autoboutique for the truck's lower price, $4,400 less than another. If you consider autoboutique after reviews, I wish you good luck!

On Wednesday, 10/07 at around 5:30pm, I noticed they uploaded pictures. I then called about coming out to see it. They closed at 7pm so we waited till the next day as I am an hour away from the lot. I made a test drive appointment for 10/08 at 4pm. I showed up at 3:45 and checked in with the receptionist. Was told to have a seat until a salesperson was available. I asked if I could look around the lot. I was told no. Really? What if there was another vehicle I might be interested in? Finally got sat with a salesperson to be asked what I was there for. Um... I have a 4pm appt to look at and test drive a vehicle. She then asked which one, still confused because I had an appt, so I told her and she told me that it was not on the lot because the upholstery was being fixed. I was asked to come back tomorrow, 10/09. I was unable to make that happen as I had left work early on 10/08 for my already scheduled 4pm appt. I asked if I could put down a deposit to hold it until their doors opened on Saturday, 10/10. I was told they could only do non-refundable deposits. You would think for my inconvenience because of their mistake and for the sake of gaining a customer they would have tried to make their potential customer happy and offered me a refundable deposit option or maybe said, you know, it's just the upholstery, why not let them take a look? Something. This was totally infuriating, an absolute waste of time and very disappointing. Why are you scheduling appointments for test driving a vehicle that is not even on your lot? I even let them know I was on the way, since I'm an hour away. I told the sales rep that I had been working with La and was told well shes in internet sales. The communication between the departments could've saved me two hours drive time or possibly gained them a new customer. I wondered why it hadn't sold before I got there. Now I know. It hadn't been on the lot for anyone to see it or test drive it. Had a friend call on Friday 10/09 to check availability and was told it was available and scheduled an appt to test drive. Went right to my contact not 2 minutes later and was told its in process of being sold. So here they are again, scheduling test drive appts and the car not being there. I know my review will gain me nothing and my business won't mean anything to them but I felt the need to pass on my experience.

Went back to Auto boutique 2/22 to inquire about title,(spoke to finance manager *** ) they gave me two different excuses! 1. They said they could not contact me. 2. They said that the car they sold me had a Leon on it and they did not have the title. 4. I informed them that this was a time sensitive matter and I needed my title immediately! Aforementioned finance manager told me it would take a week. But will not take my calls since that day!

We have called several times only to be put on hold for almost an hour (each time) to be told they are "still working" on it. We have already used our 2 temps tags so now we have a car our son can not drive! No one at Auto Boutique is taking this seriously and they keep blaming other sources when it is them dropping the ball. No one can tell us exactly why we have not received our tag or what is actually going on with it. This needs to resolved ASAP as we have a vehicle that cannot be driven because Auto Boutique is not doing their job correctly or in a timely manor.

On Aug 12, 2021 my brake monitor system failed and my brakes malfunctioned. Based of the recommendation and expertise of the mechanics of Champion Chevrolet in Reno Nevada. I was told to file a suit against Auto Boutique for selling a vehicle that had undisclosed damages and selling a vehicle not suitable for the road. An act that could have resulted in dramatic damages and injury.I have witnesses from the day of failure as well as photos and video of the damages that caused the brakes to fail. As well as an invoice for the repairs needed.

The carfax this company supplied is not accurate. On the carfax it says to reach out to a professional because there is some type of structural damage to the vehicle, etc. I did and was advised there are no structural damage, nothing that would impair the car as the carfax states. I tried reaching this company to get this fixed because Carfax says they are the only ones and the vendor they bought this car from can update these questionable notes about the car on the carfax. I haven't heard back and need a update to the carfax. I have the documents showing there are no issues as stated on the carfax. Please have this fixed as you stated you would have it researched, but still no answer. I need this fixed because it is doubling my insurance rate. This needs to be fixed asap!

At the time of closing there were several fees that were not disclosed at the beginning of the negotiation, one of those fees is an extended warranty that I dont need nor I want. I told the finance manager I did not want the warranty which was almost 1k dollars and he said he was willing to put it down to 499. i said no, i dont need a warranty, he said 299 is the lowest he can go. I said this was illegal and that no dealer can force you to buy a warranty and that id be reporting them. they did not offer any apologies but instead made me believe i must buy this extended warranty for 299. we all know this is an illegal practice and the reason behind this report is to request this business to stop performing this type of illegal practice on clients.

I purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey from Auto Boutique , Jacksonville, Fl. 3 week ago. They advertised on CarGurus and had it listed as no damage. When I got there to purchase the vehicle they then said there was a light damage on front end which was repaired properly. I could not see anything wrong at that time. So I purchased the car. They said the car only had 26000 miles and still had the manufacture warranty to 3 years or 36000 miles and if anything was wrong it was covered. After driving it 300 miles it developed a clunk in front end. I took it to Dodge dealer and they told me the repair was not done properly. They said they would not do repair and said there is no longer a warranty on car because of front end damage. I would have to pay for all and anything that would happen to car in future. There was no longer any warranty.

Last month I was able to reach the manager of the titles department and she was able to provide me with another 30 day tag, however, this tag is about to expire. I use this vehicle for business purposes and in 2 days I will no longer be able to use this vehicle for my business. My second temporary tags are set to expire now, and I have not been able to get a hold of the manager from the titles department even though she had previously given me her direct line to contact her in case issues arise. I have left numerous voice messages for her and I have spoke with several people to stated that they would leave her a note to call me back, but she has not returned my calls. This manager has told me that things have been running a bit slowly due to covid 19 and that it is in process.

I purchased a car from them in 2017 with an aftermarket extended warranty. Great car buying experience. Now, I sold the car in Jan 2021 with 3.5 years left on the warranty, which gets refunded prorata. Warranty cancellations have to go thru the selling dealer. I contacted the dealer to cancel the warranty on Jan 27th. They told me Feb 3rd that cancellation check would arrive in 6-8 weeks. That time went by (April 10th), and I contacted the dealer several times thru phone calls and emails trying to get the refund. They keep routing my inquiries to a back office person who does not have a direct phone number, and who I cannot talk to on the phone. I contacted the warranty company myself, the policy cancellation never got submitted by the dealer (April 22nd), So I had to submit the original paperwork to the warranty company myself. I have contacted the dealer several times since then, and have not gotten a response from *** in accounting.

I traveled from GA to FL to purchase a 2014 GMC Savanna for $14177.18 cash on 5/10. When I test drove the vehicle, there was a knocking sound. They said they would check the sensors and if needed, they would replace the transmission. They ended up "replacing" the transmission. Two weeks later, they said my vehicle was ready. I traveled back to FL to pick it up. I was not able to make it home before the check engine light came on and the transmission started slipping. After 3 diagnostic checks, I called the service manager at Auto Boutique (***) and he told me to take it to a Chevy dealership and he would handle it from there. ***'s contact information was given (AS DIRECTED) and Chevy determined that the vehicle needed a NEW TRANSMISSION. The vehicle was repaired and when Chevy reached back out to *** at Auto Boutique, he refused to pay. Chevy would not release my van due to no payment from Auto Boutique. I had to pay $5621 to reclaim my vehicle. *** and *** (GM) REFUSED TO PAY!

I reached out to Auto Boutique, LLC regarding a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado I wanted to buy. I informed the representative that I was pre-approved through Capital One, emailed my pay stub, and arranged to pick up the truck on Saturday, 6/27. Despite being approved, my follow-up calls were ignored. On 6/25, I learned the truck was sold without the chance to make a deposit. My attempts to speak with a manager were unsuccessful, and my messages went unanswered. This has been an incredibly frustrating car buying experience, and I'm left questioning if my profession in law enforcement influenced their responsiveness. Further attempts to discuss another truck were met with silence, except for a generic email. This has been my worst car purchasing experience.

I bought a Subaru Legacy from this dealership. Their initial offer was somewhere around 11% interest. I told them I would check with my bank, Navy Federal (NF), first. The offer I received from NF was 5.39%. The asked me to wait a moment and came back with 5.09% So, I agreed to their counter offer. I was in Florida for my sister's funeral so there was a document I needed from the Army to show that I am in the Army and my pay grade, which they received. When it came close to my first payment I went online to set up my profile with the bank. They had no idea who I was. I kept trying to call and speak with someone but had no return call. I was back in New York so I called my mother to see if she would stop by the dealership. After waiting 20 minutes the finance manager came out and said "the bank made a mistake" so he would have to sign new documents. She told my mother that they would send them next day air. I didn't get them for 2 weeks. I signed them and sent them back next day air. After they received them they call and tell me the offer is no good...and that now I will have to pay 21% interest. My mother went to the dealership and even called the owner (who subsequently did nothing) and told them they needed to buy down the rate (they only bought down 2%). They later told my mother that the woman who was supposed to send the documents to me next day air just up and quit her job...no notice. They also told her that my payments would be $5 less (but failed to tell her they tacked on more years to the contract to keep my payments reasonable). So, my interest rate went from 5.09% to a whopping 19% after tanking my credit.

I looked over the buyer's order for my wife and I did not find additional Zurich Shield Preload on it. This is some kind of coating they put on the interior or exterior of the automobile. Supposedly I had some kind of insurance on this product. Apparently, after I left the office thinking we were satisfied with the offer, we bought the car. I later reviewed the contract again out of curiosity and saw this addition (Zurich Shield) was added to the buyer's order without my knowledge. In the amount of $699.00. I called a *** of customer service and I informed her this, and I informed her I did not see this on the buyer's order in the office, but it was added by the sales person after I left the office. She informed me this Zurich product was needed and they did not sell cars without it. I informed her upon review of the contract with Zurich Shield "purchased of this product is not required as a condition to obtained financing or to purchase or lease vehicle". *** said quite the opposite. I asked for a refund to this and she informed me this was not an optional product. Without it they do not sell vehicles. All vehicle come with it. She was not truthful. I do not believed all vehicles come with this or if they did, whatever this ZURICH is cost this company very minimal to spray in the car. This additional product was added without my knowledge, and after I reviewed the buyer's order. This product was not required for purchase. I DO NOT NEED THIS PRODUCT AND I WANT A FULL REFUND of $699.00. .

At the time of closing my total was $9,900, inclusive in that total was a $799 Zurich Shield plan ( an optional product) that what not disclosed as optional. I asked the salesman *** to remove the product and he stated that he could not, I left out of the building, unwilling to sign. *** then came behind me to negotiate pricing but still not willing to remove the product but lessen the amount to a $299 and knocked off something for the asking price. Although still not equivalent to what was discussed. I signed familiar that the option to cancel insurances/warranty within a certain time frame is possible.On Tuesday March 23rd, I called Auto Boutique and stated my name along with the reason for my call(which was to cancel the optional product). I was then told that someone in Warranty was available, I was transferred to Warranty and got no answer. I left a message, no call back. I called again, still no answer. I called again on March 24th was transferred to Warranty left a msg. I called again on March 26th no answer. My last call to them was on April 9th, the same date of this complaint and was told no one is available in Warranty. I called Zurich Shield and spoke with *** and was told that my policy has not even been sent over by Auto Boutique so I should be able to cancel with them. I have heard nothing. Clearly being refused of my right to cancel the product. They are not disclosing the product as optional to customers and explaining that it is not a condition to purchasing or financing a vehicle as I was told by *** that it could NOT be removed.

I was Pre-Approved by Capital 1 and purchased a Vehicle this PAST November . It is now 3/17 and I still don't have my tag. I have spoke with 3 different clerks (*** ) in ref to this situation and I am getting the runaround when I called. They have told me Fed Ex lost my tag, and they had to give me two temporary tags until it is replaced and the error is corrected. It was stated by *** (The Clerk of Tag & Registration) that they are allowed to give ONLY 2 temp tag, which I don't understand, since their team and Fed-ex is at fault, Meanwhile I was forced to contact my local tag place here in Georgia to provide me a temp tag until they correct the error on their end. My local tag place has already stated, they will give me ONE temp tag for 30 days, allowing Auto Boutique Tag & Registration Team to correct the issue. Now, I am running into my deadline for the THIRD time of this temp tag expiring ( 3/21 ) and NO one seems to have a solution on how to prevent me from running into penalty issues, such as risking driving on a EXPIRED TEMP TAG. I have emailed *** and called on numerous occasions for updated and a solution, so I want risk this TEMP tag being expired and facing major penalties. This was brought up on numerous conversations to the team at auto Boutique, and no one seems to care or making this urgent, So I will not have to risk driving on a expired temp tag and risking suspension of my License. I called and get told that some one will call back, no one will call back with a helpful updated info to protect me from penalties. I am not receiving no HELPFUL RESPONSE and this TAG expires this SUNDAY 3/21. This has been the most WORST car buying experience EVER. I never seen it take so long to take care of tag and registration, it has been since NOVEMBER/DECEMBER. This is bad business, due to the risk of penalties that I am at risk at, due to not having a legit tag and registration. I really need feedback and this corrected and a sincere apology with accommodation of the stress it has cause me for weeks of waiting.
