AutoEQ.ca Great Communication and Quick Delivery, But Product Quality Disappoints: Autoeq.ca Review

AutoEQ.ca is quick and easy to work with, you can't go wrong! Communication through email was just awesome, they replied quickly and their replies were easy to understand. Delivery was super quick too, and I was impressed when the product was in my hands the next day. The product I bought was of decent quality, but it wasn't perfect.

Though it wasn't Autoeq's fault, I found out later that the Bak MX4 would have been a better option than the Solid Fold 2.0. The latches on the Solid Fold are cheap and will most likely break with time, which is disappointing. They also stick out or hang, which gets in the way when loading stuff. I also noticed that the tailgate doesn't automatically release when the tonneau is latched down. I'm happy working with Autoeq.ca, but the product left something to be desired.

I would have paid more if it meant buying locally, since returning items is much easier. Buying online is convenient, but returning if it's not the right fit comes with some challenges. I could have returned the product, but it would have been a pain to pack everything back in the box and go to the post office. In conclusion, working with Autoeq.ca is fantastic, their product may not be the best option.

AutoEQ.ca Mixed experience with AutoEQ - Fast delivery & great product, but poor customer service initially. Lund USA provided great support in the end

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with my experience with AutoEQ.ca. The delivery of my order came faster than I had expected, and the product was in great condition when it arrived. Unfortunately, when I tried to install the product onto my vehicle, I realized that it wasn't fitting quite right. I tried reaching out to AutoEQ a few different ways - through their client care site, email, and over the phone - but I didn't get a response for several days. Honestly, I was starting to get a little frustrated.

Eventually, I did get a response from somebody. I'm not entirely sure if it was somebody from AutoEQ or somebody from Lund USA, as I had also contacted their office. Either way, they were able to connect me to a service technician who gave me some advice on what to do to try and get the product to fit properly. With their help, I was eventually able to get it installed, although the instructions that came with it were not helpful at all for this particular installation.

I was impressed, however, with the level of customer service that Lund USA provided. They offered to give me a refund if the product had been damaged during any of my attempts to try and get it to fit properly. I didn't end up needing the refund, but it was nice to know that they were ready to support me if anything went wrong.

All in all, while there were definitely some frustrating moments in dealing with AutoEQ, I think that they ultimately redeemed themselves by putting me in touch with somebody who could help me resolve my issue and who saw me through to a successful installation. I'd consider shopping with them again in the future.

AutoEQ.ca Excellent experience with AutoEQ.ca: Quality products and exceptional customer service

My experience with AutoEQ.ca was extremely positive. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and I was pleased to receive a notification when my package was shipped, along with a tracking number so I could keep track of its progress. When my order arrived, I was thrilled with the bug deflector that I had purchased for my 2016 Honda Pilot Touring AWD. It fit perfectly and looked fantastic on my SUV. In fact, it looked just like the OEM product, if not better.

What's more, the bug deflector was significantly cheaper than the OEM version, and the installation process was a breeze thanks to the instructions that were provided. Best of all, if you have any questions or concerns, the product support team at AutoEQ.ca are always happy to help. They respond quickly and are genuinely interested in making sure you have the best possible experience with their products.

Overall, I would highly recommend shopping at AutoEQ.ca. The quality of their products is top-notch, and their customer service is outstanding. AutoEQ.ca AutoEQ.ca Review: Fast Delivery but Slow Response to Issues with Order

Hey there, I just wanted to leave a review of my experience with AutoEQ.ca. First off, I gotta say that my order arrived pretty quickly which was a big plus for me. I ordered two products, but unfortunately, one of them appeared to be damaged when I opened the package. I wasn't too happy about it, but I know these things can happen during shipping.

So, I went ahead and submitted a request with a few pictures of the damaged product on August 6th. However, it's been a few days now and I haven't received any confirmation or update on what's happening with the product. I'm a little disappointed by this and I would appreciate a more prompt response from AutoEQ.ca. As a customer, it makes me feel more comfortable when companies take care of issues like this quickly.

Despite this issue, I still think that AutoEQ.ca is a great online store for car accessories. The damaged product is not necessarily their fault, and I'm willing to trust that they'll come through with a solution eventually. One thing that I wasn't too happy about was that instead of confirmation regarding my Submit Request form, I received an automated review request for my purchase. I mean, it's not a big deal, but it definitely wasn't what I was expecting after reporting an issue.

In conclusion, I would recommend AutoEQ.ca to anyone looking for high-quality car accessories. They have a great selection and the prices are very competitive. However, if you run into any issues with your order, just be aware that it may take a little longer to resolve than you'd like.

AutoEQ.ca Mixed Feelings About AutoEQ.ca: Great Product & Delivery, But a Few Issues with Missing Components and Instructions

Dude, I gotta say, AutoEQ.ca is a pretty cool place to shop. I mean, I got my order delivered super quick, and the product I bought was pretty sweet. But, to be honest, there were a couple things that could have been better.

First of all, when I got my product, it seemed like there were some components missing. It was kind of a bummer, because I was pretty excited to use it right away. The front panel is secured by velcro, but there was no other piece for it to attach to. And, the back panel had pre-drilled holes for bolts and nuts, but there were no bolts or nuts included in the package.

Now, I'm no expert or anything, but it seems like if you're selling a product that needs certain components to work, you should include those components, you know what I mean? It's not a huge deal or anything, I was able to go to my local hardware store and pick up what I needed. But, considering the price I paid, I would have expected everything I needed to be included.

One other thing that kind of bothered me was that there weren't any instructions included with the product. I mean, it wasn't that hard to figure out how to use it, but for someone who isn't as familiar with these kinds of things, it could be a bit confusing.

Overall, I still think AutoEQ.ca is a pretty solid place to shop. But, they could definitely improve their quality control when it comes to making sure all the necessary components are included with their products. And, it wouldn't hurt to add some instructions for those who might need a little extra guidance.

AutoEQ.ca Review of Retrax Tonneau Cover and AVS Wind/Rain Guards from AutoEQ - Great Purchase, But Customer Service Needs Improvement

I purchased a Retrax retractable tonneau cover and AVS wind/rain guards from AutoEQ. The tonneau cover was priced just right and was delivered and installed with no problem.

The AVS wind/rain guards arrived as well and I installed them on all four doors according to the instructions provided. However, I encountered an issue with the driver's window guard not seating properly and triggering the window auto stop function. The push in clips were pulled into the door cavity by the window. I reached out to AutoEQ online a week ago, asking how the issue can be resolved and followed up with a voice message three days later when I did not receive any response. Today, four days later, I am still waiting for a response. I wish this issue to be addressed as soon as possible. I have found comparable products at much lower costs on competitor sites.

Please have a representative contact me (either via email or by calling me up using the contact number found in your system). I need someone from your company to reach out to me to give me instructions on how to fix the issue.

AutoEQ.ca Upgrade your car seats with AutoEQ.ca leather covers - A review

Ima write this rewiew about AutoEQ.ca where i bought some leather covers hyeah!

I ain't got no money for a whole new fancy car with lather seats, so i decided to buy these leather covers instead. And lemme tell ya, i'm so happy i did! They look so fly and the gray color matches my car's interior colors totally. Now it looks like i got factory installed leather seats. Such a cool upgrade for a fraction of the price.

The back covers are so tight, like real snug. But the seat covers ain't as tight as the factory would be. It's all good though, cause i think my car looks more comfy and natural this way.

One thing to mention is, make sure to read the instructions before you go to slap these covers on your car. I had fabric covers before and thought it'd be the same deal, but it wasn't. The leather covers should be installed when it's hot cause they're supposed to be really tight. It's just a little snag, but no biggie.

All in all, i'm a happy camper after this purchase. If you're thinking about getting leather covers from AutoEQ.ca, go for it!

AutoEQ.ca Mixed Review of AutoEQ.ca: Shipping Delay & Mats Fit Issues; Good Quality Mats but Room for Improvement

So, like, when I ordered from AutoEQ.ca, I was pretty bummed out, eh. My order didn't get shipped for five whole days, and I didn't get any confirmation or nothing. I was like, "What the heck, dude?" So I emailed them and they said it would go out that same day and I'd get a tracking number. But then, like, nothing happened, even after a whole extra day. So I sent another email and finally they told me they needed me to confirm some mats or whatever. They sent me some pictures and I had to tell them which one I wanted. But, like, I was confused because I already told them what kind of car I had. Anyways, after that it finally got shipped out the next day.

Now, I gotta give them some props because the mats I got for my wife's Jeep Cherokee were pretty sweet. The front ones fit perfect and looked great. But the back ones, eh, not so much. They kinda fit okay in the wheel wells, but the part that goes over the transmission didn't fit right and was loose. And the cargo mat -- forget about it. It was a total flop. The ends of it were too long and got in the way of closing the door. I had to squish it up against the seats just to get it to work, which isn't what you'd expect when they say they laser measure everything for a perfect fit.

I gotta say, it would have been way easier if they had a phone number to call instead of just email. But overall, I'm like half and half on AutoEQ.ca. They got some good stuff, but they definitely got some room for improvement too.

AutoEQ.ca AutoEQ.ca Review: Great Prices, Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, AutoEQ.ca has some pretty sweet prices. Like, dang, they're really good. But here's the thing, when I made a purchase, I didn't get a email receipt. And when you're spending big bucks like I was, you want that confirmation. Plus, when I tried calling to talk about my order or any concerns, no one answered. Not even once. So I had to send an email, but then I found out that if you don't use the specific email contact service on the website, your emails go unanswered. That's pretty unnerving, you know what I'm saying?

But if you do use the right email, you get a quick response. So I guess that's good. But AutoEQ.ca should really explain that better, with like a big red arrow or something. That would save customers a lot of frustration.

To be real with y'all, the whole experience wasn't great. I ended up with seat covers that were delivered in a beat-up box. And then I had to pay customs (even though they reimbursed me). And throughout the whole thing, I was waiting for emails that sometimes never came. It was stressful, and made me wonder if the whole site was a scam. But when I did get emails from customer service, they were friendly and helpful. And they dealt with that customs issue real quick.

Here's the thing though. The phone system needs some serious work. Like, it's 2021, how is it possible that they don't answer the phone? I called 30 times one day, using both options available to me on the phone menu, and never got through. Like, come on. Sure, the products and prices are good, but that's not all that matters. Most of my shopping is done online because I'm a disabled veteran, and I expect better.

So yeah. If you're looking for good prices on car stuff, AutoEQ.ca might be worth a shot. But just be aware that you might not get a receipt, and that their phone system is whack.

AutoEQ.ca Mixed Review of AutoEQ.ca's Tonneau Cover: Ok product, but communication needs improvement

I had a tough time reaching somebody at AutoEQ.ca when I needed help with some installation questions. I tried sending emails, leaving messages on their voicemail, but it took a while for someone to finally get back to me. When I did get a response, they were helpful and knowledgeable, but the wait was frustrating.

As for the product itself - I was told that the Tonneau cover I purchased would be easy to install, but as a first-time truck owner, it was still a bit of a challenge. The instructions weren't as clear as I would have liked, and I had to do some trial and error to get everything positioned correctly. But once I got it installed, it looked great and has been functioning well.

Overall, while the communication could have been better, I'm happy with the product I purchased from AutoEQ.ca. Just be aware that if you're not experienced with installing truck accessories, you might run into some issues with the installation.

AutoEQ.ca Disappointed: AutoEq.ca Refused Tax Exempt Card for Native Status, Missed Open Box Special

I sent an email to AutoEq.ca about my tax exempt card because I have native status. Unfortunately, they refused it citing that their system is not designed for that. I was disappointed because I really wanted to purchase from them, but their policy prevented me from doing so. The open box special they had was priced perfectly and I would have bought it if it was not for this issue.

AutoEQ.ca My AutoEQ.ca Review: Inconsistent Communication and High Prices

So, here's my two cents about AutoEQ.ca. I recently ordered a car part from them and I gotta say, the whole process wasn't as smooth as I was hoping for. At first, they told me that the part I needed was not available, which got me all worked up since I needed it urgently. It was only after a few days that they confirmed they had it in stock and could send it over.

But then came the issue of communication. It seemed like the messages I sent were just getting lost in the ether, or something. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. And even then, the replies were not exactly crystal clear. I had trouble understanding what exactly was going on with my order.

On top of all this, I couldn't help but notice that the prices on AutoEQ.ca were kinda high. I get that it's a Canadian business and all, but I still felt like I was paying a premium.

All in all, I'm not sure if I would order from them again. I appreciate that they eventually came through with the part I needed, but the whole experience was a bit of a headache. If you do decide to order from them, just make sure to follow up frequently and be prepared for some unclear communication.

AutoEQ.ca AutoEQ.ca Review: Quick Shipping & Good Quality, Minor Damage on Side Steps

I recently ordered some side steps from AutoEQ.ca and discovered that there was some damage during the shipping process. One of the side steps had been dented on the underside, but luckily the paint job was still in top condition. I think the damage must have occurred before the painting process, and somehow the quality control team didn't catch it since it was only visible on the bottom. Despite the minor flaw, I decided to keep the steps since the damage wasn't noticeable unless you were lying on the ground inspecting them. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my experience with AutoEQ.ca. They had a good selection of products and the shipping was quick and efficient. While I wasn't thrilled with the minor damage on the side steps, I think it's a pretty common issue when ordering large items online, and I appreciate that they were still in good condition overall. I'd recommend AutoEQ.ca to anyone looking for auto accessories and parts!

AutoEQ.ca AutoEQ.ca: Terrible Product Quality and Refund Scam

I had an awful time with AutoEQ.ca. I ordered some mats from them, but when they arrived, they were all dirty and banged up. I was so disappointed that I immediately contacted their customer service department to ask for a refund. It’s been almost two months now, and I still haven’t received my money back. I know they got the mats I sent back because I tracked the parcel, but they won’t give me my refund without charging me an extra 20%. This is a total scam, and I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

AutoEQ.ca Positive Customer Service Experience and Affordable Shipping Options at AutoEQ.ca

They seemed to have cheaper prices for the item I ended up ordering. I was excited when I saw that, but unfortunately ended up ordering the wrong one. Now I have to go through the process of trying to exchange it. The website says they have cheaper shipping options for returns, which is a relief. I am waiting for the shipping label to be sent to me.

So far, I have had a decent experience with their customer service. They seem to be helpful and responsive. I hope that this exchange goes smoothly and that I receive the correct product soon. Overall, I am optimistic about my experience with AutoEQ.ca, and would recommend them based on my current interactions with them.

AutoEQ.ca Disappointing Customer Service Experience with AutoEQ.ca: Warranty Issue Ignored

AutoEQ.ca is not the most responsive company out there. I've been trying to reach them for months about a warranty issue with my seat covers. I've tried emailing, calling, and using their website contact form with no response. I know I'm not the only one who has experienced this issue, as I've seen similar complaints from others online.

It's frustrating when you've spent your hard-earned money on a product only to have it fail and then have difficulty getting in touch with the company to get it resolved. I wish AutoEQ would be more attentive to their customers and take care of any issues that arise.

Overall, my experience with AutoEQ.ca has been disappointing. I hope they will improve their customer service in the future so that others don't have to go through the same frustration that I did.

AutoEQ.ca Decent Website but Long Shipping: AutoEQ.ca Review

Ordered my car audio equipment from AutoEQ.ca and gotta say, it was decent enough. But it took em like a month to even ship out my stuff! Like what the heck man, that's way too long. I didn't even know my stuff was on back order until I gave em a call to nag about my order. And don't even get me started on the wait time for customer service. I was stuck listening to their hold music for like 20 minutes at a time. That ain't cool. But once I finally got through to someone, they were real professional and helped me out quick. Overall, not too shabby of an experience.

AutoEQ.ca Poor Quality AVS Visor and Hood Deflector: A Disappointing Experience

The visors were a little on the small side, but they still fit alright. The AVS hood Visor was a bit of a disappointment though, made of low-quality plastic that came in an open plastic bag despite being in a closed box. It seems like these might be, well, seconds or something. And the hood deflector was just as flimsy, made of cheap and thin plastic that ended up breaking when I tried to install it. I've done these kinds of installs before, but these products were just too poorly made for me or anyone else to work with. The EQ service was all good and everything, but unfortunately the product seems to be a bit of a bust. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about it at this point, though.

AutoEQ.ca Poor Customer Service and Order Cancellation by AutoEQ.ca

I bought some stuff from AutoEQ.ca on Boxing Day. You know, to get a better deal and all that jazz. But then, these guys go and cancel my order 12 days later. Can you believe that? And with no explanation, mind you. At first they said it was because the item wasn't in stock. But then they changed it to some credit card issue. But like, I had already given them my money! I called them up on Jan 8, but those phones were ringing busy for days. And when I finally got through, they told me to try again. What kinda customer service is that, I ask you?

So I emailed them 8 times, and also messaged them. But did I get a response? Hell no. Not until today, after a whole 33 days since I placed my order, and 3 whole weeks after they cancelled it. And now they go and tell me they won't give me that sweet Boxing Day price. What a load of bunk.

I even asked a manager to get in touch with me, but they didn't. And now, this was supposed to be a birthday gift, but it looks like I won't be able to wait any longer. It's a real bummer, you know what I'm saying? Honestly, I am not impressed with the lack of customer service. Do better, AutoEQ.ca.
