Excellent customer service and the process from beginning to end was smooth. The installers were polite and cleaned up their mess when finished installing my beautiful new windows. Highly recommend.

This company installed a leaf blocking system on my gutters. Tony and his crew were very professional, polite and respectful of my business needs. Thank you Don for making sure I no longer have to clean my gutters!

Had a good experience with installation crew. they were courteous and did a good job of installing the leaf guard to our guttering system as contracted. We had some minor issues with the install scheduling which we were able to resolve. .Overall a good experience

I had a very good experience with Autumn Exteriors. I had guttering installed and they also fixed an area for me that had been rotted out. Tony and his work crew were great to visit with also. they cleaned up all the mess. Now I am going to get some siding as well

Excellent Company for your home improvement needs.. Replaced windows and doors and clad my home with a log look steel siding. The business office was helpful and each crew that worked on the project were knowledgeable professionals. We recommend this company for all your projects.

Great customer service from start to finish! My wife and I had our gutters replaced and we could not be more happy about them! Don was great! The crew that came out was very professional and answered every question my wife and I had! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

I had several bids for gutter guards. I felt Autumn Exteriors provided an excellent product for a fair price. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional and helpful. The guards were installed days after the bid and someone came out to inspect the work when it was complete. The service could not have been better.

We had the best experience with Autumn Exteriors. I worried that my house would look like it was covered in plastic siding. I couldnt be more pleased with the siding itself and the workmanship was amazing. Our installer is a true craftsman. Love, love, love my new siding on my 130 year old house. My house still has its character.

Very happy with their work. We needed some siding replaced on the back of our house after taking down our old dilapidated deck. They were able to come out and match our current siding and got the job done on our time line. A nice friendly bunch to work with. Would recommend them and will use again in the future for any more siding needs.

The owner of Autumn Exteriors is a pushy salesman and attempted to charge me more than four times what two other local companies would charge for the same project with the same quality of materials. That isn't an upsell, that isn't good salesmanship, that is price gouging and completely unethical. Autumn exteriors should be ashamed of themselves for conducting business like that!

Don and his crew are very awesome. They were very Honest and had respect for me. You do not see very many contractors that will work with you. The subcontractors did a very good job. I was so amazed when I came home from work. What a difference it actually made to my house. The ladies in the office were so kind and kept me informed, Penny and Lacy you are right on it. Owner was very pushy about getting me to sign a contract instead of giving me time to think. I later canceled and had to pay $800 for the cancellation. The reason for canceling is because I found out he was charging me over $3,000 for gutters on my 770sq ft house compared to a quote of $700 by another contractor. I paid more in the cancellation fee than I will pay to have gutters installed by the other contractor. So many people in my town have complained about the same reasons so that the contractor is no longer allowed to have a booth at festivals.

I've just had Autumn Exteriors replace my soffits & facia! My crew was exemplary! #1. they arrived on time w/ materials and equipment! #2. they worked over the weekend to finish the job, before it rained! #3 I was impressed w/ the crew, they were polite, hard workers (even in the extreme heat), and conscientious of their work #4 they cleaned up all the debris from their work #5 repaired the soffit where the door scraped the aluminum! Autumn Exteriors has supplied me w/ new windows that I absolutely feel are the best in the industry, and now have replaced my soffit & facia in time for the new roof, and have shown to have excellent professional work crews!

so I gotta say something about Autumn Exteriors, LLC. They been giving us some trouble with our payments, man. We sent them a letter back in September telling them that they ain't been applying our payments right and they keep adding late charges and stuff. Even when we paid double, they still said we owed more. We're retired veterans, you know, and we can't deal with their harassment no more. So we just gave them 800 bucks to close this mess. It's a shame, but we had to do it.

Me and my hubby signed a deal with Autumn Exteriors, LLC on June 29 to fix our back gutter and put a cover on it. But until now, September 6, no work has been done yet. I reached out to them twice to ask when they will start the job, but they said they'll call me back. But still, no call back! How long does it take to get the materials to finish the job? Can I cancel the agreement and find another contractor?

We got some windows, siding, and gutters from Autumn Exteriors. We got the gutters put up in April , but they weren't put on straight. We told Autumn Exteriors after the first rain, and they said they'd fix it next time they were around. But it's been over FOUR YEARS and we've called them a bunch of times, and the gutters still ain't fixed. I left five messages and they didn't call back. We paid for the gutters already, so they gotta fix it or give us our money back.

This company came out last March to put siding on our house. The main issue is that the soffit wasn't put on right and it makes a huge amount of noise when the wind blows. It actually keeps us from sleeping. It's embarrassing when someone stays over. I have called them several times and they send people out, but all they do is look at it and agree with us that there is a problem, they never fix it. One of the guys I spoke to said they have all of the parts to fix it but they never do. In addition to this problem they were terribly messy and they left nails everywhere. We had a storm coming once and we told them a bad storm was coming. They said they would take care of the materials, but they didn't and the next morning it was all out in the road.

So, I hit up Autumn Exteriors for a quote on siding for my crib back in September. This dude named *** came out to talk to me. I was straight up with him about being tired and dealing with my boy Kevin's brain cancer. But this guy didn't care, he just gave me his sales pitch and tried to pressure me into signing a contract that same night. And I fell for it, thinking it was my only option. Fast forward to November and I'm trying to get some basic info on my order and this company won't give me anything. They told me to just look at the contract, like that's supposed to be enough. Then, out of nowhere, *** shows up at my house unannounced while I'm at work and with Kevin there too. He couldn't even answer basic questions about the quote he gave me, like how he came up with the price or what kind of repairs were included. He just kept saying he's been doing this for 40 years and I should trust him. But when I pushed back, he got all angry and threatened to take me to court. I'm not saying I won't pay, I just want to know what I'm paying for. And now, I still don't have siding on my house and this company has terrible business ethics. Don't waste your time with them.
