Flowers ordered for my uncles funeral and delivered are not what I ordered and certainly not worth what I paid for them. I am extremely disappointed. This was to be a peace lily arrangement and was just an ivy plant. Several other peace lilies were delivered so I know the change was not because they were not available. This was ordered on 5/29/2023 and delivered on 5/31/2023. This was delivered to the funeral home.
If you need further proof I can send a picture, but I would assume you Know what you sent.

I ordered flowers thinking they were a local Atlanta florist. I googled "florist Toco Hills" which is my sister's neighborhood in Atlanta. I checked to make sure they were local and they showed an address on Google maps.
I placed the order, realized after placement that they added a $28 "service fee" at checkout on a $75 flower arrangement with no notification ahead of time.
I called to make sure the flowers would be delivered on the day I requested since they were for my niece's graduation. At first the number didn't work, then went to spanish speaking voice mail, then someone answered. I told her I needed to make sure the flowers would arrive by 5pm for my niece's graduation and she ASSURED me they would.
Flowers never arrived.
$120 on my Visa card I now have to dispute.
They never delivered my flowers, charged my card, charged a $28 fee they did not disclose.

Monday our family dog died, I wanted to ease the pain of my daughter-in-law as it was very painful, I ordered flowers from AVAS because on their web site it stated "same day" delivery, they had a "free delivery" code on their web site as well... I spoke with a young lady, very kind, we discussed what I wanted to order, I said I was looking at the web site and thought the "Floral Harmony Bouquet" was very pretty, on the web site it was $39.99 free delivery, by the time the young lady finalized the order the cost for me was $150 :/ not at all the cost I was thinking and told her that the website had "free delivery" she said OH! why wasn't it something she informed me of, why did I have to inform her? carrying on, she deducted the delivery and then told me it would be $75.00 :/ still more that the site showed but I went along with it as I really wanted the flowers to be nice and they needed to be sent "that day" timing is everything when it comes to a sentimental gesture... I waited most of the day for a call from someone that the flowers were delivered and pretty, at 3:49pm that day I received a call from AVAS that the flowers were not going to be delivered that day and there was nothing I could do to change that, his driver was not delivering, I had no other options, I called the number on my text message and spoke to another young lady and stated to her that I needed the flowers delivered that day and if they couldn't I wanted to cancel, she suggested sending the flowers to someone else :/... what the He$% does that mean? "NO!" was that answer and she then suggested a $20 discount and the flowers would be delivered the next morning, @ 1:47 the next day, no information of delivered flowers, I phone to see why the flowers had not yet been delivered, by this time I am seriously frustrated, the AVAS person on the phone said he would have to get back to me the driver was out delivering and had to come back to the store to get my flowers but he would call in the next 30 minutes with an update...@3:49 I call back because the 30 minutes had long passed and they stated they attempted to deliver but recipient wasn't there, the delivery address was a business, they were there all day AND AVAS had my daughter - in-laws phone number for AVAS to contact if they needed to, she wasn't called, flowers weren't delivered and now I'm being told it would be the following morning, (three days after I ordered "Same Day Delivery" Flowers, I told them I wanted a refund and to cancel the order... I rarely complain and rarely am treated as I have by this company... Your website is seriously misleading... I am very very frustrated and disappointed. I have screen shots of the Web Site stating the prices, I have screenshots of the web site stating free delivery, both attached to this correspondence...
Desired outcome: I have not yet received my refund, I went out and bought her a rose bush instead...the day has long past, the tears are not fresh any more and the kind gesture I was looking for was squashed by incompetent business owners
A promise not kept
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Flowers were promised to be delivered for my daughter's medical school graduation, what a huge disappointment. I'm still upset at myself for using this company. I placed the order a week in advance, called more than 10 times, promises were made daily, we had the graduation ceremony and no flowers. I continuously complaint to company, flowers arrived 4 days after we had departed from hotel sitting at the airport, unacceptable. This company ruined the special moment. After numerous complaints, several supervisors, over 4 hours of phone calls, a full refund was issued.
Floral arrangement from my daughter for Mother's Day never arrived
I am on the OBX, NC and my daughter ordered flowers for me from AVA'S and they did not get here Sunday, Monday and now today! This was for Mother's Day. She cannot even get someone on the phone. How can you be so dismissive about such an important day between children and their Mothers? No one returns calls or even bothers to pick up. Ava's flowers sounds like a scam.
More than disappointed.

I ordered in line with delivery for Mothers Day. It arrived a day after Mothers Day, late, though it said same day delivery for Georgetown TX. I wasn’t angry about it showing up late but she received a bouquet looking NOTHING like the picture I was ordering. I don’t think there was a pink flower at all. The bouquet looked like a cheap grocery arrangement from H‑E‑B. I spent $100 which had a $28 service fee they don’t tell you until you place the order. Never again! Read all reviews. Issues seem to be the same.

Ordered from Ava’s Flowers for Mother’s Day Flowers $69.99 was sent an email on Mother’s Day saying my moms flowers were delivered I called my mom to tell her to look outside but nothing was there I contacted Ava’s Flowers who put a Tracer on the flowers. It took me 6 calls before I was able to speak to someone who told me there were delivery confirmation notes and she asked me if I spoke to Joan Carpenter I said that’s how I found out her flowers were not there. She said let me put you on hold for a minute or two I was on hold 24 minutes just for her to answer sounded like she was outside talking to someone started laughing and hung up on me. Wow great customer service. Now I have to call my bank to get that charge refunded and rebuy flowers for my mom, talk about [censored]

The following is why the Better Business Bureau had gotten so many complaints about AVAS Flowers. The also advertise they are local to St. Cloud Minnesota and they are not! Their base company is in Delaware. My husband ordered a Mother's Day flower arrangement at 10:12 AM HST on Thursday 5/11/23. It was an order for $89.23. We received the first notification the flowers were delivered on 5/12/23. We called customer service stating the flowers had NOT been received. The Customer Rep informed us the "DELIVERED" email to the customer automatically goes out when the "Designer" gets the order. Customer service assured us the flowers would be delivered between 5/12-5/13 (Friday - Saturday). Today is Sunday 5/14 and the flowers HAVE NOT arrived. We tried to contact them thru the website which was a frustrating and pointless process. The order status report shows the NEW DELIVERY DATE AS TUESDAY 5/16. Had we been told they could not deliver before Mother's Day we would have taken our business elsewhere. We want a refund! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Desired outcome: They should be truthful about delivery dates.
Mother's Day Flowers
I ordered a basket of beautiful yellow roses for my mother for Mother's day. I was issued confirmation that they would be delivered between 5/11-5/14. Well I'd hope they were beautiful, but she never received them. I tried contacting AVA Flowers but only received automated bot responses, online chat option which led to nothing getting resolved. I did receive an email today (5/15/23) stating they'd refund me, without explanation. Now that mother's day has passed, I'm left with disappointment for myself and my mother. Paid a pretty penny too. When I searched for a florist, I tried looking for one in the same city my mother lived in, and my home town. Ava Flower's popped up indicating they were out of Weslaco Texas, but after the fact, I found they are not, false advertising. I will never order from them again.
Desired outcome: Hoping for an expediated refund I have yet to receive.
Product and customer service
Was a sent the wrong arrangement and informed they were unable to satisfy the correct order in a timely manner. So they took it upon themselves to ship an unconfirmed substitute arrangement without contacting neither purchaser nor recipient and the arrangement contains allergens to the recipient. In addition, the arrangement was to arrive with a box of chocolates that was not shipped either. Add insult to injury now my mother has to sit with this arrangement in her home for Mothers Day because we were informed that they will require to pick up the delivered arrangement in order to provide a refund. (So uncomfortable..)

I placed an order on 5/11/23 at 9:15am from Ava's Flowers online - says on the site when I pulled it up delivery in New Braunfels (doesn't say shipping - don't want that) - I needed delivery from in town. I ordered a Blooming Azaela plant $49.99 and a lighthearted moments mini rose plant $42.99. I paid a total of $131.97 (they charge some service fee of $28.95 (don't even know what that is for - thought maybe it would be delivering from another florist in town as I've done this before from another place). I filled out the special request part for what sentiment needed to be on each card and then of course my name - so that my mom and grandmother know who they are from. Fast forward to 10:31am I start getting urgent texts about my order and I need check my email about my order or to call, I got two of those. I go to my email and see that my Azaela all of a sudden magically isn't available - so it gives me some choices - I chose a peace lily - but it showed that the mini rose plant was still good and the order still showing to deliver Saturday 5/12/23. Fast forward again to 2:20pm and I'm getting the urgent update texts yet again on the delivery of my order and it gives me a number of [protected] to call. I dial the number and it takes an act of God to get through to anyone and then when they FINALLY do answer they are so hard to understand and sound like they are probably not in the US. Second red flag! Someone answers and tells me that my other order of the mini rose plant is now also mysteriously unavailable. I was upset and I started telling her this is ridiculous and asking what is going on. And she says that she will do a big upgrade since I can't get the mini rose plant - and she will upgrade me to the large complete floral arrangement with vase. I'm like okay, that will work - I wanted the nice rose plant, but a nice large complete floral arrangement will work. Then she says ok your order will be delivered on TUESDAY...WAIT WHAT? I told her absolutely not it won't be delivering on Tuesday, that my date was already set for tomorrow, Saturday 5/12/23 and that is the date it needs to be delivered. She repeats it again and I said no ma'am, that won't work. She puts me on hold for approx. 10 minutes and comes back and then mysteriously they will be delivering tomorrow, Saturday 5/12/23. I get an email last night that my order has SHIPPED..wait what? I do not like shipped flowers, I was under the understanding they were being delivered locally. I mean good grief. Shows delivering by UPS today by noon. Got there at 11:51am - okay perfect. I knew my mom would be texting me, and I didn't hear anything. So I texted her did she receive a package. And she says yes, but I don't know who it's from (i'm not the only sibling) Both cards say happy mother's day, that's it...NO SENTIMENT at all and NO NAME AS TO WHO THEY ARE FROM - LIKE WHAT? This is not my first rodeo ordering flowers - I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS - COMPLETE [censored]SHOW! Oh and the best part - these $131.97 worth of flowers look like the rejected flowers...plant isn't super, super bad, but still - not what I was expecting for the price! THE FLOWERS ARE AWFUL...has about 7 gerber daisies and this huge vase they put in there and that's it! Flowers look ridiculous in the vase... no greenery, no other flowers no babies breath, nothing! I got some sad looking daisies - DEFINITELY NOT AN UPGRADED LARGE COMPLETE FLORAL ARRANGEMENT. I am beyond hot! These were mother's day gifts for my mom and grandma and I am sooooooo embarrassed. $131.97 and this is what was delivered to my family! I want my money back! These people are scammers and shouldn't have a website! My mom sent me the pics of the flowers/plant and of the "cards" that were inside. I just really have no words left.

On May 11th Flowers were supposed to be delivered and never arrived. On the text you can track where your order is and it kept saying it would be delivered by 7 pm. My Mom is in a hotel and won't be there long. I was told the order was cancelled and refunded. I was told they didn't have the flowers available that were in the photo. Typically if flowers arent available they would substitute for something else. But nothing was sent at all. This was so frustrating that they were not sent.

Incorrect order
I placed an order #[protected] on Friday April14,2023. It was a Graceful Blessing Basket to be sent to a friend upon the death of her mother. I was contacted several hours later and she said she had no white flowers but would provide an upgrade & could send a vase of seasonal flowers. I explained it was a sympathy gift and I did not think that was appropriate. She agreed to send light roses with mixed light flowers in a basket. What was sent was an inexpensive clear vase with 1 orange lily that only had one partially open bud and trash filler and not much of that. I am enclosing pictures.
I have spoken with one of your representatives and he offered $15 as compensation for this. I explained that this was unacceptable. I was eventually given a full refund, and I thank you for your consideration. Jacee was extremely helpful

Wrong bouquet delivered
I ordered a perfect impressions bouquet (large) and instead got a cheep and small replacement (i guess at a much lower price) which is about to wither! they charged $109 for what you see on the picture! the delivery was late (although i did have the rush service fee refunded) and i could not get through to customer service to complain about this. It looks like a total rip-off to me!
Desired outcome: As the very least, I would like to have the difference between my order and what was sent to me refunded. An apology would also be nice
Worse Arrangement Ever!
I ordered a tulip arrangement for my wife on easter. I ordered the largest arrangement that they had listed, paid $79.00 and expected a beautiful arrangement to celebrate easter with her. They originally said it was delivered on Thursday night at 10:30. Who delivers flowers at that time of the night? Called the next morning to report that the flowers were never delivered as the email stated. They were supposed to deliver on Friday. When I called the person on the other end must have been in some south east country and I could barely hear her. After about 10 minutes she said they made a mistake and would still deliver on Friday. They did arrive, but not exactly what I paid for! It was a small arrangement of about 12 small tulips. I was truly disappointed with what I paid and what was delivered. Will never use them again, they are totally gouging people for pathetic flower arrangements. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE PATHETIC PEOPLE!

I placed an order 3/15/2023 was told it would be delivered before two and then got a confirmation it was delivered at 6:20 when the business closed at 5:00 . I called them and they did not understand why I got confirmation when nothing was delivered. they refunded 9.99, really? then 3/16/2023 still no flowers, called again and rest assured (is their favorite word) will find out the problem then they refunded 15.00 again Really? 3/17.2023 they are suppose to call me and even gave me a ticket number [protected], why? I requested my full refund and again they keep jacking me around. this is the worst florist with no compassion. Almost false advertising
1st, when I go to place my order, the discount code does not work. I reach out to them and they promptly respond, asking for error code. I provide it and wait for hours for an update. Nothing. Should have been my first omen to walk away. Instead I use another coupon code after reading all their good reviews and I place my order for the Floral Harmony arrangement "As Shown" with instructions for no lilies. Then I get a call that they were having problems with delivery on the day ordered. Ok, I did wait almost to cutoff on a response. Today the arrangement is delivered and I find out when my friend (the recipient) is posting a photo asking if they are lilies? It's half of what I ordered and it's all varieties of lilies. No carnations at all! I'm now waiting while they reach out to their florist and who knows what they do from there. This is a first for using them and it's an absolute last for me. I have also found out that ONLY positive 4 to 5-star reviews are posted on their website... FRAUDS!
