Flower Delivery Order #8059278
I was very disappointed with the flowers that were delivered to my granddaughter on March 24th. I had ordered a Spring Surprise Bouquet, Large, which according to the picture on your website, contained all flowers with very little greenery. I have attached a copy of the picture on your website for this arrangement. I have also attached a picture of the "large" bouquet that was delivered to my granddaughter. I think you can see that the difference between the two is very significant, including far less flowers than were promised and a lot more rather unattractive greenery. What a disappointment! The ordered delivered was definitely not worth the price of $92.99.

I just wanted to have some flowers sent to my 92-year-old sister, I didn't want the golden gate bridge sent to my sister just a few flowers, it started off as $39 flowers and then at check out it goes to $70
Sure they gave me$10 back for "free delivery" but then with a service charge of $20 and plus tax and a $5 card it still didn't add up correctly but even so how much is way to much to put a few flowers together and write out ten or so words on a $5 card which I would hope would be a super nice card but of course you can't see the card you are sending for $ 5 five dollars $
So I called them up and of course after explaining the price jump they wanted the phone number associated with the account and of course they could not find the order, even though it was put down twice
And of course they put me on hold and after about ten minutes I decided to hang up and write this review
And im sure they would say its do to covet-19, which is going to be the downfall of our society as we no it. Besides a really terrible experience with these issues this flower shop and every business in the united states of america better wake up and start to give their customers better attention and talk/speak interact with their customers

Flower Order
A friend of mine had a death in the family, so I wanted to send flowers. On Sunday, March 21, 2021 I placed an order to be delivered on Monday, March 22nd. I paid for overnight delivery to my friend. I waited all day on Monday for a delivery confirmation; but instead late in the day I got an email stating there was a problem with the arrangement I picked out. So mind you this is late on the day they should have been delivered. I clicked the link they provided, so I could pick out another arrangement, and the link just took me to their site. So I called them. I was on hold for over thirty minutes, when I suddenly heard "goodbye", and I was disconnected. Three times on Monday this happened to me, and I never got through. Monday night I got an email saying my order shipped UPS. Now please remember this order was to be delivered on Monday. Today is now Tuesday, and still no order was delivered to my friend. If you track the UPS Tracking number it now says "Order Delayed"; so now we are looking at maybe a Wednesday delivery for an order that I wanted delivered on Monday. This is completely unacceptable! I paid for overnight delivery, and two days later it's delayed! Shameful really

My order get's worse. It was Order #8050032. I was told they substituted my original order with 24 assorted colored roses. She received a bunch of unopened tulips! This is unacceptable for over $63. Unopened tulips.

Did not deliver flowers which were ordered
Ordered two different flower arrangements for our family going through hospice with mother/grandmother. Arrangements included many of her favorite flower (Carnations) Orders were to be deliverd same day, late in day.
Order did not deliver same day, but late the folllowing day and NOT what was ordered. What was delivered was 2 poor quality arrangements of roses only.
Paid $159.00 for something which could have been picked up at a local grocery store for one forth the cost. VERY VERY dissapointed. Complete refund is only resolution. Will never order with Avas Flowers again. Additionally not able to resolve via phone call and no communication when emailed or from website.

Failure to deliver flowers to a funeral on time
I most definitely would not recommend ava's flowers; I underwent the worst experience ever ordering flowers. Sadly, I ordered flowers for the death of a good friend's loved one - the order arrived late, actually after the funeral. I was lied to about the status & delivery of the flowers, transferred to at least 8 different agents, and they even screwed up what flowers I ordered. The agents could barely speak english and could not give a reliable/correct response to when they would be delivered. Ava's preaches they are a "family owned business" but in reality they are nothing more than a middleman. I will never order flowers from them again and will ensure everyone I know won't either - a huge disappointment at a time when flowers were needed the most; what's worst is I paid several additional fees (service, delivery, etc) and was not even offered a partial reimbursement for their incompetence! I highly discourage anyone from using them - horrible experience!

not getting my full refund back
On March 8, 2021 I placed an order with AvasFlowers for a Gourmet Delights Basket. Order number #8007768. I paid in full $115.47 for the basket. Once I hung-up with the company, I received an email from them asking me too please call them back immediately. I called them back right away. At this time they informed me that they could not provide me with the Gourmet basket and asked if I would like a floral arrangement instead. At this point I said " no thank you and that I would like the order canceled". After some complaining and harsh words, AvasFlowers finally agreed to cancel the order but informed me that I would only get $95.55 back and not my $115.47. They said the $19.95 was the 1 day delivery fee... they DID NOT DELIVER anything! I don't understand why I am being charged a delivery fee! The order was canceled immediately!

I ordered a large Floral Harmony Bouquet for my wife's birthday. The picture of what I ordered and what I received are not close. Most of the flowers were not open, fair amount were dead. Very disappointing and misleading. I called your customer service number the next day and was put through your system - horrible - I was talking to somebody who had a rooster crowing in the background. I explained to him that I was not satisfied with the order and wanted my money back. He offered a $20 credit or to have the order redelivered. I chose to have them sent again. I have not received them and it has been over a week and I have not heard from you. I am on hold again at this time and have been so for about 15 minutes with your customer service rep. I'm sure I am on hold so that he doesn't have to talk to me. I want my full money back at this time, not a $20 credit. The pictures below of what I ordered and received are below.

Delivery of Flowers
Order flowers for my daughter to receive at work on March 5 2021.
Keep stating they were delivered but my daughter did not receive them. Everything time I put in a complaint they keep saying they were delivered & they are not answering their phones now.

FYI, first is the standard pic of peace lily, I ordered LARGE. The second pic is what arrived. Order a LARGE peace lily plant/arrangement ($94). A very small pot of 5 small pink flowers arrived (see pic). I went through the "contact Us" self-help system which is not fit for purpose. It said because the order was more than 7 days, nothing could be done. I made the order 4 days ago. I understand that occasionally subs will be made, but they should be at LEAST to the value of the original order. Please see the pic and tell me that is $94. I sent these to 3 hard-working employees, I was so embarrassed when I saw the pic. First pic is what was ordered (I ordered the LARGE version of this) Second pic is what arrived.

poor plant sent to texas
I ordered a orchid plant for my son who lives in Texas. It arrived on time Feb. 10 but in 2 weeks the plant was dead. Had lost its flowers and its leaves had spots on it.Most orchids do not lose flowers so quickly. I want full refund of my order which was $76.69.
I live in California and was difficult to monitor the plants demize and lose of flowers .

Terrible quality flowers and customer service
2/12/21 Order 7895757 - Paid $80 (plus $17 'service fee) for 1 dozen roses to celebrate Valentines day. The roses are pathetic, and 3 of them are dead. The website has no way to call, and the process of filing a complaint gives no confirmation of if/when anything is actually going to happen and be resolved.

Product and Terrible customer service
I would put zero if possible. Our loved ones were homebound with Covid and we wanted to send a fruit basket with nutrients since they couldn't get out.
We ordered online with Avas Flowers and first, they never delivered the day promised. THEN, they called and we confirmed for delivery even though it would be late but confirmed that it was a large fruit basket. Two days later it is delivered around 6 pm and it was a tiny flower arrangement just over a foot tall and NOT a fruit basket as ordered and confirmed.
So, we called customer service right then and spoke to Abdel and told him what had happened and refund our money on 12/29/2020. We just called again since the refund had not been made and got the run around by the supervisor Johan. He was so rude and condescending. Johan lied and said he had listened to the audio recording where we allegedly told them to switch to flowers. We asked to hear the recording and he said it was for internal purposes only. He had the audacity to ask if we had a recording. We wish we did!
This is so wrong especially in our time of crisis with Covid.
DO NOT USE AVAS FLOWERS EVER!

delivery of order
I ordered a day prior to delivery, they never kept me informed tried delivery info page several time. finally at about 7 oclock they said delivery complete. Not so flowers were not delivered, again contacted avas and they were closed answer machine. Left a nasy gram on info page, the driver called said he was abut there. This was over an hour and half after they said it was delivered. Called this morning and of course every body blamed every body else. I do not like liars as they proved themselves to be I will never use their services again. Thanks for your BS. Gary Adamson

Doesn't send order
This is the second time I have ordered flowers from you and it will be the last time! I ordered flowers with a specific time of delivery which was supposed to be on Jan. 25, 2021 and they never arrived. Try calling the number that was sent to me and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I called the place again and finally got a woman that seems to want to help me. Will give me a 20 dollar refund. But that doesn't get my flowers where they are supposed to be. I want a guarantee that my flowers will get when the are supposed to be.

Fraudulent Flower Deliveries By AVAS Flowers
SCAM ALERT AVAS IS A SCAM I called and asked "are you a local business in Billings MT" the woman said yes; that is a lie. I asked if sunflowers were in season she said yes, that was a lie. The flower order was 24 hours late and NOTHING of what I ordered. I could have gotten nicer flowers at Walmart for 10 dollars. I talked to 5 people at their phone service and they all lied. I called five floral businesses in Billings MT and they all said that AVAS is a scam and that most florist refuse to do business with AVAS as they scam customers with false orders and lies about refunds. AVAS is just taking credit card numbers for fraudulent use. AVAS sent REALLY BAD looking flowers by UPS from Kentucky to Belfry MT. That makes no sense. Then they told me fresh flowers from their own fresh flower farm in Delaware would be sending flowers. How stupid do they think we are to believe that flowers grow in Delaware in the winter?
Desired outcome: AVAS owes all they scammed money back and their website should be taken down

Not what I paid for!
Worst looking flowers didn't match what I ordered. Waste be on a Spray and was the large design. Should of hand more red flowers. It looked like crap.

I frequently send flowers to friends all over the United States. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. They ordered a plant for my friend in another state. The plant was left on her front porch and was covered with ice and snow when she found it a few hours later. She was home but they did not ring or knock. I responded on their customer response form telling what had happened. They did not respond. I emailed a second inquiry. Still no response. ( When you try to call they urge you to deal with your problem online because of long wait times on the phone. ) I finally called and yes there was a long wait time. After passing my call around they informed me because I had not contacted them within 24 hours it was too late. They offered to do me a favor by giving me a $20 company credit. No thank you! I will never do business with them again.

Paying for a gift basket & flowers and not getting either.
A Gift Basket & Flowers were ordered for December 23rd for Christmas delivery. Extra money was paid to get the items delivered by Christmas. This did not happen but the credit card was charged the full amount. Tried to reach out to Ava's Florist and just get the runaround. They don't seem to want to help resolve the issue. They have been emailed and called several more times and still no answers. Order# 7702004 & #AB6975. Both these numbers were provided by Ava's Florist, and now they say they don't have those numbers in their system.

Flower delivery
I ordered flowers online 12-22-2020 and was given a delivery window of three days, 12-22 through 12-24. Flowers were not delivered and I called to request a refund five days after placing the order, 12-26, and was told delivery would occur on the 28th. I refused this late delivery as I was assured the delivery dates on the phone when I placed the order. The representative apologized and I received assurance I would receive a full refund and it would take ten business days. I next received an email 12-26 apologizing for the nondelivery and reaffirming a delivery date of 12-28. I responded on 12-26 and asked again for a full refund as requested and confirmed by the phone representative. I have received no response and all calls to the company are automated and hang up. Attempts on their website are also dead ends, claiming no information for my account order # [protected]. It says tracking information is with the vendor via ups or fedex, and I do not know the vendor. The website link and later email response cite their holiday policy and COVID as reasons to expect delays. The representative I ordered with assured me delivery on the days specified and did not mention a policy of no refund allowed for holidays. The second representative assured me because I did not know/was not told of this policy that I would get an email showing my refund request info. I want a prompt full refund of my money. My order on their records very specifically states delivery dates and they were not fulfilled (12-22 through 12-24) as of today 12-28. I later went onto their site and canceled the order under "other" reasons. I have received no confirmation of this activity and no response to my two emails sent 12-26 requesting a refund. Please promptly refund my money in full.
