Poor service
I went to jennings today u put a very large amount in while staff watched me put this in until the manager came in blocked the machine and told me u couldn't play no more or come in again my complaint is they watched me put that amount in before blocking machine if you wanted me not to play then it should of been when I walked in I am taking this further how dare you watch me pur that amount in and not doing it when u walked in u suggest you employ people who no what there doing
Desired outcome: I want some of my money back this case is shut case because of your employers
overdue land preparation and title
I am very disappointed in your company . I bought a block in your Hazelcroft estate lot 537 in August last year . I was told title would be Dec 2016 or Jan 2017. Then I was told Feb due to rain . Now I can understand a little delay due to rain but now im told May but who knows . This is totally unacceptable the only reason I even know of the date changes is because I call or email and ask . No one ever contacts me with any changes and I am left to guess what is going on . Not only that but I cant even get my loan organised with the bank because so far as from today the valuers cant even get in to value the land so the bank cant process the loan.This has been going on too long and there seems to be an attitude from Jennings of I dont care. I am ready to take this up with the building ombudsman as vie had enough of the dragging on of this and the lack of contact. My house should be built by now but the land still isnt ready . I would like some real answers as to what is going on and some compensation for the rent im paying because you people cant be organised and do what you have promised to do on time or anywhere even close to on time .

Release of land to public sapphire 3b
The land release for Sapphire 3b is scheduled for tomorrow 11th march 2017 at Corner of De Rossi Bldv.
However the sales agent Ben Kelly has released a list of 13 people today 10th March picture attached with the complaint.
This is cheating for people like us who are camping out during the night.
We have been visiting Ben since November 2016 and even visited yesterday on 9th March to book for the same. Ben told us that since it is a public release the applicants will be given priority on first come first serve basis.
Please see the list attached dated 11th March however fixed today on 10th March.
This is not fair and not as per the rules of release.
Incompetence
Building with AV Jennings Adelaide has been a huge dissapointment. Poor quality, scheduling and communication. We had our pre-handover meeting today and they did not turn up. This is just the latest in a series of problems. E.g. they put th front door in the wrong place. I pointed it out, they investigated and responded that it was according to plan. I had to go and do the measurements myself to prove to them it was not according to plan. They just unilaterrally added 1 month to the build period, because of their poor scheduling. After a very sour letter from me to the MD, they brought it back. I will not mention all the other incidents.
Do not use AVJ Adelaide - they will spoil your home building experience.
Worst customer experience ever
AV Jennings Norwood SA, terrible customer service if you expect some sort of hearing forget about it . I was given the buildings supervisors number and told to contact him directly as customer care could not help. When I couldn’t get hold of him I was told now you know what we have to put up with ! Little or no supervision of tradespersons on site leading to longer finishing times and poor workmanship despite saying that a supervisor will be on site every 3 days . Complete disregard for external building inspector’s reports even when dangerous shortcuts are made by tradespersons. Unless you escalate to the General Manager and go to the department of consumer affairs then do not expect to be listened to. Never again will I purchase or build with AV Jennings, a disaster. I am only sorry I didn’t come across this site sooner as I was unaware how bad a company they were. Do not believe anything they say.
