I bought the flip flops for a holiday in May this year, I wore them about 3 times on holiday and not much since as I keep them for hols ! Ian going away again I'm sept! But in this hot weather I have worn them 4 times ! The actual strap has come away from the shoe making them impossible to wear ! So basically after about ten times they are fit for the bin which I find unacceptable! I would be grateful to here if you would refund me with a credit note of some sort! I have been a long time customer and feel I have wasted allot of money when many high street prices are much cheaper than Avon Mrs greaves

Someone used my wife's ID number to sign up with Avon Colombia over the phone. This person did not need to show any identification to Avon Colombia. Avon Colombia gave this person credit and sent them Avon Colombia products without any verification. When my wife found she had reported to Datacredito for non-payment, my wife contacted Avon Colombia, and Avon Colombia lied to my wife and told her they had a copy of her ID, a signature and a fingerprint. Avon Colombia told my wife there was nothing that could be done as they had a signed contract. We had to hire a law firm to contact Avon Colombia. Again, Avon Colombia lied and told the attorneys that had a copy of her ID, a signature and a fingerprint. Avon Colombia sent the attorneys an email it was not their fault, but they agreed to remove the bad credit. Avon Colombia, you owe my wife apology at a minimum. Shame on Avon Colombia!

Good morning,
First let me start by saying I have been using Avon products for years. I am 62 years old and this is the very first time I have been unhappy with a product.
Just wanted to give my review/complaint regarding anti-cellulite gel. I brought 2 tubes and used as directed. After both tubes were gone, there was no significant difference. I wish I had taken before and after pictures but I didn't. Not happy at all with that purchase.

Me and my daughter used this product in the bath and when we got out I noticed I was very red and sore like I was sun burnt also my daughter was red aswell. Had to apply cream to myself straightaway as it hurt very much my little girl was crying it was not a nice experience. I would like some form or compensation for this. I am not happy at all it took a while for it to stop stinging had to put a fan on myself and my daughter to try and cool our skin down. I shall not be using Avon products again after this.

I had to call her 6 times to give my order to her. That was September 26, 2018. I still have not received my order. I just tried to call her to check on it and it went to voice mail. I have had trouble with her for years. In my opinion she does not need to represent Avon if she treats all her customers like this. This needs to be handled fast or I am afraid I will have to stop buying from Avon, even though I love Avon products. This is no way to do business. Thank you for your time.
bronzing pearls radiant glow variant
Hi,
Why do you keep reformulating? I understand cost is a factor but the reason I chose this shade is because it is pink and replaces need for blush. Why do you make everything nude. Sometimes tan skin needs a pop of colour. Even when I don't use foundation I use this radiant glow bronzer now with the new formula I don't want to look superbrown and washed out. I'm really unhappy.

My young daughter has just had a baby and wanted to make a little pocket money so paid £15 to start with Avon, got her territory and put books out. She then received an abusive call from another rep saying she'd done the area for 15 years. Complained to rep who signed her up and got a new territory, still near home. Put the same books back out. Got an angry rep banging on our front door but didn't answer (she has a new baby and was too intimidated to open the door. Complained to senior again, got another local territory. Paid for new campaign and samples only to discover yet another rep is doing this area! Now out of pocket and no local area to cover on foot as a non driver. She has lost all confidence and yet Avon showing no sympathy or offering to cancel debt (although only small)

I am extremely upset as to how this orders are working, I make sales every month and get you people money in, and my customers are increasing every month.
But now I have to pay R597 just to release my order because I have exceeded my limit, why is this? Why do we have to make payment first when we are the people bringing money into your business?
I do not have that cash on me now, but now I will have unhappy customers, I make payment every month but now I get this.
Why is the credit limit only R1500? Why can't you increase the limit as your sales will always be different monthly. Please provide me with an email address which complaints go to, this is really ridiculous.

I just wanted to say thatthe company has to keep check on its members . One week ago I have ordered 30 products from Avon .in which only 2 products have manufacturing date of 2018 and rest are expiry either are of 2016 or 2013 . I asked the lady(ur Avon member) to change it but she refused . And she said that I am going to use these expiry products. Because I can't exchange them . And she also said that there are no products from the 2018 manufacturing. So how it's possible . It's a complete turn off for me . I would never ever order any of the products again. I don't know if she was mentally retarded or something because she use those expiry products Infront of me . I was like if u are using expiry products then how can u give your costumers fresh ones . anew clinical thermafirm face cream
I received this product as a gift from a friend who sells Avon. I could not figure out why I was waking up in the middle of the night with my face and neck itching horribly. I've been to an allergist, prescribed steroids, but the itching, hives and cherry red skin lasted for weeks. My doctor advised I use nothing on my skin until my face healed. Weeks later, my face was completely healed, so I used this cream last evening because i felt the need to moisturize, and I woke up with itching, burning, red skin, and hives all over my face and neck. I've used Avon products many times over the years and never had a problem, so I did not think this cream was the reason for The allergic reaction. Now I'm probably going to have to go back on steroids, and take time off work so that I can take Benadryl every six hours. This is an absolute nightmare. I have an event coming up, in a few days, and I pray this heals up soon, I look terrible! After reading reviews online, and seeing that many customers have had the same reaction, I cannot understand why this product has not been recalled!

statement hoop earrings
I love Avon earrings, I saw the Statement Hoop Earrings in one of the Avon books, I really liked them, and purchased them, however once I received them I found that they are very heavy. Rather than go through the hassle of trying to get a refund (since they were back ordered or something like that) I gave them away. The only statement these earrings are making is "they are heavy"
duplicated orders delivered redelivered for months
Please see a. [protected]. Orders made error made - months of goods depulicsted trpulated, surplus goods redelivered over and over again. No orders made so to clear backlog and sort account eg extra charges. Restarted ordering eg of brochures then receiving duplicated brochure. Staff no understand or capable to stop problem. Requesting account to be closed and new account opened without charges to me.
Emails sent regarding issue but not getting any response back.
Orders pending but fearful of sending as to avoid cycle of duplicated etc goods being sent again and again.

I've purchased some sandles from Avon which I've had some before, just want to inform you the mess it's made of my feet. I've returned them to my rep and got a refund but I wanted to make you aware it in case it happens to others. They have caused like burn marks which could possibly scar this puts me off buying shoes from the company in the future.

I purchased products for 3500 approx including shipping charges but later she refused to give me free gift saying courier charges were doubled. Further when I asked her to send me a pic of courier receipt she refused making excuses.

I used this product yesterday on my son and I - we are both burnt lobsters now. Not only that, a drop came out onto my middle console in my bran new (less than 3, 000 miles) vehicle and has ruined it. When I tried to wipe it up the plastic came off and now my console in my bran new car is ruined... I will never use this product again and will make sure noone else does either.
