Pathetic service and account not in use payment went through few weeks later now dey charging me in credit beaurea for something dey have not updated
I have an account with avon so I account was due in May and paid in June dey also give u 21 days so it should be June now in June after payment goes through I owe them ntn paid interest as well for delay payment account shows no balance they regional manager calls to inform me if I do not put order the account will close so I told her I'm busy at work it's okay they can close it account is up to date she did not say anything about credit beareau in August my leader receives a sms I'm owing the credit beareau 166 rand on my account I really don't think this is professional neither fair to the consumer as I was never contacted telephonic ally to advice of what has been happening. I will now be going to open a charge against avon for violating my rights as a consumer. Also informing only in August for an account dat was paid up in June, this is now in violation of the consumer protection act and I will be addressing this further

Ive been using this product for more than three years but this time the product is very dry making my face dry too and the color is different from what i know.
I cannot use it as it doesnt look nice on my face please do something

Customer Service
With my second to last order that arrived there was an open and spilled bottle of Skin So Soft Oil that had ruined the box and the products inside of it. When I contacted customer service they wanted me to send the bottle of oil back but told me I didn't have enough instant credit which shouldn't matter because the oil spilled in transit. In this same order I received items that I did not order, and was instructed to send them back to Avon using my own money even though it was Avons mistake. The person I was talking with could barely hear me and I her; there was loud banging in the background which was super unprofessional. Then, I reported this to a manager who not only didn't replace the oil, the damaged items, or help me with the wrong items in my order but she ignored me for weeks. I've been selling Avon for 37 years and should have credit or at least a person I can talk to when something like this happens. To top everything off I received my beauty bundle that I qualified for but was penalized when sent it because they said it was replacement items. When the manager did finally respond after I contacted her multiple times, she just dismissed all of my issues by saying I needed to sell another $400 to receive the bundle which I had already done. I am very disappointed with Avon as of late and as a representative with the company for 37 year I should not have to feel disrespected like this.

I made an order with Avon in February 2021, I made the payment on 5th March 2021. Upto date I still haven't received the items, I have raised queries or to no avail. They told me to provide the bank details so that they can refund but later they saidthe Money can not be refunded. I asked themto update the delivery address so they can deliver the items because my customers are waiting for the items and they already made part payment. This will be the second time I complaint about your rotten service and being defrauded by Justin, I never received any respond from your offices.
Statement:
Last year I deposited R520 into my account into my account, then I struggled to place orders as I lost my smartphone. During that time I used to received sms'es reminding me that I still have R520 on my account! Then in December I bought a smart phone then checked my account and trully it reflected. But in January when I checked it was not the anymore, I asked the Sales leader about the matter but she gave me suspecting reasons and told me that it will reflect within 30 days... I placed orders hoping that R520 will cover the orders I placed, but I paid for it...
February I placed the orders which were held (R673), then I paid for them to be released, then the orders with the invoice that I have to pay R722 which now is R712! Then yesterday I recieved a message that I have been charged R50 over due to my account. Where does that R720 came from?
No one seems to even bother to contact me about the matter. I handed the first email to the head office.
I have realised I'm not the only one who have been defrauded by Justine, as many people are Now I have contacted fraud line in Russia for the matter to be investigated.

I have a very big concern about my Justin account always giving me problems and confusions. Last year I deposited R520 into my account which now it doesn't reflect! Lets start I am making a official complaint, my name to use during these procedures and possible court action is Mr C Wollaston and I am acting on behalf of Mrs Veronica Wollaston,
On the 7th of October 2020 a order were placed online web order number 23380550 customer number 5817892. The order consisted of 2 in number clearskin blackhead clearing face toner 100ml price £5.00 line number 00869, 4 in number mark perfect brow sculpting pencil deep brown price £14.00 line number 07948, 1 in numbermark perfect brow crème gel pot deep brown price £4.00 line number 25155,
On receiving the order the 4 in number mark perfect brow sculpting pencil deep brown line number 07948 at the price of £14 were missing, there have been numerus emails as you can see plus a telephone call on the 23rd November 2020 and on that call stated they had not been sent and you would resend them and if we didn't receive them by the 2nd December 2020 to call back which I have just tried twice one at 23mins and the other at 27mins and both times we have been cut off ie no one there when call answered,
The very poor attuite and response from Avon is clearing not acting as a professional company,
We now don't just have loses ie money plus time but also phone expenses,
I require a refund for the missing products and cost of call charges for Mrs veronica Wollaston, if this is not carried out in the next 14 days we will be forced to take legal action,

I been in contact with your representative Sandra Orozco in Hesperia, CA at
sandra.o.[protected]@gmail.com since September 1, 2020. It is now Ocotober 5, 2020 and I have not yet received my order of lotion. She has been going back and forth with me with emails and text messages. She has failed to reply in a timely matter and when she does it is weeks later and she is still negligent with delivering my product.
At first she failed to order the product after I emailed, called text for several weeks. She then after I had to keep emailing, texting her she responded weeks saying she had to work. She then a month later gave me a day, location and time I could pick up the product. She wanted me to go to her place she was shopping at and pick it up from her. I gave her a time and day from her selection. She was a no-show.
She emailed me the next day telling me that was too short of a notice and I need to let her know the day ahead, again I was responding to her days and times selected. I finally sent my last email this morning asking her to please deliver the product or give me a refund. Of course, she has not responded.
I have been ordering Avon since the 80's and Sandra Orozco is the poorest excuse I've seen in a representative. She does not represent your company well. She is negligent/does not communicate well or place the orders on time. I guess as she mentioned she is too busy with her other job.
Please take this complaint seriously as I have never made one until today. I just wanted lotion. It was not difficult.

Anew anti wrinkle cream
I used Avon anti wrinkle cream and had a severe allergic reaction to it. After visiting the Urgent care 2 times and getting a steroid shot, Steroid pills and using antihistamines it is still red, itchy and swollen. I had to miss work because my eyes were almost swollen shut. Its been 5 days and still not better. Very unhappy! I have read several complaints about Avon face products. I feel they need to see why so many people are having these bad reactions. I had to lose a days pay from my work and worked 3 days with a swollen red itchy face. I had to visit Urgent care 2 times and that's not cheap. Also had to get prescription and antihistamine. A lot of money spent to fix what Avon anew has done to my face!
I just bought two bottles of Topaz, and almost heartbroken to discover it hardly smelled, was nothing like the original, and whatever scent that was evaporated with the alcohol. Having been in the business, I can tell you that good fragrance copiers can use synthetic fragrance oils that are undistinguishable from true florals...here Avon cheaped out totally. Dollar store copies can have more fixatives and base notes. Shame on you, Avon.
I'm complaining about a Avon seller

I live on the ground floor and holly lives on the 3rd, she's been having customers collect their orders from her home, which is a secure buzzer entry system, which the doors slam every time someone enters or leaves. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my spine and have to rest for times throughout the day and evening . This is very stressful being disturbed all the time and her dog barks every time the door buzzer goes off too . Could you please confirm that she shouldn't be getting customers to collect she should be delivering? If this isn't the case please ask her to . I wish to be kept anomalous .

They advertise stuff in the catalogs, you order it and take the customs money, and then avon tells you sorry we ran out. It'll be 4 - 8 weeks before we get more, or we want be getting any more at all.
So now you as the avon rep. Has to face the angry customer and look foolish and take a lot of back talk from a customer, and refund the money. And you just lost a customer because of this.
blemish vanish
I ordered a blemish vanish face product on September catalogue.. which cost me R110 only to find out that the product reacted badly to my skin.. I only used it once or twice both products and i had to sent them back to an Avon agent. She then told me she will lodge a complaint on my behalf and probably if it was successful i would get my refund or take another product worth the money i spent.
I waited for the feedback for almost 5weeks and they told me.. they cant refund me because i had opened both the products ..i shouldve opened only one product.
Well i dont have a problem if my enquiry was not accepted what i fail to understand is that hence i could not get my money back still i was not given back the product which i complaint about.. i mean i paid for it even if it reacted badly on my skin.. now i've lost my money and also no products.. I really fail to understand how you guys work.

A representative by the name of Linda payne or Linda Guidry who lives and sells your product in Orange Texas has made some disturbing comments about people of color on social media. She even says that she is thinking about joining the KKK. I surely hope that your company, who I spend alot of money with, don't share the same views about people of color as she does. I know alot of POC that sells and buys your product. I hope you deal with this matter accordingly. Thank you!

I am writing with respect to an Avon representative by the name of Terri Heffernen, Gold Coast Avon. She administers a support page on Facebook for people who suffer from Spinocerebellar Ataxia. She has used her Avon page to harass and abuse me— a brief member of the group after I blocked her from contacting me. I am in the late stages of my disease and she would not leave me alone after asking her to do so (largely in part because both I and my mother who joined the group in solidarity queried her credentials). I doubt Avon (for whom I briefly worked 11 years ago) wants its good name besmirched by someone who would use her position as an Avon rep to attack a person who has nothing to do with her outside of a support group. I sincerely hope you will reconsider her as an employee. I have all relevant documentation in the event it is needed.

I neglected to mention my concern about her mental stability: if she was confident going after someone who is vulnerable and dying, how might she deal with an unsatisfied customer? I placed an order with an Avon rep weeks ago but when the order came even tho I paid full price for my order 3 hair dyes were missing from my order, the representative I contacted said they hadn't come with the order and she had re ordered them for the next order but weeks passed with no contact so I messaged her again to be told she has stopped doing Avon and will refund me, but again another week has passed with no refund and no contact so I messaged her again and now she is saying wait another week! I know I am not the only person that has paid for goods we haven't recived with no contact and no refund her name is carly Armstrong I have copy's of all the messages between us too
anew product packaging
I have a comment regarding the jars used for your Anew products. I feel that the jars trap too much product on the underside of the rim(s). I can't help but believe that they are made this way to sell you more product. I got down to the end of my two jars and have been using a Qtip to scoop a tremendous amount of cream from the rims. How about using a jar that has no rims, doesn't look as classy but your customers will get more of their money's worth from their products.
