I used this product yesterday on my son and I - we are both burnt lobsters now. Not only that, a drop came out onto my middle console in my bran new (less than 3, 000 miles) vehicle and has ruined it. When I tried to wipe it up the plastic came off and now my console in my bran new car is ruined... I will never use this product again and will make sure noone else does either.

Hello i live at number 47 brookside drive in blurton stoke-Trent one of your delivery drivers was dropping stuff of for the people upstairs there is an ally way which I have to use to get to my front door there isn't much space anyway and the person upstairs doesn't care that I have to struggle to get in and out I came in and the delivery driver was blocking the path I asked if I can get past he said yes in a minute which is fine I came in and the person upstairs came down the stairs ranting that she doesn't complain about my delivery's I have delivery's from Royal Mail or my medication one parcel the problem is that while I was arguing with the woman upstairs your delivery drive joined in so I had the two of them ranting at me because I wanted to get in to the place I live I have a problem getting in because I only have one eye metal rods in my back and epilepsy I just ignore the women upstairs but when your driver starts as well it's really not a nice situation to be in I did say to the driver I'm sorry

failure to send me my credit of $95.00 in my representative account.
I was an Avon Representative in great standing until Feb. 2018, I requested my credit of $95.00 in my account since I was not continuing after 2 successful years and as of now still waiting. I have made several attempts and the customer service rep. gives me one excuse after another but NO real reason for failing to quickly expedite a check/card to me. I owe them absolutely nothing and that was confirmed, yet they are holding on to MY money! I earned it by selling products and accepting credit cards for payment that were run into the Avon system. I am beyond disappointed with the reputation I will forever have for this company.

I ordered from a representative in my area as well as my mother for a total of $60 in product. I was given an expected arrival date from my rep stating that it would be delivered to our doorstep. When we never received it our rep stated that it had gotten shipped to her address and wouldn't be at her residence for a few days. When she finally went back she said they messed up our order and she had to send it back. Some time after that she said that the Avon company contacted her and told her that the order would not be corrected and that she must refund us our money out of pocket. When I told her that didn't sound right and I didn't think that was legal since the Avon company had our money not her she said it's what she was told to do. When I mentioned putting in a complaint she told me I wouldn't be told anything different than what she was saying and I'm just gonna have to wait until she gets the money. I either want our money back or the items I ordered. I have never experienced such unprofessional and crappy customer service from any business.

After opening the cosmetic did not notice anything special. after use, the skin began to bake, tears flew from the eyes, the whole skin was red. I went to the doctor, I got an antibiotic and I treated myself for a long time. After putting the cosmetic into the test, it turned out that there are dangerous to health and life of molds and bacteria. Most likely, at the instigation of my friends, I will go to court for compensation from Avon. I warn everyone against using these cosmetics !

I have used other brands and they do not effect him, its just your Avon product. It actually looks like burns on his face!

We received a text from avon for the first time, reminding my mom to pay for the past due, so they will cancel any legal action. My mom paid alreasy the amount to her dealer/manager nielde. So we asked her, what other possible charges that we failed to pay, she said, maybe its the penalty, amounting p169.00 only? And the term is legal action? That her dealer / manager, didnt ever remind her that she still has payment. She paid thousands for the products, not to brag, but this? How dare them giving my mom a warning and using wrong term "legal action"! Hoping for you immediate response on my complaint. Thank you for your time.

My representative Darlene Cayer @ 607 The Eastmall unit #11 is very rude, she gets my orders wrong and she gives me the evil look when I go to her house to pick up my order. She is also using avon to pressuring ederly women to buy from herto rob them. She also says she will deliver my order but she never does I have go to her house to pick it up

You must have the wrong person. Darlene is very nice and helpful to everyone. She rarely gets an order wrong and is always smiling. She has been selling Avon for over 20 years and has a very good reputation with all her customers of all ages. She does many deliveries so I don't know why there would be a problem with you. If you find her service that bad, why do you keep ordering from her?

In December I bought various stuff, including a face mask. The mask was advertised at 3 for £7 or £4 each so I ordered n paid for 3! I received my order after Christmas with only 1 face mask :/ but I have PAID for 3. I messaged Paige which she said wasn't her fault (as a sales rep she as no responsibility especially for taking too much money from me) I was told Avon were sending 2 more masks out... weeks later I message her again and it's like I'm having the conversation for the first time, I was told there was nothing her or Avon could do about it as it's my fault! When I then said 'well I want £3 back' she soon changed to they are sending them out (what again?) few more weeks have passed and I am not been completely ignored by her. I still have the receipt and I still have the mask. Can I get a refund pls?

I am a new representative to Avon, since day one I have had nothing but problems with the specialist. My orders either come incomplete, put on hold or they claim i didn't order certain products. For campaign 7 I had to place 3 separate orders because they botch up my orders. They charge me 4.00 if i place it through them when i do there's always something missing. The last order from campaign 7 came incomplete and had no invoice. I called Avon to complain that I had 2 perfumes missing and they told me i never placed the order for 2 perfumes that were missing from my order. I assured them i did and i paid for it. I've had customers call my home at 7am. Because of this i am no longer interested in being a representative to Avon. I can't take the stress the specialists and customers are putting me through. . This hurts me because I really wanted this to be my career now that I'm retired.

I really like the watch but when I tried to shorten the band, the clasp would not close up again, and even my husband could not get it to work. Therefore my rep. Said I could return it for a refund. My credit card was charged $2544.00 but it should have been $25.44. The owner said Avon didn't do credits and there was nothing she could do. I have repeatedly called Avon asking for help. No one has been able to help me get my refund back on my credit card. I believe this is illegal for a merchant not to be able to credits back to customers. I believe she simply didn't know how to do a credit.

misrepresentation regarding order and credit to avon representative
My family friend, Mrs Guylaine Ohadi has been a loyal Avon representative for 8 years. This letter is to detail a complaint with regards to Avon Corporate's poor treatment of Guylaine Ohadi, Avon representative id [protected], as a long-standing representative, as well as the poor and misleading customer service I experienced as an Avon customer with regards to an order [protected] in the amount of approximately $600 that I placed at the end of October through Avon's US Direct Order Department. As I, and Guylaine, have tried on numerous occasions through October, November and December to resolve this matter with customer service representatives and supervisors at Avon, I hope this letter will be read carefully to clarify and finally resolve this issue.
Background
• Guylaine's youngest son was a great supporter during her Avon career. Unfortunately she lost her son a year ago and naturally due to her grief, she recently struggled to meet her quota for President's Club.
• On Oct 26th 2017, she sent out a Facebook request to all her family and friends, asking them to buy Avon products as early holiday gifts or as donations to victims of domestic violence in order to help her meet her required Avon quota for President's Club. Like many of her friends, I too wanted to help Guylaine out, knowing what an incredible woman she is to those around her.
Order History
• On the 26th Oct, I decided to place an Avon order to the value of approximately US $600 and to have delivered to Guylaine's house so that she could deliver it to a women's shelter of her choice in her hometown of Newnan, Georgia.
• I reside in London, Ontario in Canada and I initially tried to place my order on Guylaine's online Avon store. Unfortunately, the US website would not accept my Canadian zip code in order to complete the billing process which would have been required for my Canadian credit card. The website also did not accept payment from my Canadian Paypal account.
• I contacted the Avon Customer Service via the Live Chat function on the Avon US website and explained the situation that I was in Canada but I wanted my order to be delivered to my representative Guylaine who was residing in the US. I was advised to call the US Direct Order department on [protected].
• I called the U. S. Direct Order department and explained the situation. I expressly explained that as it was a significantly large order, I ONLY wanted to place the order IF Guylaine would get the credit to her account as I was unable to place the order on her Avon online store. The order was manually created and the consultant assured me that a note had been placed to have my order credited to Guylaine. I was given the order number [protected].
• I called again either the next day or two to ask again whether the order had been linked to Guylaine's account. I was assured that it would be.
• On the 29 Oct, I received a voice message from Angie from the US Direct Order department stating that it was confirmed that my order would be linked to Guylaine Ohadi's account. I still have this voice message if required as proof of the information Avon customer service represented to me.
• My order was shipped to Guylaine on Nov 6 2017.
Poor Customer Service and Failure to Credit to Guylaine Ohadi's Account
• It is almost 3 months later and my order has yet to be credited to Guylaine.
• I have phoned Avon numerous times in Dec and spoke to a number of consultants only to be told that the order would be credited after 2 -3 campaigns. To date, that has yet to be done.
• Guylaine has also called numerous times since November to confirm that the order would be credited to her account. Initially she was assured that it would be credited to her account, it would just take time, 2-3 campaigns. Later, when it was too late to make President's Club, she was told that it would not be credited to her account because it was placed through Avon Canada, although that is not the case, as it was placed through Avon US Direct Order Department.
Issues to be Resolved
• According to the information I relied on when I placed a $600 order through Avon U. S., as well as the multiple assurances given to myself and Guylaine throughout November and December by Avon U. S. representatives, this order should be credited to Guylaine Ohadi's account - representative id [protected].
• Further, Guylaine Ohadi should be granted President's Club status, as with this order that was placed in ample time, she would have exceeded her quota to qualify for President's Club.
I cannot express how disappointed I am at the manner that Avon has treated a loyal employee during her time of intense grief. Added to that, I, as an Avon customer, cannot believe that I spent so much money with a company that in essence lied to me regarding my order to induce a sale and is not willing to rectify this error.
This case really demonstrates horrible and misleading treatment of both Guylaine and myself, and does not at all seem to represent the "boss life" nor the commitment to women's empowerment that Avon tries to portray. I hope this issue will finally be resolved.

getting charged and debt letters for nothing
I have recently started getting harassed by letters stating I owe £35.87 and now these so called charges have risen to £50.87. I don't owe anything to Avon and I have never ordered from Avon. I feel like I am being threatened with these letters, especially when they don't state what these charges are for. I have tried various times to get in contact with no reply. Since I am only an apprentice, I don't get a lot of money as it is and these letters make everything worse. As I work full time, I cannot ring during the office hours so the only way I can correspond is by email or letter.
I hope that this issue gets sorted out immediately.

I Put I I Avon Order in On 01/12/2017 got a sms monday with balance to be paid on 04/12/2017 I went and paid it on 04/12/2017. Its 07/12/2017 still no sms saying its been invoiced, still no sms saying it will be delivered.Phoned Avon this morning just to be told that it has NOT been dispatched yet and can expect delivery on 11/12/2017. If I wanted it so late I wouldve ordered it in this week instead of the 1 st of December. I am not satisfied with this at all.It is December and everyone has holiday plans and cilents that are waiting for their products which I some christmas gifts. If it goes on like this in 2018 Avon can say goodbye to me as a Respresentive!
Not only do I have to change my plans to recieve my order noe I have to let allll my cilents know that their avon will only be coming next week if I do recieve my order next week!
