Honestly azuma is a scam. I am paying for their premium option because it is what I originally requested but they told me that they didn't have any available so I was forced on the website to choose the basic. I signed the contract paid the deposit and set up delivery. I did give them a backup number in case my phone died or I was on a phone call. They chose to ignore it was a backup and nearly refused to deliver on the scheduled appointment even after I confirmed it day prior. On attempting to call after the window had passed their phone lines hung up on me 5 times before I finally even got into the que. After that when I went to pay the first payment they had a new contract to sign to be allowed to pay which included that if any hair whatsoever was put into the devices they would charge me 500$ per machine. This was not disclosed before delivery and I see it as discrimination on those who have animals for any reason. The links they send in emails or even just typing in their website and not going through Google give a "your connection is not secure" warning. I chose to go through Google and thought it was all fine until my card got stolen. This is the same connection and device I pay other things through direct deposit for. I got called a lair, despite providing screenshots, by their support. They also sent me my card number through an email after saying they don't store that in their systems. That is not to mention the fact they charged for the deposit twice resulting in an overdraft of 80$ on my account. They again called me a lair despite the support for the bank naming their transaction, which they confirmed was them, as the cause. Honestly the entire business is a scam. They are bbb Accredited as well and I intend to inform my apartment management about this after I ended up receiving threatening emails saying they would destroy my credit over my complaints when I just wanted them to take responsibility for their website and to fix it so no one else would get their financial details stolen.
Claimed loss: 92.11 for the double charge. And 10$ per month over charged. So 5 months there.
Desired outcome: I'd like a formal apology and the secondary contract to be waived as it was given after services were rendered.
