So, I gotta say, Omega Products, Inc
So, I gotta say, Omega Products, Inc. claims to have a solid warranty, but lemme tell ya, tryin' to actually use it is like tryin' to find a needle in a haystack. I've been tryin' to get in touch with 'em, but they never bother to return my calls or emails. It's like they're playin' hide and seek or somethin'. I mean, seriously, how am I supposed to get a replacement part if they can't even be bothered to answer anyone's calls or emails? I've called 'em a bunch of times and sent 'em a bunch of emails, givin' 'em all the info they asked for, but still nothin'. It's frustratin', to say the least.
We got the Omega *** Juicer last year
We got the Omega *** Juicer last year. When we juice, the auger stops moving and there's a lot of fiber by the 2nd or 3rd cup. When we try to reverse the motion, a bunch of fiber falls from the strainer into the base. We have to take apart the whole juicer, clean it up, and start over again. It's a real pain and makes the Juicer useless unless we spend over an hour a day juicing.
Last year, Omega *** support sent us a base, lid, and stuff when we reported this issue. It worked fine for a few months, but then the problem came back right after Covid-19 hit.
We've been juicing carrots, celery, and beets.
The Juicer has been sitting on the shelf for over 4 months because we can't get any support from Omega Juicer *** Support. They told us in an automated message to send an email to an email address. We've sent countless messages since then and haven't gotten any response. We did get one response in July from *** (over email) and they told us to soak the parts for 24 hours and clean them after every 10oz of juice. We tried that, but it didn't help. Since then, we've been trying nonstop to get Omega's attention, but no luck.

I agree with everyone else who has posted a review or complained about this "company". Their customer service is terrible, and it seems like they want it to be terrible. They don't answer the phone on purpose (and it's not because of Covid). They tell you to email them, and if everything is fine, they respond quickly - usually within 10-20 minutes. But as soon as something goes wrong and you ask about it via email, they suddenly stop responding (at all or ever). Again, this has nothing to do with Covid. It's because the company made a mistake but doesn't want to take responsibility or make things right with their customers. The number listed on the ComplaintsBoard.com site is for the parent company. When you try to contact Omega, you end up in a loop that tells you to send an email (even though you know they won't respond if something is wrong). An Omega representative actually called me back (over a week later) and left a different number on my voicemail for me to call if I had questions. When I called that number, the person answered but didn't say anything and just held the phone (unmuted) as if I couldn't tell they were just holding the phone on the other end. It's completely childish and ridiculous. They have no idea what customer service means because once they have your money, they don't care about the service you receive. I've sent multiple unanswered emails. I could go into detail about what happened, and maybe I will in another review, but right now I encourage anyone who has issues with this company to share their experiences on social media and not waste time and energy sending emails that won't get a response until you file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. I bought the juicer in 2017
I bought the juicer in 2017. The company said it has a 10 year warranty. The juicer broke and I contacted the company twice about the warranty. They sent me an email saying they got my claim, but they haven't replied back. I tried emailing them again, but still no response.

I bought an Omega juicer in May . Right away, I had an issue with the screen part of the machine. There's this soft silicone collar that's part of the screen, and with very little use, it starts separating from the plastic housing. Omega already replaced it once. I don't use the juicer much, but now that I'm juicing again, the same problem happened right away, and now I can't juice at all. I called them, and they said they'll replace it again but charge me for shipping. I asked for a supervisor, and they said they'd call me back in 48 hours. They didn't call me back. What I'm finding is that this model seems to have a defect. Am I supposed to suffer for the next 15 years of the product warranty, constantly replacing this part? All I want is for them to take back their lemon.

The warranty folks keep feedin' me lines like "you'll have an answer in 1 - 2 days," but when that time comes and goes, I gotta call 'em up again just to hear the same ol' story. They keep sayin' they'll send my pics and vids to their specialist, but it's the same song and dance every time they miss their own deadline. Finally, the specialist reaches out and asks for the same dang pictures I already sent. And in his email, he has the nerve to say I'm "over juicing," even though I've been followin' their guidelines and only makin' 16 ounces of juice before givin' the juicer a break. They're tryin' to blame me for their faulty juicer and avoid honorin' their warranty. This is the fifth juicer I've owned in 6 years, and it's the first one that's given me trouble. So here's the deal: I paid 400 bucks for a juicer that crapped out after just a few months, the warranty folks keep draggin' their feet, they keep askin' for the same dang pictures, and now they're sayin' it's my fault for over juicing when I'm followin' their guidelines. I'm demandin' that Omega honors their warranty on this expensive hunk of junk that don't work.
