It started on the lockdown period whereas they were not able to deduct the Auto loan payment for 2 months from my account now I am being deducted with interest & penalty charges which is not my fault. However, due to this pandemic lockdown, I asked thru email last June 9 on how to settle those months that were not deducted from my account during the ECQ or kindly send me the guidelines for the bayanihan program. Unfortunately, until now I didn't receive any details or response on that matter. We even need to call them to deduct my monthly payment from my account which is supposed to be auto debited from my current account every 10th of the month.
