I would like to reach out my voice and complain regarding the staff particularly in customer service section in BDO bank in Midsayap branch North Cotabato, Philippines. They are not accomodating, not helpfull, not customer oriented, they make us wait for so long, standing and informing to return how many times. The incident was happened last April 2019 when I was in my vacation. I entered twice the given pin # for activation of my atm which makes my card not working. I asked them helped but they insist that I should request the new card where I applied my card but as per Dubai branch I should take from where my address is. I took the BDO kabayan account from UAE Dubai.
As I see around they prioritize and only entertain who's having businesses and rich people, having them seat even not in the queue line. This is totally discremination, I hope this will stop and treat every customer in fair. They should give OFW special attention and extra care because we have limited time to stay. I hope that my next vacation they will consider to help me. And I hope that management will do action about this concern. Thank you very much
