fraudulent activity on my account
Money was stolen from me and my email was changed. I constantly called them and they are no help. They tell me one thing then tell me something else. They are the worst bank to do business and they put you through hell and back just to get your money that was stolen from you. I advise no nobody to set up an account with them. I called everyday and it’s been a month and I still don’t have the money that’s been taking from me.

each month when i get a refund from the school, bankmobile gets the file/money but says they did not get it, takes 3 or more weeks after the school sent the funds for bankmobile to place in my account.
Every time i call the customer service is down right capital "S" overtaking me, not answering the question i ask, placed on hold for over 10min at a time.
i filed a ATM transaction despite, ATM did not issue the money but bankmobile still took the amount out of my account. two ATM transactions for $62 each. i sent bankmobile the ATM receipt showing "Transaction canceled amount dispensed $0.00". but still took bankmobile over 15 days to issue the money back after days of me calling and asking to speak to higher. the same day i got the funds back bankmobile CLOSED my account, closed the card and sent a email " we will no longer have you as a customer" giving no reason as to why . so now im having to wait for them send a check in the mail . EVERY CENT in the account is now being sent in the mail. i have no way to get any money now to support my family's needs. this bank should be investigated on how they conduct things, and schools should find a different bank to work with.
holding my money illegally
I have repeatedly sent Bankmobile the information proving my identity and they still refuse to give me access to my account. They are at this point holding money illegally. I am filing a complaint with the FDIC, Better Business Bureau, and the college. This has gone too far, Customer Service does not help at all the people there are trained from a script and will NOT answer any questions that aren't an answer from the script. The supervisors are the same way zero brain cells just a script all I want is access to my damn account
I flew to Los Angeles to attend the Los Angeles Book Festival at USC April 23rd, for the promotion of my play, Diddy Warbux House. You can purchase it from Lulu bookstore distribution. The digital bank has frozen my account. Sean Diddy Combs will not invest in the play, even though it is about him. Mature women return to college and live together in an opulent mansion near USC owned by billionaire Diddy Warbux. The house is hilariously mismanaged by two outrageous house mother's actors Luenelle and Leslie Jones.

August of 2016 my identity was hacked and all the money in my account was taken. Thankfully my hometown bank reimbursed me. It is now Oct of 2017 and Bank mobile will still not close the account! I've called countless times, wasted way too much time on the phone with people who cannot speak a complete sentence in English. I had documents sent through USPS that were certified documents and I also paid to have tracking on them. Bank mobile claimed they never got the document but finally spoke to a supervisor who I convinced that the mail had been received by their company because the USPS tracking system said it had been delivered at Bank mobiles address. 2 months later and still no account closure. There is no way Bank mobile is a legit company.

When I called to report a fraudulent charge on my account that was in the form of a check, I shouldn't have to explain countless times that I did not authorize a check on any given terms. I don't use checks. Never have I even order checks from this stupid bank! I don't have a check book from this useless crap bank. I only use my debit card. Instead of just dropping that one charge, the [censor] who work at this bank expect me to fill out a form, get it notarized, and have a police report on it. Then it could take up to 45 days with a 50% chance of it being dropped. I hate this bank so much and I seriously will do my very best to see it go under because they are nothing but [censor], [censor] stuck under my shoe.
stolen money
This is quick review as to how $100.00 were stolen using their suggested atms.
This occurred a couple of months ago so at a Target is Azusa CA. I tried to withdraw money using the allpoint atm machine there. I had maybe a $1300 or 1400 dollars, I don't quite remember the details. Anyways I tried to take out $400.00 it didn't work and tried again and again using different amounts from $100.00-300.00. I thought then maybe the atm was out of money. So I looked up another atm machine at the cvs next door. Same thing happened. From all those times I tried, all I got were receipts for "withdrawal limit exceeded" (picture below). I go back to my car and check my account. Bank mobile charged me. I made complaints for each transaction. They then gave me temporary credit after having a lot of trouble with their customer service. I took the money out and put it into my personal account. I've always taken out all the money and put it into my personal account because I've read the reviews and wanted to avoid something like this. When they resolved my complaints, they approved only 4 out of 5. The one they did not approve was for $100.00 I've been receiving notifications that they will report me to credit companies etc. DO NOT TRUST BANK MOBILE! Take your money out and put it somewhere else! I feel helpless and I'm going to pay the money I supposedly took back because I am afraid it will affect me in the future. We have enough problems as students. Please listen to everyones complaints.
illegally holding funds
My account was hacked on September 15. By the looks of things looks like several people had their accounts hacked on this day! I received email stating the secondary email was successfully was added to my account. Immediately, I knew something was wrong. I went to try to log in and couldn't. Found out that someone got my information and used an ATM in Florida! I have never lived nor been to Florida in my life! Now my account is locked! I have completed all the steps getting papers notarized and every time I call they keep saying my issue has been assigned to some unknown person. I'M PISSED! What's makes it even worse I got a deposit from my job shortly after that and they are holding those funds too! These people are the worst! I just got off the phone with some guy named James (manager) and I told him there is no reason to lie to customers about some 24-48 hours BS. To me they are basically STEALING people’s money! There is definitely something fraudulent going on here because they have got to know that people need access to their funds! It is now October 2nd and still no one has done anything! My rent is due, car note, and light! I'm a single mom with no other HELP! This is a nightmare!I'm going on the BBB website next to file compliant! FYI- They use to be HigherOne but was sued and had to pay out to customers I think because of the fees they were charging. You can Google to find out more about the settlement they paid out. Now they are Bank Mobile Vibe / Customers Bank somewhere in New Haven, CT. I mean is this a real place? They say there is no number to reach the so called Banking team there! I'm warning everyone to stay away! Please

I was told last week that my account had been compromised. I needed to fax them proof of my identity which needed to be notorized. I sent them all the documents that they asked for and still have heard nothing...I have called multiple times and they all answer... it will be 24/48 hours for our department to get this resolved. It's been a week since they received my documents and since I was told 24/48 hours. Everytime I call it's still 24/48 hours. I have had multiple items returned and my money just sits there...all of my bills have been sent back and I can not pay them because they will not release my money. I would NEVER EVER consider banking with this company. They have been absolutely horrible to deal with and their Customer service is by far the worst experience I have ever had. All I want is my account closed and my money returned to me.
they are doing it to a lot of people. they got hacked mid September and are blaming us the customers instead of taking responsibility for their own [censor], and baring us from our money until they can figure out wtf happened! we have 3 kids a car that just broke down and will need exntensive work and these [censor] are not giving us access to OUR OWN MONEY!
My account was compromised since the 13th of this month. I have done everything they asked me too and since last tuesday it was supposed to be unblocked and I am still fighting with this dumb bank. They also told me they could not tell my why my account was blocked and I want to cancel my account and they told me I CAN'T!

Bank Mobile is a parasitic company that feeds off of students who are already suffering from astounding student debt. The fees (including hidden transaction fees) are abundant ... they even charge you $25 just to transfer your money to a real bank.
The company does not allow their customers (who have no choice but to use them in order to receive their financial aid refund) to transfer money out of the Bank Mobile account without being charged fees. Fees, fees, more fees.
my financial aid
I am a victim of identity theft and this "bank mobile vibe" is fully aware of i started school this semester and was receiving financial aid I was already struggling BMV was contacted again by myself and the administrators at my school I told them to close my account several times they wouldn't gave me every excuse under the sun so when my disbursement hit my account they took all of it band left in the account $141.00. This bank clearly doesn't care about students and how hard it is to survive just as a student alone, BMV has no compassion for people and due to there lack of compassion its going to cause problems in my educational success. I have done everything I mean everything when they ask they have done nothing for me is lie over and over again and make me feel like it's my fault someone stole my identity it' that's the hurtful part. I just want what's owed to me, return my funds you unlawfully took i have spent money on notary sent police reports my drivers licence what more are you asking for return MY MONEY BANK MOBILE VIBE.
unauthorized credit card charges
First off, I checked my account summary to see that I was charged $149.90 on September 7, 2017. I did not make that withdrawal. And I did not use my card on that day. I check my account everyday and I know, I did not make any withdrawals. My card is with me at all times. I checked my account around the evening and saw that I was charged. I quickly turned off my card and ordered a replacement, which is the only thing I paid for on September 7, 2017. I ask you for a request for a refund because I'm a full time student in college who pays for classes, books and also pay for my pets. School started weeks ago and I'm already struggling with these classes I take. Now I have to deal with this situation.

I have now been waiting for a paper check that was due to me in 5-7 business days it's been 10 days, I've called and was told that I can be mailed another check in another 5-7 business days, if my funds are not received within the next 5 days meaning three weeks later I will contact the department of education or the federal government, if there only job is to deliver checks to students than how and why is that so hard, first class mail taking 10 days from ct to md hell its only a 5 hour drive and 10 DAYS LATER NOTHING, have me thinking that it was never mailed out, my mail has NEVER gotten lost,
I had the same thing happen to me. A total of 3 checks were mailed to me and I NEVER RECEIVED ONE. I was forced to call them, spend 45 minutes on the phone with 3 different supervisors, and then be told that the only way for me to receive my money was to open a "bankmobilevibe account" and transfer the funds from there to my personal bank.
But guess what!? THEY CHARGE YOU $25 PER TRANSFER AND YOU CAN ONLY TRANSFER A CERTAIN AMOUNT IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD.
So I ended up having to make 3 SEPARATE TRANSFERS over 3 days and it cost me $75 TO GET MY OWN MONEY. This company is an absolute CESSPOOL .

my funds on my card
I went to check my balance from my mobile bank vibe app and it says that's $104 was taken from a purchase that I did not make. Not only the $104 every time I do make a purchase, I keep getting another random amount taken from my account. Like I'd purchase my book and I'd get charged a whole extra $5 or so for no apparent reason? I'd like for my money to please be put back and what every purchased from that $104 be cancelled because is it NOT me. I need to get the rest of my books for school and my money being taken is withholding me from doing so.

They needed proof that it was me who I am receiving the refund. I gave them two proofs: id and passport. They still havent given me my money and its over a [censor]ing week! I am not rich im poor as [censor]! And they expect me to pay hundreds of dollars on art supplies because of my major? Imma sure them and see how much they love their job. They said I havent provided proof in a month hmmm let me see I provided one piece of proof and you accepted my id and passport and you still want more? How about a lawsuit for fraud, discrimination, and scammers? It is my money. Not theirs that is on the line here. And if I lose that money, im suing both my college and bank mobile vibe for fraud and everything else listed above, and misleading information.

On 8/25/2017 my employer submitted a acu direct deposit in the amount of $1031.64 . They missed a number on my account, resulting in me not getting paid . Upon of notifying bank mobile of the issue, they still refused to locate the money and send it back to my employer so they can resubmit the can to right account. Customer service was unable to

I made a cash deposit in my BankMobile Vibe account on Friday 08/11, the funds were in the account immediately since it was cash. I check my account Monday and my deposit mysteriously disappeared. I called and was transferred four times, the last rep that I spoke with stated that something happened with their system over the weekend and that they will correct the issue and pay any transactions that had taken place since the deposit. They still haven't paid any of the transactions and they were all returned and when I call, they keep telling me that they don't know what happened and now they're trying to say there was fraud on the account. I faxed them a copy of my receipt showing my cash deposit and still haven't heard anything. I am so tired of this bank and the fact that their reps seem to be clueless.

This bank is as worthless as an ashtray on a motorcycle, and I will be taking my service somewhere else. I had a check deposited into my account on a Friday while I was out of town. I needed that money as soon as possible, but because it was deposited after a certain time, they couldn't do anything until Monday. The incompetent lady who I spoke with, didn't even try. All she said was "Sorry, I can't do anything for your. Can I help you with anything else?" Um, no you stupid [censor]. If you fail to even try to help with my first problem, what makes you think I want you to help me with my other problems? I've seen two epileptics share a bowl of noodles with more grace, than the way I was given customer service from these so called employees. Guess I'll just sleep in my car until those funds MY MONEY BY THE WAY that I've worked for go through.

This organization makes it extremely difficult for you to access your own funds, customer service is garbage, and the website features are constantly subjected to some sort of malfunction or inaccessible to begin with. I never opened an account with this place and a year after somebody did in my name and they never received proper identification from the person I was told by my school that my refund check went to bank mobile. I called freaking out because I never opened this account. It has been 2 weeks and I have emailed them every notarized document to secure this account so I can get it closed and I keep getting the run around and they still haven't sent me my money from my school. I hate this company and I honestly believe they have no ur what they are doing. I am reporting them to department of education and filing an arbitration against them this is ridiculous.
not being able to login
I've never had this much trouble with logging into any account, I've had this issue multiple times. I've been able to log in some days and some days the page doesn't load and says connection has been lost yet it hasn't been or connection has timed out. This honestly is a [censor]ing joke when you're waiting for your money for school in order to pay for books when classes already started.
