Over a month and a half of people telling me it would be resolved just to find out it was closed 20 plus days before and i owe it cause they looked at IP addresses. I was deceived by this company when I accepted a pre-approval for a *** credit card. No where does this card or any of the documents from the company disclose that you cannot use the credit card to pay for gas at the pump. This would be key to disclose to all customers especially those like me who live in New Jersey where it is illegal to pump you own gas, where you have to give your card to the attendant. Also, when I confirmed my pre-approval I was told my credit limit was one thing even have a screenshot of it, it is interesting to find that when I received the actual card my credit limit was different, especially since I hawk over my credit which has not changed. When I spoke to a customer service rep and her manager about these issues they both had completely conflicting information.

I called them around april 15th ( they answer the phone "customer services" ) asking who they were, "we don't know which company you might have purchased from, we represent many companies" I told her there was no name of a company on the statements ( I have images) after being asked. I said, "this says I owe you money, but I don't know who you are, please help this affecting my credit" after a few times of being transfered I got someone who said it was from ***. But, I said, "I have a *** account, I'm current on my *** account I don't know who you are. finally, a person gave me a transaction number. They gave me a phone number for ***, no one answered after 45 min (which was their estimated wait time) so I hung up. so time goes by, sick family, covdid... till today I called ***, I spoke to a Joanne, I asked here if she knows who *** is and why are they saying I owe them money for ***, she did not know of ***, she said thier is ***, I hung-up with ***. I called ***, I spoke with 4 ( ***) people on a phone call, that last 41 min.. I got the same transfering from one person to another another, *** said I'm goint to have to talk to ***, ( I've been on hold now 31 min) *** has now closed my account because I did not pay them which is now going to effect my good credit score. I just wanted some proof that if they are connected ***, they can't tell me what I purchased, just that it was 800$, I now I have 86.84 in late fees, 11.49 in interest, and "fees" of 40.00. I'm still on hold with *** 37:35 min - I've already been scammed once during this time of covid (different issue) so you can see why I am not wanting to pay them.

I have closed my First Access credit card (ending in ***) after making a double payment, one of which involves a $150 payment I made several weeks ago from my *** Bank account, but for some reason that Bank of Missouri refuses to acknowledge receipt! Yet my *** Bank account clearly shows a $150 payment sent and received by the Bank of Missouri. I do not trust Bank of Missouri in any way, and the bank's Complaintsboard.com status makes me even more wary. I demand a $150 refund via check to my name.
Despite providing proof of payment, for account ending in ***; this company refuses to bring my account current. The company states that I failed to make my payment on-time for December 2022. I called *** Credit Cards many times and I told them that I'm going through financial hardship. First I was affected by Covid. Then my business got affected by hurricane in Florida. I asked them to waive late fees and interests since October which are more than $60 every month. But they're denying to waive these fees. Every bank and credit card company are waiving fees to help people while we're in economic recession but this company doesn't care for us. We're hit by a hurricane. Our businesses are affected. But they just care for money and that's all. I won't make any payment till they waive the fees and I don't care if they send me to collections at this point. First I need food to eat. This was on Friday, 02/25/2022 that they placed the account on hold. On Saturday we spoke to a CSR, and they said the entire account was put on hold to verify the funds in the accounts writing the checks, and they were holding the entire account. One check was written from another Bank of Missouri account, so they said that would be available in two business days on Tuesday 03/01/2022, but the other one was from an outside account and they would be holding those funds for until Friday 03/04/2022, and we would not have access until Monday, 03/07/2022. Flashforward to Tuesday 03/01/2022, the account is still on hold. And now they are saying that the account will not be moved off of hold until both checks are verified and cleared. Which seems kind of shady, even if you are still holding the second check, the other funds should be released. What is also strange is that the accounts that wrote both checks shows that the checks have already been cleared from their accounts, so where is the money? And what gives Bank of Missouri the right to hold ALL FUNDS due to a check deposited? Does Bank of Missouri plan to pay all the late fees for the bills that we aren't able to pay until 03/07/2022 (assuming they even unlock it then) because they have locked the account? They said they help the checks because there were not enough funds in the depositing account to cover the checks. But is that not the point of getting paid? Shouldn't it only matter if there are enough funds in the account writing the check? Honestly this just seems like another way to punish poor people and to keep them poor. And it's very shady business practice, and more accountability is needed.

I have a *** credit card. The company has sent letters to my family sending condolences for my death. I can not access to pay my card online any longer. I contacted them in October, I request to pay my bill in full. I was quoted 343.49 which I paid while on the phone. What they did was not to quote me the full account balance. They charged a late fee on 10/19/22. My payment was made on 10/21/22 . They did not include the late fee or the so called account maintenance fee there for once again leaving me with a balance which they continued to charge additional late fees on. They once again sent a letter to my family about my death. I contacted them again as I wanted to know what charges as I paid the account in full. They racked up 95.00 in fees and would not let me pay the account off and close account. The rep stated I need to prove I am still alive by getting Social Security to send a letter that I am not dead. They were ok taking my money in October, leaving out charges so they could continue to charge made up fees. This business used predatory practices to steal money. I understand that this is a card for people with poor credit. They use this to keep charging fee after fee after fee. The attached statement reflects the time line of my payment and fees charged on statement and a total of 311.46 in fees for the year of 2022... not charges to the account, but fees. This is a unfair practice It appears they will not let you close your account so that they can continue to charge these fees. I feel I should contact the Attorney General for the State of Connecticut to file a formal complaint, but I would like to give them the opportunity to correct this issue.
So Ive tried to work this out with continental finance but I cant get in touch with corporate people only customer service representatives. *** issues the fit Mastercard. I received a letter on *** informed delivery from them and I dont know why because the letter has not arrived in person it was supposed to today but did not. I have already paid $35 this month and the representative is saying today she did not know why there was a hold on the credit card account. So I dont know what they want from me because continental finance refuses to give any information.

I have a Total Visa Card with this bank. I had fraudulent charges on my account that started on 1/24/2022. I called and reported this and they adv they would investigate and send me a new card. Which they did, I adv during my phone call that the following charges were fraud. *** 2.00 *** 148.68 *** 21.83 *** 105.44 *** 8.18 *** 15.00 Before the fraud, I had a zero balance on my account. They advised me of the time frame to review so I stopped using the card all together. They told me to complete the dispute paperwork for each charge which I did and it was faxed to them on 2/4/2022. So I started checking about the status a week or so ago. I was told by a CSR that it appeared the investigation was complete but he would have someone follow up with me. No one ever followed up or called like I was advised they would. I did get a letter dated 3/21/2022 saying they had completed the investigation and determined that I was not responsible for the charges and my account would be reflected to show the credits. I logged into account and called in and charges still showing and NOT credited. I was told they only gave credit for 4 of the 6 charges and that they didnt get paperwork for the other two charges to dispute. I adv paperwork for all 6 submitted on same day so was odd they got the other 4 but not all 6. They then advised me that I would have to submit another dispute for the two that they allege they didn't get. So then I asked for a Supervisor because even the 4 charges they did get and approve they had not credited back to my account yet. The supervisor advises me that he dont have any information and dont know why not credited and to send paperwork for the missing ones. I resubmitted the paperwork again 3/30/22 and even as of today 3/31/22 I have not received credit on the other 4 that they are saying were approved. Every time I call no one can tell me anything.

I received a notice that I have a collection from BK OF MO on my credit report. It says it was opened on 07/19 for $0 with account number starting in *** that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I repeatedly tried to dispute this on all credit bureau's without success out success of getting it removed removed. Each time they say that they have met the requirements yet nobody can tell me what this debt is for.. There is no detailed information on the account account. There is no date of opening except for August. I definitely know that I did not open up an account in that time frame with anybody, bank credit card or otherwise around that time. I fell behind on the payments due to a hardship and during that time the account was sold to *** and then sold again to the current creditor which is *** LLC. I settled this account on 10/11 in the amount of ***. I have disputed this account with Experian in November and again in March 2022 to have the credit report updated from charged off to paid charged off and to also remove the charge off status for the month of November and March 2022. This error has caused my credit score to drop more than 19 points due to no fault of my own. I have made several calls to both *** LLC and to the Bank of Missouri to find out why this is still reporting as if I have not settled the account. *** has told me that I must contact the Bank of Missouri because they are the ones that are reporting to Experian. I had to complete a three-way phone call with both companies to find out this information. When the call ended the supervisor from the call center for the Bank of Missouri ***) which is the number I called told me the only other option I had was to write a letter to the address in the heading of this letter. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act it is illegal to report an account as charged off after it has been paid and I am asking that your company remove the charge off status for the month of November and March 2022 totally and update the account to a paid charged off status. The above financial institution holds my mortgage. I closed on Monday, January 31, 2022. At closing I signed a form to have my mortgage come directly out of my Bank of America account, which would come due on 3/1/22. On Wednesday, 2/9/22, I received an email from ***, Mortgage Loan Representative, stating that the form I signed at closing was not correct (even though she was the one who sent it to the Title Co.). She stated that she had attached a new form and requested me to sign it. I immediately signed it, scanned it and emailed it back to her. At approximately 5 a.m. this morning I get an alert from my BOA that my account is very low. I sign into my account and find that The Bank of Missouri has taken out my mortgage payment instead of when it was due on 3/1/22. I immediately retrieve the form I signed yesterday. Signed the bottom portion of the form which revoked my authorization/scanned it/ typed a letter stating that I am rescinding my authorization based upon the fact that they took out my payment exceedingly early and email them both to ***. She sends me an email stating that she's sorry that happened and that she notified the department and did I still want to revoke my authorization. I responded yes. At approximately 11:30 a.m. I signed into my BOA account to set up a payment for my mortgage on 3/1/22, only to find that The Bank of Missoui had hit my account again for another mortgage payment. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have yet to receive my card because they shipped to an old address. So I reach out once approved and noticed it was going to an old address. I called in spoke to an agent who one took initial fee of $89 that was due and the address needed for the card (entered incorrectly). Next I receive a bill, remind you I still don't have a card. So I reach out again, this agent tells me that the new card is going to the CA address. He stops this card/cancels and advise a new one will be sent. He verified the address and at that time is when I was told the previous agent had the incorrect address. We verify the address again. He tells me it will take up to another 10-14 days before the card is received. Well in that time a card was received but it was the card that was shipped to CA but forward to me here. Now what is odd is the forward was not done by the Post office (yellow sticker with new addres) it was done within the company. So in reality, the card didn't need to be canceled as all the corrections were done within the company. The company is just behind, not enough staff or just don't care at all. So I called today 12/29 to follow up & see if the card I had correct. The card received was the cancelled card. Called today the agent was very nice but had issues so I asked to speak with a Supervisor. Was transfered to a Steven(shouldn't be a Supervisor). He was very curt, rude and didn't care. Just pay! Asked him the status & I was told that the new card will not be issued because my account is past due. Now here is my issue. How is my account past due for a card I don't have. It didn't take the bank 2 month to accept my payment but it's take over 2 months to receive my card. Like my family had no holiday behind this mess. I was told that no card will be issued until my account is caught up. NOT FAIR. All the staff needs to be trained again. I have been a card holder of FIT Credit Card, it is backed with The Bank Of Missouri. On June 30 my card received fraudulent transactions. There were 10 $20 charges to a Company that I have never heard of. I didn't see any of this until around July 5-7, 2020. I called Customer Service ASAP and reported these charges. The C/S Agent from FIT told me that they had seen these transactions and subsequently CLOSED THAT CREDIT CARD AND ISSUED ME A NEW CARD. They said I don't have to worry about those charges they will be taken off my Credit Card within 30 days. I said Great and hung up. I have called several times asking why these charges are still showing that I owe them and I am assured that an investigation is under way. I called them back apx 15 days later to say that I never received the new card. But that I showed all the new info online with those fraud charges showing that I owe them. I again spoke to C/S who got a Manager involved and they assured me that this will be taken care of and not to worry. I called at the end of July since the website still showed that I owed the money and that I need to make a payment on my act by 8/8. I TOLD THEM I WILL NOT BE SENDING ANY FURTHER MONEY IN TO THEM SINCE MY CREDIT CARD WAS TOTALLY PAID OFF AND I HADN'T USED IT. THEY WERE TO ISSUE ME YET ANOTHER CARD WITH I RECEIVED ON SAT. 08/08. AND ALL OF THE FRAUD CHARGES HAVE BEEN MOVED TO MY NEW CREDIT CARD AS WELL! I STARTED TO ACTIVATE THIS CARD UNTIL I LISTENED TO THE INFO WHEREBY IF I ACCEPTED THIS NEW CARD I WOULD BE BILLED $99 A YEAR AND MONTHLY FEE'S AND THE LIKE. SO I NEVER ACTIVATED IT. I AGAIN CALLED THE C/S NUMBER AND WAS ON THE PHONE YET AGAIN FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. ALL OF MY CALLS TO THIS COMPANY ARE AT LEAST AN HOUR LONG EACH TIME! THEY TOLD ME THAT MY CARD IS BEING INVESTIGATED AND THAT THEY COULDN'T HELP ME. I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL IT HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO A PERSON OR DEPT. THAT DOES THEIR FRAUD CLAIMS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS BEING DONE TO GET MY ACT. BACK TO THE GREAT STANDING I HAD. SO I TOLD THEM I WAS FILING A CLAIM AGAINST THEM WITH THE Complaintsboard.com AND I HUNG UP! I FIND THIS TO BE INEXCUSABLE! AS EACH TIME I CALLED I WAS ASSURED THAT THEY WERE INVESTIGATING THESE CHARGES. TODAY THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE COMPANY THAT PLACED THE CHARGES AND I SAID, "NO WAY! I DIDN'T WANT SOME RANDOM FAKE PLACE TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME!" IT IS THEIR DUTY TO INVESTIGATE!

Since you have not complied with my numerous requests for a detail of the charges of this alleged account, I'm beginning to believe that you don't have the record of this account or any of the details of the charges that makes up the total amount you are asking me to pay. Your letter lists the areas of investigation: A. Account history (merchants, services and goods purchased). Who are the merchants and what were the services and goods purchased? Since this is allegedly my account why not comply with my 16 requests for a detail of these items? B. Purchase location in relation to the address on file. Why not tell me where locations are, as I have requested numerous times? C. And/or payments made to account. Why not tell me about these payments? I have contended from the beginning of this nightmare that I have never knowingly made a payment on this alleged account. D. Statements. Since I have never received a statement on this account, what do the statements say? Since you presumably record every conversation with every customer you speak with, you can prove that I ordered this account orally or that you have a written or printed record of my order. I would ask you now why would any customer of Ollo order a second account when he or she already has an Ollo credit card? Now that you have been attacking my credit, I have completed a search of all my paid receipts and everything in my Ollo file. To my amazement, I have been billed by your company on not only two account numbers but on three in the recent past: the last four numbers of the three account numbers end in ***, *** and ***. Will I now receive a monthly bill on this third number? In view of my assumption of your possession of an oral or written record of all agreements with your customers, I now add to my requests for copies of all past statements on this account and that you provide me with copies and/or receipts of any agreements with me in your possession. Gentlemen, this matter has been ongoing for months now. It could have been resolved long before now as had you only provided me with copies of the statements on this account, showing the charges made to it from it's inception to date...as I requested 16 times. I would like to get on with the rest of my life. I look forward to hearing from you.

I applied for a credit card with them and was offered a $300 limit if I made a $300 security deposit. The fees were outrageous and the apr was extremely high, so I decided not to take the offer and never made the deposit. Therefore, I NEVER had an active account with them. Come to find out, now that I'm actively working on my credit, they reported the account as a derogatory *** on my credit report! This company is shameful!
Aspire credit card issued by bank of Missouri is complete trash I called numerous times and even did the texting with their agents to try and just get extended time to pay off my *** they said they have no hardship programs and gave me numbers to collections agencies to try and make payment arrangements which they do not do. They also left me on hold each call never coming back also on text they never returned. Its very unprofessional and completely rude I wish I had never gotten involved with this company I am trying to avoid any late fees and getting no answers from anyone or anything don't get involved with Aspire or any cars through Bank of Missouri they will leave you stranded if you have a problem.
