My name is Edwin T. Andaya.
Last Thursday night, 11/22/2019, I tried to withdraw a total of Php1, 600 from two ATM machines here in Makati.
No cash withdrawal transpired since the ATM shown the dispense of cash and balance inquiry are not available.
When I checked my deposit today 11/23/2019, Php1, 600 is missing.
Please help me to recover the money.

atm did not dispense money but debited to my account
I withdrew money P4000 in BPI ATM machine last November 19, 2019 Tuesday. The first attempt was unsuccessful, and it popped an error saying that "All transaction s were cancelled except for Fund transfer".
I inserted the atm second time, and repeat the process of withdrawing P4000 and it successfully dispensed the amount. But when I checked on the balance and history on my mobile app, there are 2 transactions debing P4000. So basically, P8000 was deducted. Please look into this.

I applied for a personal loan last October 2 and got approved October 25. I signed the loan documents last 10/29 and received an e-mail that loan proceeds is queued for booking. We already contacted the branch and customer service but up to now, we have not received the proceeds. We were told it will only take 3 banking days from signing of loan documents but it has been more than a week. Hope we can get it fixed.

Sadly i received a call from BPI talamban branch 2 weeks ago and ask to close all my bank accounts, even my corporate bank account which i was not major shareholder, we had trouble to give salary for more than 2 weeks for 50 employees because of not responsible act of bpi bank.
Them reason of close my bank account is my nationality is iranian, which we been inform by our iran embassy central bank of Philippine has ordered not to close the iranian nation bank account.
Any way currently i have autoloan under bpi bank and credit card with bpi, since i have no more bank account with bpi i am unable to pay the monthly payment of the car amd the credit card.
If check my Payne for car loan i always pay 2 months in advance, but currently i can not pay due to this problem made by bpi bank.
Since during time i applied for car koan i request for online payment i would like to find some solutions to pay online my payments. Since im mostly out of town i have no chance to go over counter payment. I inform the branch at talamban cebu city i put hold on my payments of credit card and car loan until have some solutions.

- I deposited in my savings account this morning. The teller offered me a one time pay insurance and I accepted it. She also offered me a credit card. She said I only need to have P10, 000 minimum balance on my account to be approved and that the card will be delivered on my home address. She said this is a sure approval. I didn't read the content as it was on the counter and in good faith I signed, she then told that the P10, 000 will be withheld on my account. It was still fine for me. Later today, I was about to transfer fund when I noticed it was missing P10, 000. I called the hotline and the lady told me the system is down and there's nothing they can do. I searched on the web about the express start credit card. There was nothing there that states I will be deducted on the P10, 000 on my savings account. On some forums they said, it should still be visible on my account.
Please enlighten me of this. In my understanding, I was only waiting for the delivery of the credit card and that the P10, 000 would ONLY BE WITHHELD AND NOT DEDUCTED.

I submitted the form that your bank required, even sending it from the US to my niece, then had it hand-delivered to make sure your branch gets it. Requested change of account last month from single acct to joint account. I was advised that my online acct will be disabled and activated once the joint acct request is completed, issue is no one attempted to call me ti advise that my request has been applied. I have received that my online acct has been activated already but "account has been locked prompt" whenever I try to access. So i tried to talk to the CS staff who processed by request, she said that my card needs to be replaced, he destroyed my atm and he said I can only withdraw over the counter while waiting for my new ATM. up until now i did not received any atm and my online acct is still locked. so i cannot withdraw via atm and unable to do any online transaction.

It has been more than a week now that I am unable to use my BPI mobile app. I keep on just getting the message: " sorry, the bpi mobile app is currently undergoing maintenance..." Such a situation has proven to be very annoying & inconvenient for me for I rely heavily on said app for my daily banking transactions. Pls advise on actual status or what I can do to reactivate it. I applied for a housing loan in June of 2018 to purchase a lot property owned by a woman who is residing in Canada.The woman has a deceased husband for which the land title is still under his name and the seller (wife).The bank informed me and my husband that this is a special case that they are going to take since the title should have been transferred to the heirs first before it can be sold and transferred to me and my husband's name.The property that we were supposed to buy via BPI loan was a 4lot property. We paid the initial lot assessment property of I believe 5, 000 pesos?.The seller and my self have provided all the documentations required by BPI. BPI asked for these requirements In pieces-once we submitted a document they will ask again for one and so on-the bank did not provide us of all the requirements at once despite our requests.We were told because we are a special case. During this year of processing-it took us to renew the power of attorney twice and the seller was asked twice by the bank to get POA from her children which she did and the bank asked for more documentation from the children who are also residing abroad.The seller has expressed to me and to the bank how disappointed she was of the very long process and had made comments to no longer sell her property as she was getting tired of waiting for the bank guarantee and for complying with all the requirements plus all the fees she needed pay to get all the documentations. The bank finally informed me and the seller after a year Of agony and stress and expenses that a bank guarantee will be issued in 2weeks sometime this year June 2019. The bank yet again asked for a power of attorney who would receive the bank guarantee. This prompts the seller to fly from Canada to the Philippines-so she did not have to issue another POA. Unfortunately, when she arrived in the Philippines the bank required for more documents and it would be months before she can have the bank guarantee. The bank told us that we have to pay the amount of 63, 000 pesos or so for the processing fee, additional lot assessments (which we were never told in the very beginning amounting to 10k) and other fees. We paid this amount on time. The seller became very upset that BPI could not issue her the bank guarantee in 2weeks as promised and she would not be paid in several month's until the bank clears that its ok to transfer the title to our names despite numerous documents that have been submitted-again the excuse was -this is a special case. Why would BPI hire such incompetent staffs. I would presume that their loan department would do a good research of the documents needed rather asking for it piece by piece. The seller had to terminate the sale because of her great disappointment of the bank process. I was asked by the bank to issue a letter so I can get my refund of the 63, 000 that I paid them since the sale was terminated. I was told I could get the refund in 2 weeks minus the 10, 000 processing fee and to expect that I'll get a refund of 53, 000 something. Before issuing the first letter I asked the loan officer what needs to be included in the letter. So, he advised me what to include and after several days or weeks or so-that I need to issue another letter since there were missing information that I need to include in the letter. I told the loan officer why he did not tell me that in the first place. This time I was told that I will only be getting another less 10, 000 or so since I have to pay for the rest of the lot assessment which I was never told in the beginning, , after more than a month I got
My refund of 46, 000 after paying them 63, 000 pesos-despite being told by the loan officer that I will get a refund of less the processing fee only and despite my second letter said that they need to refund me the 53, 000 +. So, my second letter was ignored by the bank. Due to the bank incompetence to inform us of all the required documents and to relay to us the information in a timely manner (a year is a long ordeal for a home loan)

Hi. Last August 19, i made a cash advance in the amount of P10, 000 pesos thru an ATM machine in Greenhills. I checked my BPI mobile app and i found out i was debited twice. I immediately reported the incident to 89100. I gave all details. It took two weeks or so for them to confirm that my complaint was valid and that the ten thousand pesos will be credited back. But it has been more than a month and two billings already, but no credits has been made. As a result i incurred interest. I have made a follow up call many times and all i get was a lame answer that it's being processed. How long should i wait? Should i report this to the Central Bank? I'm losing my patience

I enrolled by BPI Savings Account into Mobile Banking while I'm still in the Philippines right before I leave and try to follow the instruction to activate my card by verifying it in your ATM after I created the account but the problem is when I open my BPI Apps it says it not yet activated and still need to verify again. Unfornately I was currently sailing(international vessel) and have no chance to go in any ATM, I was hoping if you could do any possible action to activate my account so I could transfer money, It was badly needed by my parents.

Hi. I've had bpi express start since January 2016. I always pay on time and never had a late payment. I got charged late payment one time but it was due to paying too early(posted vs previous bill cycle. Lately I've been paying just minimum amount, but never late. I currently have Citibank, HsBC and RCBC credit cards. These cards are the ones i often use due to convenience. I find it hard to believe that BPI still is not releasing my hold out. The last time I requested for the release was July 2019. Just now I learned that it was denied. No reason or explanation given. I pay interest and annual fee. I've been spending versus my own money here. It's small amount but it is the principle that counts here. Almost 3 years of hold out is not acceptable. Going to the branch every week for almost three months and hearing "no reply to our email yet" is no joke. I have a reason to believe that I am creditworthy. I would not have been approved by any of those banks if I am not. I applied for few credit cards to better manage my finances. When I had just BPI, i sometimes almost go close to my limit. I know having balance-credit limit ratio. Please help me understand and lead me to right escalation path. If I have to seek help from Legal, please let me know. I can't accept the one and only word from your employee "DECLINED" without knowing what is exactly going on. I do not know if he/she has done her part/neglect or...nothing. Late? No. Delinquent? No. Current balance vs Limit? Ok. Employment? Stable. Income? Qualified. My limit is 34k. Been robbing me for almost 3 years now. Not releasing my hold out for no known reason. My limit with CITIBANK is 75k. How was I approved? Thank you.

Spent a lot money to update Vietnam number as the phone to receive the OTP by going back to the Philippines and now it does not work.

I would like to address disciplinary actions against a frontdesk employee of BPI Pandacan for making sarcastic remarks which ridiculed my friend's query of information. The said employee was reprimanded last Friday because of a non-progressing process and my friend went back earlier and was subjected to sarcastic ridicule which dooes not reflect professionalism on the part of the employee. We did not get the name of the employee but my friend remembered him entirely. The employee is a male and should this complaint prosper, my friend would love to identify him to subject him to a disciplinary action
