I paid a deposit of £476.00 in December 2019.
When the remaining £1990.00 was due, I went into their Barrhead Shop and enquired about Covid 19 as it was just beginning to cause problems around the world. I was told by the assistant that "this is flu, we get flu every year and there is never a problem". I paid the £1990.00. I got an e.mail saying that the holiday was cancelled and they would be in touch. I have tried to contact them many times to ask for a full refund but I have had no reply to e.mails, phone calls or a letter to their head office. My letter said that I was struggling for money because of the pandemic and that I now required this money as a matter of urgency. Still nothing from them. I would be very grateful for any advice or assistance.
Sorry I have written the costs down wrongly. Correct totals are that I paid £476.00 in December and paid £1514.00 in February with the total cost of the holiday being £1990.00
