coconut lime verbena shimmer lotion
For the past 10 years, at least, I have been so upset and disappointed with BABW's decision to discontinue not only the Coconut Lime Verbena scent, but to discontinue the best shimmer lotion I have ever had in my LIFETIME! Why? Why would you do that to a girl that only wants to smell pretty and glow at the same time? I don't understand! Whoever made the decision to do that must have been an old dude in a stuffy suit who has no idea what women want in life. If you can please just revamp it for a short period of time so that I can stock pile my house with it, I would then be most joyful person ever! Who do I need to write, talk to, stalk, or whatever to just get one last glow of the verbena in my life? HELP!
true blue spa collection
I am very unhappy to learn that BBW's have discontinued the True Blue Spa line. I have used that faithfully for years since you all have discontinued every previous scent I liked before that. The Need A Margaritaville scrub, Grin and Bare It body lotion, Beach Sand foot pedicure and Heel of Approval I used consistently. My daughter always stocked me up by giving me several items for Christmas. This year, she gave me the
Beach line and is ok so far. Smells nice. However, I really loved the True Blue Spa items that I mentioned above. The scent is non offensive to others, as most of your body sprays, lotions are very perfumey and strong smelling, that it bothered others around me and got to my sinuses bad. Please bring back that line!

I had just bought my scentportable Container less than two hours ago. I went to slide it on my vent and the clip broke. I'm very upset because it was for my mom for mother's day and I cannot return to the store before tomorrow. I've heard nothing but nice words about this product and now I have a broken dispenser and I cannot use the scents I bought.

On Saturday May 5th at almost closing time at Bath and Body works in Oakwood shopping center located in Gretna La. My self and my 3 kids. Josh 15, Jayden 11 and Jaydah 7. Went into the mall to shop. While my daughter and I was in Bath and Body works without my son's. My oldest called me and said that he forgot hos cash at home so he needed my debit card. I told him I was still shoping. He said well Jayden can come get the card and bring it back soon as I finish. So Jayden did come get the card. After minutes passed by I had my stuff on the counter to purchase but it was taking my son a while. I say his just on the outside of the store. I them called my son Josh on the phone and said please come in and bring the card so I can finish my purchase but he said the lady is at the door saying jayden can't come in. I then walk towards him and I was met by a worked young African American girl saying that the manager said he look suspicious that why he was not allowed in. I was so upset I then walked to the managed and questioned her abd asked how did he look suspicious she said man we had lots of peopke stealing. I asked what does that have to do with my kid who happend to be disabled. She had no answer. I told her she need to apologize to him. And she did which was acknowledging that she was wrong. She then called security and the police the heard my store and both agreed that I had every right to be upset. They have me the store number abd said that no one was there to take a complaint and that I should not call coorprate I should contact ths store manager in Sunday. This is awful that my young African American disabled son was profiled in this store.in fact he was not even allowed inside of the store she determained that we was suspicious before we could even step in the store. He was denided interest all together. I asked they lady Mary who said he look suspicious what was it that made my kid look suspicious she had no answer only that there had need theft in the store earlier. This is awful. This is my complaint. My son is devestated. He have not been himself since this happened.

foam hand soaps
I shop here and purchase several of my favorite body sprays. Hand soaps. Wall flower scents. Shower gels. Ect... I have never had a problem with the products I purchased. However this time, I spent almost $200 as I usually do when stocking up on things. When I got home and later looked in my bag, there was 2 of the foam hand soaps that the lid was leaking and the soap got all over my other items. It was a mess! I'm very disappointed and I know these things happen. I'm not asking for anything. I only wanted to let you know what a disappointment this is to me. I make big purchases and had to spend several hours washing everything off because the cashier had to use paper wrap for some of my items, which the hand soap made soggy and it was all a mess! I really wanted to throw everything away because of how frustrated I was. Thank you for reading this.

I came into the Springfield mo battlefield mall location on Saturday April the 7th and a woman named hannah was working.as I came in she glared and didn't greet me or my husband and 3 year old daughter.although she did follow me, watch me, and ask me if she could help me 18 times in the 20 minutes that I was shopping.almost as tho I was a shop lifter...made me feel very unwanted and not ever wanna feel that way again.i made a 78 dollar purchase and left.as i left she was looking into my purse that i was carrying next to my bag.is this what u teach your employees, to glare and make them make customers feel like they aren't wanted here? I ordered a green one perfume of beautiful day mist but i received the blue colour beautiful day mist perfume please help. The product of beautiful day has been changed. At the forest it was green. candle exploding
Good evening.
I live in Abu Dhabi and purchased a Rose and Ivy candle from the store in Wahda Mall. We lit it this evening in my daughters' bedroom as it has a calming effect if we burn it for a short time before the girls go to sleep.
We heard a loud noise while then girls were brushing their teeth and saw that the glass had exploded and the wax was all over the surface of the drawers and was on fire.
My husband put out the fire immediately and we took photos of the evidence which I have attached.
This is most concerning.

shipping fees and discount coupon
Bath and Body Works had a recent sale March 22nd I order to products each $6 shipping fee was 5.99 for standard. I decided to use the Sunny vibes 20% off entire purchase discount offer to me and the shipping fee change to 9.99 making me pay more for using the discount code. I went back to remove the discount for 20% off and my shipping fee went back to 5.99. Ckearly there's an algorithm coded in your system that is penalizing me for using the discount coupon by raiainf my shipping fees. That's a $4 penalty to my $2.40 savings
and I feel that that is in appropriate and fraudulent businesses practice. This is why I am filing a complaint. I placed my order in this manner however I should not be penalized for using the discount.

car scentportables
I have had my car for 8 months, I frequently use the Bath & Bodyworks car scent portables. I bought several car portables during the semi annual sale in December 2017. One of the car scent portables started leaking (spontaneously) the oil that leaked out got on the plastic/paint on my car that was underneath the disc, the oil made the paint bubble and come off. The entire housing will have to be replaced.
bad customer service
I was in bath and body works today, in Tuscaloosa, al. I had been online the nite before to find coupons to use for instore. I had found a couple both printed and a text to my phone. both coupons upon printing and texting, said that they were in date and still had a couple days before being outdated. I entered the store today and couldn't use either one. looking at the one that was texted I understood that it was to be used online. the one that was printed said that it was to be used instore. I was approached by a young lady not the cashier that said I couldn't use it because it had expired, and that the only one to be used was the 20% off. I told her that the coupon still had a couple of days before it was outdated and she was adamant about the 20% off not even acknowledging the coupon in hand that was still in date. would not let me use the coupon or even try to make the situation right or try to help me in any kid of way. the cashier was in a stand still and didn't know what to do. I ended up leaving $30 worth of merchandise in the store today, which probably would've ended up being much more than that within the party I was with. I shop at bath and bodyworks on a regular but was also traveling and never had the experience that I had today.

I placed an order for 8 bottles of foaming hand soap. One of the bottles was completely empty when I opened the package. It had leaked out all over all of my other products and was leaking through the cardboard box it came in. The scent was French Lavender.

My order was not properly packed. One of the perfumes lost the spritzer and some of the perfumes was uncapped. Im very much disappointed with how they packed my order. This is my first time to order online at bath and body works but its a shame that a simple organization of how to pack the items neatly couldn't be done correctly.

I have never had any problems with your products but I purchased the Aromatherapy Comfort Vanilla 6.5 fl oz Lotion and it was very watery like a liquid not like lotion and your lotion has never been like that. I was very shocked and confused because I've used other Bath & Body Works products but this is the 1st time with the Aromatherapy Comfort. So I contacted the store I bought this at because I was going to return the bottle and they told me that I would need to contact your customer service for a replacement. I'm not asking for my money back but since I can't use the bottle I bought I would like a replacement bottle. Thank you

the manager was extremely rude
[Edited] a assistant manager at the palisades Mall 3rd floor shop. Kicked me out of the shop for eating food. I recognize her right to kick me out but not her methods. She was mad that I came in with food and was chatting around not buying anything. She proceeded to yell at me and told to me buy something. Doing the whole process Of purchasing Hand sanitizer. She belittled me about my choice of food and throw the product at me. I'm saddened by this customer experience and I don't want to shop at that location again.
I would love to have the means to remove this complaint. It was a personal spat and I feel bad for making this claim. It was years ago and I was wrong to make this complaint in the first place. As the original author of this complaint I completely disavow what I said and chalk it up to the mistakes of foolish youth. It was inflammatory and wrong. Please ignore and disregard the complaint in its entirety.

mahogany woods body wash
I thought I would give Bath and Body Works another chance. Even though several years ago I had a horrible reaction to a body wash that resulted in my doctor's initial thought was that I had herpes! It was eventually determined, after testing, that I had a horrific reaction to your body wash resulting in blistering and seeping in my vaginal area. I contacted you and basically nothing was done. Well, I bought my husband the Mahogany woods wash. He used it last night and his face immediately felt like someone poured acid on it. It was on fire, and this morning is still bright red and his forehead and cheek is swollen. I am ready to tell people to stop buying these body washes. My daughter had a reaction several years ago also. What the hell is in this stuff? We are not the only people this is happening to! We can't be. I am furious and once again will not be buying anything from your store ever again. I will be forwarding you medical bills if he needs to see a doctor today.

champagne toasted scented candle
I recently started the wicks on my champagne toasted scented candle from your company. Within 2 minutes I instantly heard a crackling noise and I look over at my dining room table - which was $800, that is besides the point, started on fire. Along with finding a family hand me down that cannot be replaced, place mat and table cloth on fire that could not be saved. I have used your products for YEARS, and never have I ever had this happen. I have always felt safe with your candles lit throughout the day, when I am home, and that my dog would be safe in the household with the candles lit. What would have happened if no one was home and I hadn't heard that, would more of my belongings be gone, would I have lost my dog as well? This is unacceptable. I need to know what you're going to do about the damage to my personally belongings? I will no longer buy any of your products, it is not worth the risk of anyone's safety.

I've been waiting weeks for the celestial scrub to come back in stock. I haven't contacted anyone to see if it's still being made, but if it's not it should be posted. I'm obsessed with the scent and want it back in stock so badly. Or maybe even make it in larger tubes or just lotion instead of a body scrub. Either way I think that it needs to be brought back to stock.

I just recently discovered this item in the lotion form and I absolutely love the smell of it. I went to purchase the spray and was told it was no longer available. I was very upset! If it isn't available why is it on the website? When will it be back so that I can buy more of it in bulk?! This smell is like nothing I've ever smelt from here and would really like to purchase as much of it as possible in the future so that I don't run out of it...When did it come out and when will it be back? It will be back won't it? Is it in any of the stores?

I got a huge package today for only a handful of products. I received a huge box, and a 10 foot long packaging paper and I think it is such a waste of paper and cardboard and I think you should follow in LUSH's footsteps with minimal/naked packaging. With the amount of ocean pollution, you should take into consideration the effects your packaging will have on earth. I was in shock when I got my package. What a waste. Here are photos
