Wallflowers
Never had a problem with Bath & Body Works wallflowers until this year. Noticed a spot on my CEILING in a bathroom underneath where I had a wallflower plugged in. Felt the spot and it was sticky and the color of the liquid in the wallflower. I checked the other plugins throughout my house and found the one plugged in the kitchen under a kitchen cabinet had left a sticky residue and caused the wood to warp. I also feel something should be done to rectify this situation. I'm taking back all the wallflowers I have left and expect at the very least a full refund.
Desired outcome: A full refund.
Customer service and coupons

Order #[protected] - both of the product Cinnamon Stick Wallflowers refills were received in damaged condition. The plastic boxes they were in were ripped and torn with product leaking out of refill bottle. The other products I received were fine and the shipping box they came in was fine also and had no apparent damage at all. Looks like the damaged products were damaged before they were put in the shipping box but put in box and shipped anyway. Not impressed with the lack of character and outright spitefulness of person who did that.
Desired outcome: I would either like a replacement of both products or a refund of the cost.
Wallflowers plug ins
I have 2 wallflowers that were both plugged in the wall and started leaking everywhere. They were only a month old. I brought them back to the store and they told me I could not return them to exchange them. So if the company has a defective product they don’t exchange them out. If this is the case I will not buy from bath and body works again. I spend a lot of money there every month and they will not take it back. If this does not get resolved I will not shop there anymore!

I purchased a car fragrance holder and fragrance refills from bath and body works. On May 8th, 2023, I came out to my car after work to see that it leaked and spilled onto my dash next to the main screen in the center of my dashboard for my vehicle. I will supply photos. The liquid within the fragrance damaged my vehicle and now I will need to get it replaced. It was not a simple clean up, the liquid fragrance caused the paint to bubble up in one area and discolored another. Again, see photos for reference. This is a faulty product that Bath and Body works is responsible for and the damage to my vehcile for replacing and/or fixing my dash should also be the responsibility of Bath and Body Works. I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing from you so we can resolve this matter amicably.

Body sprays and perfumes
The company has changed the ingredients in the sprays and perfumes. The past 2or 3 years now the sprays and perfume smell like chemicals. It's really sad cause I've been a customer for 20 years and now I don't get my perfume there anymore. I have old bottles that smell the amazing but they're almost gone and the new bottles I've got I've giving away because they stink. Highly disappointed in the company

Poor customer service
I purchased $200 worth of candles the night of 4/7/23 that had a promotion of free shipping, less than 8hrs later I get an email that the promotion is now free shipping and $30 off $100. When I looked at my order history it stated the order was placed 4/8/2023, I contacted customer service and spoke with "supervisor" Donita Taylor. I requested to either cancel my order from 8hrs earlier or have the promotion applied to that order. She said she was unable to do either. She then advised I could place another order for the same items, and get the benefit of the new promotion, and when the initial order arrived just go return it all at the store. This would be a major inconvenience for me. She then offered a measly $10 credit. This was insulting as I would have saved $60 and I probably would have ordered more candles. Considering it had not even been 8hrs since I placed my order, I did not think this was an unreasonable request. I have been a very loyal customer for almost 30yrs and I spend thousands a year with Bath & Body Works. It is very disappointing this is how they treat their customers. Unfortunately, I will no longer be purchasing any more of their products and will switch to a competitor.
Desired outcome: Would have liked the benefit of the $30 off $100 with free shipping promotion from 4/8/2023
Fragrant night light
A few months ago I went to my Bed Bath & Beyond at the Bayshore Mall on Long Island New York to pick up a night light fragrant piece to put in the bathroom and to find that it was leaking the liquid out the bottom which could have possibly caused a fire. I've had others before but I was surprising how this one was leaking. No receipt available as I didn't think this was going to happen to your product.

Wallflower Plugin
Ive purchased these plugins for years and have 10 in my house currently. However, they leak. In the past I was able to take them to the store and they would swap them out as defective but not anymore. I've ruined several of my baseboards and today it was on my bathroom countertop from a plugin that isn't even a year old and the wallflower blub is maybe a month old. I chatted with them online and they just gave me a 1-800 number to call about a store exchange. No answer to my question about the design being improved. Was told she hasn't heard of the complaint before. Completely unacceptable considering how much their products cost.
Desired outcome: An answer about the design of the wallflower. Solution to the 10 I have.
Manager Christina Williams
Christina Williams is managing the Primrose center store on 3450 s. Stewart's in Springfield mo. She has incredibly poor management skills.
1. She schedules too many employees. Example: It was super bowl Sunday. She sent 2 employees home early. The fact that there was a Super bowl should have been enough for her to know business was not going to be good.
2. The week before that she also scheduled two people too many, and over shot the 3%.
3. Shes interviewing for a key holder position. She went on to tell fellow employees that she has no suitable employees for the position. Bad mouthing your employees is No Way to run a buisness!
4. If she was as concerned about profit margins as she is about filling her lips with botox this company would be rolling in money, and happy employees.
We employees at the Primrose center all agree its time ChristinA (as she will tell you, theres and a at the end of my name)... take her fat lips and kiss her management position GOODBYE!
Give her job to a more suitable, more experienced person.
Desired outcome: Christina needs to be sent to classes on how to better deal with employees, and sent to the unemployment line!
Bath And BOdy Scented Candle

I am just so unhappy to see that I cant maximize the candle that I bought. Pictures shows black marks on the container, it was so untidy... and the color of the flame is orange...I don't need to explain further as the picture shows it all already...Did I do something wrong that makes this so untidy or the content itself that made it like this? I really love your products specially the scented candles but after this, I dont know if I'm still be purchasing from your store...

I placed an order for 12 3-wick candles on Dec 3, 2022. My order was broken up into 2 parts, a single candle that was shipped and never received and then the other 11 to be shipped later. I was sent a follow up email saying I’d have the other 11 candles before Christmas. Every week I checked the tracking information and it was always delayed. I called customer service today and they say there is nothing they can do to honor my order. They wont even give me different candles at the rate I paid for the ones I purchased. That is complete [censored]! I had to scramble last minute and break my budget to buy Christmas gifts when this order never arrived the least they can do is honor my order with in stock scents.
Desired outcome: I want 12 candles at the 9.95 rate that they were purchased at in December. I understand that my selected scents are no longer available, just give me something comparable.
Wallflower refills
Placed and order for 3-double packs or lavender vanilla refill. At the time of add on computer, you buy 1- get 3-free for each item bought. That was in November.
25th, 2022. The 1st phone call was I only received 3-double packs, no 3-each like advertised. I received just 3- it was supposed to be 9. Made another call, promised product, got none. Called again on 12/22/23 gave me a promise to get the other six. Still haven't received it. What's going on here. My order number is [protected] placed on 11/25/22. Lighted plug in's for the wallflowers. Have used for 25 yrs and in the last 5 yrs the plug in's don't seem to last like the used to. My last order of 12 plug in's 5 stopped working in less than 3 weeks. I just had to go and buy more. To me this has become a bad product and Company doesn't want to talk to you about it and make it right. I ordered the candles during the $9.99 sale on 12/2. I ordered several for Christmas. It was confirmed and I was given an estimated time of arrival well before Christmas Day. By the 23rd nothing had shown up, so I contacted customer service. The agent was nice enough and informed me my order was lost / sent back. Odd that I didn't get an email about this before the 23rd. She said she would refund the money and send me a coupon to use at the store to get the same price. That email never came, so I followed up Christmas Eve to see where the email was. I was informed by another agent that both the refund and the email would take 72 hours. This agent was not helpful and very sarcastic, basically told me oh well, have a nice holiday. Obviously, I had to scramble for other items for Christmas. This customer service experience was very disappointing. Today is 12/29 - still nothing. I will be contacting customer service again.
Desired outcome: Refund and coupon honoring the price I paid during the sale to buy candles. I also think they need to acknowledge customer service needs some work. This could have been addressed on the 23rd but it wasn't.

I received several bath and body works products for Christmas and didn't care for the scents. 2 full size body creams, full size lotion, full size soap, 3 hand sanitizers and a small hand lotion. I just wanted an even exchange for scents I do like and was told I would get a percentage credit which for all those items came to 37.20$. I am disgusted over this, I did not want money back just an even exchange. I would appreciate you correcting the situation, I have the receipt and gift card which I did not use.

Every time there is a sale going on the website refuses to work properly causing many of us to not be able to get anything from your sales. The app also doesn't work when there is a sale going on. This is very frustrating to those of us who are simply trying to check out our items. This is causing the company to miss out on several orders and sales by this always happening. This happened to me during the soap sale and now on 12/26/22. I've been on for well over an hour trying to check out.
