Wallflower plug in units
I have always liked the ease of using the wallflowers units. But recently I have had 3 units that have "leaked" in the standard upright position, all over the unit, my outlet covers and the wall. Making everything a sticky mess, they are not cleanable and they are not cheap so now I have wasted money on the fragrances that I cannot use and the wallflowers that I do not plan on replacing. Just wanted it noted that this happened to me and I am guessing others.

No reimbursement for item I did not receive
I placed an order last week. Did not receive order, #[protected]. I received an email today [protected]) stating they had received my return order and would credit my account. Called Bath and Body Works. I was told they could not credit me the shipping amount, in that they do not do that. So - I have to pay shipping and handling on an order I never received, but was returned by the shippers. They stated it was most likely damage during transport, thus returned. Yet, I have to pay shipping and handling for something damaged in transit, I did not receive. This is equal to theft.

Cotton/Linen Fragrance Mist which I absolutely LOVE
One of my favorite summer scent was your Fresh Linen/Cotton Fragrance Mist. Today, I went into your shop in Cherry Hill, NJ to purchase the "buy two get one free" offer of the spray mist and I was told it was discontinued. I was so disappointed to hear that as I had been buying it for years and loved it. I also got very many compliments on it. The salesgirl referred me to a scent that she said, although not the same, was comparable to the Linen/Cotten scent, and that was the Saltwater Breeze scent. Although this new scent is ok, it is not the same as your discontinued scent that I loved so much. I bought the Saltwater Breeze scent, but now that I have it home I'm sorry I did. I really don't like it that much. I'll wear it, but I won't buy it again. Please bring the Linen/Cotton scent back. Thanks, Cindy Kasprzak, 2641 E. Madison St., Phila., Pa. [protected].
Car air fresheners
I recently purchased a few products from bath and body works in Mesa az. A few happens to be a car air freshener . I read the directions and attached it to my air vent . The next day I seen a liquid coming out of it and grabbed the closes cloth next to me and wiped it. The reaction from the air freshener liquid literally took film off the panel under my air vent. And it also travelled along to the other edge of my console .

I have knowledge of Jenna Vanopdorp using the company's name of Bath & Body Addicts, to steal and fraud people on Facebook by not sending Bath & Body Works products owed, to make a living to pay her bills. I have pics and txts and receipts of money transactions. I also have many more txt and pics. That I feel will instrust you. Thank you for your attention.
Desired outcome: Removed from being allowed to fraud and steal from others that work for a living.
Online Order
I placed an order online today with Bath and Body Works for some gifts for my niece's birthday. Without good reason, they decided to cancel my order. I was told via chat that I had to call a certain number, but they aren't currently open and I would have to wait until tomorrow to call. The sale ends today. My niece's birthday is in 3 days. I was already going to pay extra to get the gifts to her on her birthday. This is nonsense and I'm VERY unhappy with how Bath and Body Works is handling my order!
Wall flowers
I have been ill for months now. During the annual sale, I purchased 20 different scents. I have seen an ENT over and over. They wanted to biopsy my nose because I had an infection in my nose. I also had one in my throat. It feels like my throat is constantly closing or just irritated. I have constant headaches. I'm even nauseous most days. I work from home so I'm sitting next to a wallflower for 14 hours per day. I also have one in my bedroom. I have been unable to sleep more than three hours a night as I wake up with the feeling I can't breath. I have unplugged all of the units in my home.
Desired outcome: Remove them from the market or reformulate

Are you aware that Laser Shipping has a 1 to 0 star rating and many people have stated their shipment dose not arrive to its destination and their employees have stolen the goods. You sent my order again through Laser Shipping and advised customer service to let someone know this company is suspicious and to use another carrier. Do you think you are saving money with this company? And I am not sure why your customer service rep would tell me they have no way of advising of this issue? I hope I receive this order in tact. I will film the package before opening it. If it's not right or replaced with something you have a problem.

Sunshine Mimosa mist
The mist bottle does not work. When I received the package the top was off of the bottle. I tried to use the bottle and nothing came out. Not working.

Shipping repeatedly and wrongly place fragile canisters atop or on the bottom rather than within packing matrials and returns and damages occur so often that something must be done to protect customers from this wrongful shipping practice off no protections in shipping, against very rough handling.
Desired outcome: contact me and offer me replacements and assurances for protection against damages
Got charge for products that where free
I went to store they said they had a special going on at first they said they had the buy 2 and get one free and then when we go and pay they said that they only had the other special that the computer was telling them. She made me get one more perfume in order to get the special, so I went to grab the other one and she like see the total didn't change so I was like how you guys change your specials so fast and I'm still paying for it. So that's good I took coupons because if not I would of paid more money. So I one free product as well in me receipt for a coupon I had it was like a travel lotion. I don't know how these can be solve or I will just have to go back and get my money back. I have the receipt as well I can send it to you guys

Item not received/level of rudeness from customer service rep
Hello to whom this may concern, I am a very loyal cx of bath & body works I prefer bath & body works over victoria secrets anymore I love the retierd collectons me and my team of nurses ;) well I have experienced the worst case of rudness I think one person can handle in one night from your reps in your call center on jan 18-2021 going into jan-19-2021 between th hrs of 12am and 2am!
I am am a traveling nurse working these trying times helping out with shortages during covid-19. I placed an order for some of the moms in the nic-u just to help them feel better. They have to deal with the pandemic as well as if the lil bundle of joy will make it or not.
I only had 1 item that did not ship and I received the email stating that was canceled! I didnt cancel anything! I had just spoke with a young man name richard about my order that I placed on jan 10. Richard never stated that any of the items that I order had been out of stock or canceled.
I call into the call center and long story short I spoke with 5 ladies, the 1st one ruth was very nice and ready to replace the candle, but our phone call was disconnected. Caller #2 rude lady by the name of samantha, she stated I that I needed to pay for the items to be over nighted to me and the to pay for the additional candle. Caller# sarah so she says hung straight up on me at hello. Caller#4 madena transferred to caller#5 whom was supposed to be the supervisor who stated that her name was brandi. Brandi listened to what I had to say, then she told me that she was going to get codes and send me the items. When brandi came back on line she told me what my coast would be. I asked her why am I having to pay to ship items that where supposed to have been shipped of as of last week with my other items? So I asked how much, brandi told me the price of 20$ and some odd change. I then said to brandi who claimed she was the supervisor on duty this early morning, your not going to honor the semi annual sale price? Brandi stated she would and I said thank you, but then in the same breath brandis tone of voice change and she was rude out of no where with me omg the level of rudness these ladies were giving of to a cx is terrible. Brandi then told me that she sees that I payed a certain $ amount using my card and I told her that the I also used my gift card from my wedding. Brandi was short with me cut me off in mid conversation told me that I didn't pay for my items and that she was not sending me out my candles that I had placed with my order [protected]
I then told miss brandi that I am at work and that I wasn't going to argue nor was I going to be disrespected by anyone. I didn't want to take all the negative energy to the baby's in the nic-u so I ended the call. I called back and brandi answered the phone again I asked to speak with someone about filing a complaint. Brandi said that its not a number to file a complaint. I hung up and looked up consumer affairs and how to file a complaint. I landed here all over missing items trying to replace them with something else that was in stock.
On behalf of my whole entire nusing staff, we are totally in aw at how rude these young ladies have conducted themselves tonight.
We spend thousands of thousands of dollars out of our account to help moms feel better, for the women's empowerment group for wives who have lost husbands in the united states army.
Please help. If nothing else we are asking excellent customer service.

The candles to replace the one that wasn't "in stock" are japanese cherry blossom and island margarita.
We didn't have any issues paying for anything, our concern was why didn't the supervisor honor the candles at the price of the semi annual sale?

I'd like to put in a complaint about one of your store managers in Braintree, MA. My sister in-law and I waited 30 minutes to go in the store. I understand the reason why obviously due to COVID you're only allowing a certain number of customers in the store at a time. The fact that we waited in lone that long only to be humiliated by one of your managers is unacceptable. While at the register, I presented a coupon which was given a o me by my sister in-law. The cashier at first said she'd honor the coupon, however, the manger was on the phone behind her and came over to the register and simply said he can't honor it because it's for online use only. Now I'm no dummy and I can read. The coupon said "redeem in store". He advised him that the coupon does say to redeem in store. He then proceeded to tell me that he can't take it. After 2 min of going back and forth with him he started the get loud. He was simply rude and his behavior was unacceptable. After a while of this, I told him we did not need to make an argument of this. If he's going to honor the coupon he should if not it's fine. He eventually honored the $10 off $30 coupon. After paying, while walking the exit, another customer approached me and said "he was rude and didn't appreciate the way he spoke to you". I told her I agree and walked out the store.
I frequently shop at your store. To have this experience now makes me feel like my business is not wanted. I also wonder if I were a white woman would he have treated me the same way... but I don't think so.
I work in customer service and I know that arguing with a customer is not professional. He was unprofessional, rude and plain mean.
Wallflower Bulb
October 2020 - I had a wallflower into an outlet in the kitchen and I went to clean the light under the cabinet and found the fragrance had basically melted the paint off the metal where I wiped and the paint was on the paper towel.
Moved it so there is nothing above it where the scent comes out.
December 16, 2020 - I had the wallflower plugged into the hallway outlet... it was hit and turned sideways and all the fragrance spilled onto the molding and the tile floor. I saw the mess as the liquid on the tile floor was still warm and went to wipe the molding and the paint came off of the molding (in which was freshly painted).
I agree that there is something in this product that is so toxic that it eats away paint. I am nervous what my family is breathing in.
Desirable Resolution - Include a Warning message that states... The liquid is damaging to fabric, paint, and wood if spilled or broken; when plugged into an outlet make sure there is 3 feet distance between the plugin and anything above it.

Online order - slowest shipping ever
I placed an online order 11/20 - it's been almost a month and i'm still waiting on delivery. It's been sitting in limbo with their logistics partner since 12/1. Christmas will have come and gone and i'll still be waiting on my order. To say their delivery service is abysmal is an understatement. Must be coming by carrier pigeon. Done ordering from them.
Candle sale
To say I am mad is an understatement!😡 I wait all year for the candle sale which is always held the first Saturday in December. Well this year it started on Friday and by Saturday EVERY candle was sold out! This is a discrimination against the working people. I work 7-5 on Fridays and was not able to come. 😡
Buy 3 get 3
My wife tried to buy three candles to get three on the website while is stated this sale in bold to get sales. She got 2 (two candles at full price instead and called to figure out why. Customer service said "sorry" we were busy and had a glitch... Oops. The resolution was to refund shipping charges.
We will no longer shop this company.

I tried to purchase body wash sale on Thursday. I was going to use one of my 20% off coupon. I have used coupons in the past with no problems. I had the worst service. 2 employees were rude. I have been a fan of the store in Milledgeville Ga. Im such of I have12 scents and several bottles of each. The service has gone down for the past couple of months.
