I ordered a sale item online (Ocean mens body wash) on sale for 3 @ $3.95 each but comfirmation after I placed my order came back at 1 for $13.50. Called customer service immediately who offered a 20% coupon but refused to honor my order. This is second time I experienced this (last time they eventually refunded my money rather than fill my order). Never again.
Desired outcome: Would like to receive what I ordered.
Candles
Placed an order for candles online which was supposed to ship before Christmas. They shipped but were BROKEN. No packaging whatsoever. Normally when someone ships glass, it would be bubble wrapped or protected somehow. Guess the packaging department thought it was a joke to ship items just like that. Online representative informed me I can exchange items in store. Store manager at 31-21 Steinway Street Astoria NY [protected]), informed me that she cannot honor the price I paid and that I will have to pay a $10 difference for each candle. Why would I want to do that when I paid 9.95 per each candle.
This whole experience was totally UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
Packaging, customer care in store and online NEEDS to be IMPROVED.
Christmas Gifts Cancelled
I placed an order online that offered a special sale (soap 3.25) and ordered on the first day before noon this was on 14 December. I contacted them 3 times and was told I would get my order before Christmas. On 21 December my entire order was cancelled because everything was out of stock. I am not happy. I could have gone to the store and purchased but instead ordered online. I will never shop at this business again. This purchase was for Christmas gifts.
Desired outcome: Carry the stock before holding a sale.

Bath and Body Works - where are my candles ordered on 12/02/2022? The original delivery date was sent to me via email as no later than 12/15. Then I get an email almost 2 weeks later that advised a delay and that my new delivery date would be "on or before 12/23." Your automated service is now saying "by 12/30", but your customer representative is saying I should still receive by 12/23. Your website today (12/20) is showing that your company is working to fulfil orders placed on 12/1. Why such a delay with fulfilling orders? No shipping status listed for my order. What is going on? I need my candles for Christmas Eve gifts. Your shipping schedule shows $6.99 (which I paid) for standard shipping 3-7 business days. I need answers. I understand that your company gets slammed with orders this time of year, specifically on Candle Day. Moving forward, your company should begin Candle Day on an earlier date so that you have no issues with fulfilling orders and fulfilling YOUR shipping schedule. This is ridiculous! I need my candles!
Sounds familiar. I called customer service. Interesting that apparently I don't know where the calls go but I think they go to the Phillipines because everytime I asked for a supervisor they put me on hold and would hang up. I called one day 6 times for someone that could understand me or I them because I was wonering about the candles as well. Then I had another coupon to use and a person didn't know how to put the coupon in and put me on hold and disconnected my call. Eventually, I was lucky to get a girl from Georgia who was able to help. Frankly, I think they're hiring overseas and things are out of control
Wallflower plugs
I have been using wallflower for years. Now it seems EVERY plug I have and have recently purchased leaks when plugged in! It has taken the paint off my base below the plugs in 4 spots now and stained the wall. I don't understand what is happening with the quality ut this is disappointing. I have a bunch of refills I can't even use now. I know I can return the newer plugs, but I'm not confident in the product anymore. I don't want to have to paint every wall in my house from these.
Desired outcome: I just want a working product I don't have to worry about damaging my walls and base.
Customer service and terrible experiment in daly city

I received the worst customer service and terrible experiment at the bath and body works store at daly city location.
I was shopping and returning items at the store on saturday12/11. A young cashier help me to rang up the transaction that I want to buy and I brought 2 items with receipt and would like to exchange or refund.
After I took the 2 items that need to return or exchange, the lady suddenly jumped in and told the young cashier, she can not return or exchange, because it used. My 2 items is like new, with barcode
I tried only 2 -3 times and I also got the receipt and the lady is very rude and said I am the store manager and policy change, you can not return and I asked why and what is the new policy with the flyers, she said we don’t have any policy print, look at the counter (pointed) she told me take the photo with your phone and we cant not return because it used too much... I asked what is too much mean, she said like 90 % of the it and your is like 65-70% that is no return but I showed her receipt and on the receipt is 100% guartuee. She just starting said some social media or tiktok thing that no more return within 90 days and told me rudely just read the policy on your phone. So she asked do you still want my to pay my stuffs? And I feel confuse and helpless about the new policy that she don’t explain clearly and she embarrasses me in front of the counter. This is very horrible, I been shopping at bath and body since 2015! I never experiment this kinds of service in any retailer and this is not acceptable customer experience and I asked can I have her name and she points her name tag amita…cashier #1355616 I would like to understand why I can not exchange and return and I want my money or items back.

Candles on candle sale day
I have not received my candles I ordered online on sale day. They keep saying it's been shipped but it hasn't I have been home to receive my package still Nothing..when I called they said it hasn't even been package yet.but on bath and body works page speaking to a computer I guess saying my package is on it way. How do I cancel my order and get a refund?
Bath and Bodywork’s membership
I feel very deceived by your company. I always have at least two Bath and Bodywork’s candles burning at all time. Switched from Yankee candle due to the better burn and smell. I was delighted with your membership program but I apparently didn’t read the fine print. I went to the store today to redeem my rewards before they expired only to learn it doesn’t count on sale price items. Your items are always on sale! If I wait for them to be full price, it would likely be more expensive than using my rewards. I just have to wait a week for the item to go on sale. Shame on you Bath and bodywork’s very deceptive promotion. Consumer beware! I have attached what shows in my rewards page, not until I went to the store and then came back home and read the fine print on the next page to I see the disclaimer. I had my order voided at the store because they took my 3 rewards off car fresheners that were 3 for 10. They never put my rewards back on my account.
Wallflowers
I have wallflowers in my kitchen and laundry room. Plugged upright and not leaking on anything but the shelves above both of them are destroyed underneath from apparently the fumes from the oil ? Idk but that’s pretty toxic, the oil doesn’t have to touch for it to eat away at the paint or tile.Shelves destroyed, 💸wasted. Done w/ wallflowers!
Desired outcome: Shelves destroyed 💸was wasted ,idk how to fix this, but I will never use wallflowers again or recommend them to anyone. A gift card to replace with candles or room sprays would be nice , compensation for my shelves would also be nice.

On Dec. 5th, 2022, I was so excited to shop for my friends & co-worker's gifts.
My trip was extra special because when I got to the store, I found out the 3- wick candles were on special. I purchased 5 candles along with other items totaling over a hundred dollars. Getting home, and checking to see if everything was accounted for, I then realized that I wasn't fond of the smell of those candles.
I returned to store for an exchange the following Monday evening after work.
I was then told that I could not exchange them unless I paid the difference of the new candles. The employee stated that the reason why all of the candles were gone was due to the sale started Friday which Customers has a limit of 18 candles per person. Saturday came, shelves were empty, only had little to none left. I was trying to purchase a measly 5 candles and yet, the one's on the shelf was stinky. Really! On Monday, the shelves were Full. I asked the employee, he said that they said sold pretty much out. Even though I still stood in line with the new candles, I was told very Loudly by the Mgr. that she was told by her manager that she was unable to help me was not allowed to help me with the new candles. Then said "Next". I then asked for a refund for everything. I told my colleges, they said that they would never come the Tannehill Store.
Desired outcome: Make things right!!!!! All I wanted was to be able to exchange my candles. I Needed Everything I BOUGHT!!! Now I have Nothing!!!

My name is Dr. Monica Johnson, I'm African American while shopping with a friend who is also African American at this store we were not greeted, acknowledged or asked if we needed help. After a period of time, I was greeted by Deborah a sales associate who inquired if I needed assistance, this happened after I passed by two sales associates who were stocking and three who were talking among themselves, all of the sales associates including Deborah are White, and one was Latino. I've shopped at Bath and Body for years and I never experienced this level of poor customer service. Previously I've shopped at this store and never experienced poor customer service. I'm concerned there is a customer service disconnect with the Sales Associates at Annapolis Harbour Center.
Desired outcome: My desired outcome is for each sales associate at the Annapolis Harbour Center store except for Deborah to attend customer service training with emphasis on cultural competency.

Mail order
I just received an order of 20 bottles foam hand soap, this is the second time that one bottle was spilled out all over the rest and thru the box, there was no bubble wrap on the bottom of the bottles in which caused almost half of the bottle gone. Is there any way the packers can be more careful of packing these otherwise I'll have to stop my online orders.

I had the same incident with all the soaps thrown in the box with one bubble wrap. The worst part was the packing. It had a large piece of clear tape on top that was not secure at all and the same on the bottom. The top part of the tape was so loose
Wallflowers refills and plug-ins
I have been using wallflowers plug-ins for about 3 years now. Recently I noticed a stain on my new comforter and wondered where it came from. Then I realized that the wallflower oil had leaked from the plug-in onto the electrical cord from my heated blanket, as the plug-in was on the top outlet and the blanket was plugged into the bottom outlet. Not having noticed this, I folded the blanket and cord and placed them on the bed after I was done using the blanket for the day. Since then, I have tried using bleach to remove the stain to no avail. My comforter is ruined.
I also wanted to mention that while BBW says they will exchange stained plug-ins, what they fail to disclose is that they will exchange it for the cheapest plug-in available. Therefore, if you've purchased a lighted plug-in for $20+ that is stained (they all stain by the way) you can expect that they will only exchange it for a $4 basic plug-in, not the expensive one you purchased. I've been a customer of BBW for a long time and I am very disappointed in their exchange policy and the poor quality of their plug-ins. For something so expensive, they should not leak or stain.
Desired outcome: I would like BBW to exchange stained plugs-ins for the exact one the customer purchased or one of equivalent functionality/price; BBW should thoughtfully redesign plug-ins to prevent staining and leaking.
Why Online purchases can only use 1 offer code
It seems as though when making online purchases at BBW you get penalized in not being able to use more than 1 offer code. I think this is so unfair, especially since I am paying for shipping online.
If I were to shop in Store, I can use many coupons issued by BBW, however, they don't honor this online, WHY?
To attract more online purchases please make it as comparable as shopping in store.
Desired outcome: I would like to have the ability to use BBW offers online and in store with any restrictions.
Plug in not working.
Last year a bath and body Works employee advised me that the plug-in units are guaranteed for life. Unless of course I would drop one and break it but if it just quits working on its own, they would replace it. 2 weeks ago I went into the store with three units. The representative there told me she had never heard of such a thing. She threw them out

Lost website orders
Since 3pm yesterday I've placed 3 BBW orders. The 1st 2 orders were placed on the website. I received a "we received your order" email with an order #. After 5 hours I still hadn't received the essential confirmation email (which is the one that means they REALLY have your order, the 1st email is a joke) so I chatted with a CSR who, of course, could not...

I keep sending online feedback and emails and the same person from another country replies telling me that he/ she cannot help. I need an email address to forward all of the emails to. My rewards including birthday reward has expired as both stores here are closed. One has closed permanently and the other has just reopened but that was after my rewards expired. I tried going online and the reward and birthday BOTH were declined It shows invalid. I still have not heard from anyone about the missing spray from my order. The service is terrible! This is the second time now and no one from bbw will reply. I tried for two weeks and a few days before expiring and no help except from Alshaya customer support replies... from Kuwait. This is who responds to bath and body works online feedback and email. I have called the number and have been told four times now that someone will reach out to me within 48 hours. No one person has reached out except the person in Kuwait with your company.
Desired outcome: send my thousand wishes to me, an apology would be great and my rewards to take to the store to use now that it is reopened.
Plug in
I just received my order and all of my plug ins where just tossed in the box. One was completely broken and others were leaking and just made a mess of the box. I added pictures to this message. This is a mess and I spent lots of money for these. Please let me know what we can do about this. I am not even sure which ones were leaking because the tags were off of six of them and then one was broken.
