I purchased the Soresto collar for my dog approximately one month ago at *** and the collar does not work. I have been finding ticks on my dog, which this product claims to protect against. I contacted customer service and was just told that it does not necessarily protect against ticks which is completely contrary to the claims. This is a falsely advertised product that I paid a lot of money to do one job. It seems completely irrational that your customer service seems to completely ignore the whole reason for the purchase of the product and told me that my calling was a waste of my time.

Hi, I recently bought a Seresto small dog Collar on ***. After my dog wore the collar for 4 weeks, i found dozens of fleas on her! I believe the collar is ineffective. My past experience with Seresto was satisfying and i am very disappointed by my 2nd purchase. I contacted Bayer via *** and via the Bayer website but I am not getting any response. The product I bought is the Bayer Animal Health Seresto Flea and Tick Collar for Dogs, 8-Month Tick and Flea Control for Dogs *** I do not have the box but i kept the pamphlet. The number on the pamphlet mentioned: *** I have the receipt of my purchase if needed! . Thanks

My Chihuahua died of seizures directly related to the danger of using the seresto collar. My dog was healthy all his life until I used the seresto collar which I was led to believe was safe by company. Shortly after using the collar my chihuahua whom had no prior health conditions started having seizures and died .
My dog has been so sick ever since applying her Seresto flea collar. She has been throwing up, diarrhea, and shivering uncontrollably. I am going to have to rush her to the vet first thing tomorrow morning and have a $500+ vet bills thanks to your collar. After reading other horror stories, seresto should be RECALLED!
In January, I purchased (2) of the Seresto collars for our dogs. *** is 8- a bird dog mix; & *** is a Great Dane. I placed the collars on them- excited to see how they would work. At the end of February, *** starting developing nodules, cysts, all down her back. They were all about the size of a dime. The hair would be raised and that is how I noticed some of them. Others, however I noticed due to blood being all over her back. Upon closer examination, all of the lumps began to bleed & ooze. They were painful to the touch. They would scab over and then the hair would fall out. I happened to see a concern that someone shared on social media about their dog dying- the veterinarian suspected it was due to the Seresto collar. I started investigating & was SHOCKED at the complaints. I immediately removed the collars and bathed them in Chlorahexadine to cleanse their skin! Sadie's lumps and skin have now healed. I would appreciate a response to this matter & Refund on collars!
Bayer Advantage II
Bayer Advantage II. First vial from foil opened and following instructions was unable to pierce the plastic cover. Repeated, no positive affect. Repeated many times, vial would not open. Eventually had to use scissors to open. Tried expelling the contents onto cat's base of skull. Did not expell all contents even despite squeezing vial as some remaining was expelled onto our finger after checking. As there's no way to ascertain the content, we're now unsure if we have the proper full dosage or have to risk toxicity by administrating a second vial. Tried researching contact information for company and have found there is no direct contact information regarding this product, only a customer support open Monday through Friday.

I purchased two Bayer Seresto Flea collars 50$ a piece for my two cats. My older male only 4 years of age started acting strange after wearing the collar for a couple weeks. Package states the collar can be worn for up to 8 months. I noticed some redness on my cats face and he had been itching. I removed the collar and came to find all his hair was missing in the area. After 500$ dollars in vet bills my cat is back to normal. They need to pay for what they have to done to our animals. There are tons of complaints.

The collars are not working to the guarantee provided by the company. I called and reported the issue and the company reported the collar numbers. They refused to back up there product guarantee and where others have received a refund AND OR new collars this company did not offer me either. Just stated they don't do this anymore. Here we are in Jan and they are still are not working and I have finally switched my dogs to another product. I have don't EVERYTHING I need to do to ensure my fur babies are FLEA and tick free. I have taken over precaution. This product is absolutely terrible now and I am very very very upset with Bayer as I have been a long term customer and have never had such unprofessional service based on a product I really thought very highly of for so long.

My recent Seresto Collar for Large Dog Breed, is a DUD! I have purchased more than 4 collars since getting my German Shepherd.. This one however is NOT working.. I threw away the canister, So I can't return it to the store.. There's no way to contact Bayer and let them know, My collar isn't working. I simply want a replacement.. They are over $60.. and for it not to protect against the ticks is driving me Insane! It always works for us, for the past 3 years.. I think this is just an Older collar that isn't effective and since they don't put expiration dates on the canister, There's no way to really tell if the ingredients are still active. Any big business like this would simply take my problem and agree and just send me a replacement collar.. But there's no contact information for the company.. How the heck can you file a complaint?
I purchased dog and flea collars from this company thinking they were real Seresto Collars. I found out after they did not work at all that the tin they came in has a painted bottom and that is the first sign they are counterfeit. I called the manufacturer Bayer Seresto and verified with them that the items are bogus. I filed with them in July but my credit card did not contact them and now I have to re file complaints about fraud again trying to get back my money.
I purchased a six month supply of Advantage flea and tick for an extra-large dog, lot number *** and the product did not work. The flea problem increased after two weeks. I opened a 2nd vial when I noticed the product had no odor. I have used this product many times in the past and know there should be some smell. I had to purchase another supply to take care of the flea problem. I would like to be refunded for the faulty six month supply.

Advantage 2 for small dogs promises to kill live fleas within 24 hours on a dog. After using my dog became infested and had to get an RX flea medicationm. Company refuses to refund and I am stuck with $40 product that does not work. The vet said it does not work and they were correct. The RX cleared all fleas in 6 hours. This Bayer product increased fleas by over 1000%. Customer service was rude. False advertising

I purchased two *** collars for my dogs in November . My vet gave me a rebate form for a reimbursement of $15 each. I followed the steps and entered everything successfully. Recently I realized I never received the rebates. I contacted *** who handles the rebates and they claimed they sent me the check in the form of an email and it always goes to the junk folder. I NEVER received this check. I always go through my junk folder on a regular basis. They told me they would send the check again and if I didn't receive it by today to call. I just called and was informed that the check expired in March so therefore I will not be getting the rebate. I feel this is a scam. Why would they tell me they are reissuing a check last week and this week, it's expired? To say that the checks always go to the spam folder is already suspicious.

My dog was administered Bayer Advantage Multi at the vets office on 6/23 . My dog received no other treatment that date except having her nails trimmed and heartworm protection. She became ill over the next twelve hours and slowly began to decline. I took her to the vet on 6/25 where treatment required a cost of 300 and I was reimbursed for the other five tubes of Advantage that I purchased on 6/23. I was told to never put that on her again. We prayed she would get better but by sunday, 6/27 she was so sick I drove her an hour away to *** Emergency Care where they have a vet 24/7. She remained there and I had to put her to sleep on 6/28. This medicine killed my dog. She suffered for days and the loss to our family is terrible! I have attached the ER Vet bill and I want reimbursed. I want my dog BACK. She was like my daughter. I will not stop until this company acknowledges their product. I am very educated and I will not stop advocating until they acknowledge this.

I have purchased 3 small dog and 1 large dog Seresto collars on average of twice a year for the last 4 years and they've been great until the last 2 purchases. The collars that I put on our small dogs didn't seem to be effective for more than three months so I purchased more from two of our local stores, *** and *** since stock was low at both. These collars have not been working at all. The dogs are constantly scratching and biting themselves. I've had to resort to dipping, spraying, and bathing them in flea shampoo weekly. All three average around 10# so I don't know if bad batches have been released, or formula has changed? I have even contacted Bayer on their website a couple months ago asking for answers or help, but have yet to be contacted. I have recommended these collars to every pet owner I know since first using them. I can't in good conscience do that now. I feel I've basically wasted just over $330 on my last 6 collars. And of course I no longer have receipts because I have always trusted Seresto.

I purchased *** collars for 4 of my pets and *** for 2 cats. I had the required tests done on all the animal. I then sent in all the required documents for the rebates. There should have been 3. A $30, another for $30, and one for $130. I only received one check for $30. The remaining two eventually came but were expired and the bank would not cash. I contacted Bayer and asked if they would resubmit the two checks totalling $160. She confirmed the checks were never cashed. She then proceeded to tell me that they are not responsible for mail delays. I tried to talk to a supervisor and was told "there is no one higher than me and we cannot help you." She then hung up on me! I have been waiting for this $160. I couldn't afford the collars but the rebate made it possible to get them financially. But in the end I am not getting the promised rebate. I am very upset that I cannot speak with another customer service manager and also upset that they cannot honor their rebate as I clearly did everything correctly on my end.

I have been a avid consumer of the Seresto Collars for Cats for over 3 years. I have purchased repeatedly until this past December . I have 5 cats, all wear the Seresto collar and never had a problem with the effectiveness of them on my cats. On the lot in question , after 3 months they lost their effectiveness. My cats we being invaded by fleas. So I asked for a return to *** and they were replaced , this was in March 12 . As of the end of June the fleas are pervasive on all of my cats. t These Collars are to be up to 8 months of protection. Don't know what happened on these last 2 lots. I am completely at a lost since, since I prefer the collars instead of the ointments. Here is the initial order info. I purchased $197.00 of Advantage Multi on Nov 12, 2019 from *** Animal Hospital, Washington, NC. I was supposed to receive a rebate From Bayer. I used to mail the form in and got a rebate ok, but they quit that and I had to go on-line, which I tried to do. There were problems before with the hospital not having any forms, and the hospital ended up filing on behalf of several customers. On Feb 7, 2020, I called and talked to "***" and he was to mail me the form for 2019 rebates, so I could mail my receipt in. I didn't get it, but called April 7th and explained what had happened and they said the deadline was Jan 20th for 2019 purchases from Oct 1 to Dec 31, 2019. My purchase was on Nov 11, 2019, no rebate. I explained to "***", a supervisor that I had talked to "***" on Feb 7 and that due to the circumstances, they would still honor the rebate, even though it was a couple weeks past the expiration date. He was very nice and instructed me as to how to send in any 2020 purchases. I explained to her that I have been buying their products for a long time, for two dogs who each lived to be 14 years old and that due to the confusion about mailing it in, then having to do it on-line, and the holidays and my husband's medical condition (he is 93), that I would appreciate them making an exception. She said she would take it to somebody else and see if they would do that, and I would hear within 5-7 days. I have heard nothing, one way or another., although I believed I would get the exception or at least a follow-up call or letter or SOMETHING. I have two dogs now and I take care of our pets and have used Bayer products faithfully when prescribed by my vet. I feel because of the conversation with *** that I would receive the form and the rebate would be forthcoming. This has caused me a lot of stress and I believe they should honor what their customer service rep told me. Thank you for any help you can give me.
