My pillow
I enjoyed shopping in your stores even though most of the items were overpriced. Now I see you have dropped my pillow! This is my favorite product. I have searched as to why and am super disappointed. Now half the country will not shop here I am sure. You shouldn't let bots and people that don't shop there bully you. We are the real customers! Unless I see you changed your mind on this I won't come there and I will tell everyone I know what the reason is.

Wamsutta DreamZone Cal King 1000 thread count sheet set I just received.
I was so excited to get my 1000 count sheets . I paid $ 240 dollars for them and when my husband and I went to put them on the bed for the first time, there was about a 2 foot by 2 foot section of the flat sheet that was all discolored and ugly. I cant believe that your company would charge people such phenomenal prices for inferior products. I want this situation made right or I want my money back! Please respond immediately! I am SO disappointed in a company I thought I could count on.

I received a new Nespresso machine and coffee. The box of coffee was completely destroyed, and none of the pods were salvageable due to the bar codes being destroyed or the pod actually being broken. This was delivered on 1/16.
1/17- Online chat and sent photos. I was told a replacement was being expedited
2/1- Online chat I was told there was an error with the replacement and it would be expedited
2/4- online chat to verify replacement was on the way because I had not received a refund
2/14- Called customer service-Send photos again- They said it was not properly done and she assured me the replacement was being sent
2/18- Called customer service as I still have not received an email or the product. As of right now they are issuing me a refund. Will I receive it?

stop the ban on My Pillow products
You recently banned the "MyPillow" products because of your political beliefs. I have shopped at your store for many, many years. Half of the country voted for the republican candidate. If you think that your insulting ban has gone un-noticed you are very much mistaken. It saddens me that I must now choose between my principals and shopping at Bed bath and Beyond stores.
You have alienated millions of shoppers who have enjoyed the use of your stores. If you reconsider the MyPillow products we will return. Otherwise, we will not return to your stores.

Boycott bed bath & beyond
I am so incredibly disappointed with your company for taking a political side by removing Mike Lindell's Mypillow from your stores. By doing so you are attacking our First Amendment right and supporting cancel culture. Mypillow products are made in America. Don't you care about those employees that may lose their job during a pandemic? Are you going to replace it with a product from China? This is not a good look for your company and a very poor decision by your CEO to show your political hand. Bed Bath & Beyond is a store that should have remained neutral and would have continued to have happy customers. Now you have upset 75 million shoppers with your narrow views. I really did like shopping at your stores, but I will never shop there again unless you change your partisan ways.

I am equally disappointed by this. At a time when America needs to come together, this action by Bed Bath and Beyond is divisive as proven here on this complaint board. By engaging in cancel culture these businesses are dividing us at a time when we need to be working together as Americans. I too will be shopping elsewhere on principle.
Missing order Still being charged
I ordered curtains in October and although I had my new address on the website, I didn't realize that my old address was there also.
The order was shipped to my old address.

When I got the email stating it had been delivered, I called my son and asked him to run by and pick it up. The landlord of the rental house, my old address, lives on the property and she accompanied him because the new tenants were out of town, and they looked everywhere but could not find a package.
The street that house is on Gamble Road is rural, and many times while I lived there packages were delivered to the wrong address.
I spoke to a rep at BBB 3 times, first one said that they would put in a ticket with FedEx, that was never done, next one sent me an email and the last one, told me emphatically, that "the package was delivered."
I had my bank reverse the charges, and gave them your emails as verification, now I see the charge back on my account and I'm being charged an Overdraft fee.
I never received this package and I want you to remove the charges.

Return and refusal of BB&B to process refund CASE #[protected]
I ordered an adjustable desk online that was to be a Christmas present for my husband on 12/10/20. Order BBB37341955011. Desk total was $379. Paid $300 on personal cc and $22.23 on gift card (included a 20% off coupon).
The item was delivered on 12/16/20 and the glass top on the desk was completely shattered. I contacted BB&B and was provided a return label and made arrangements for a replacement.
On 12/22/20, I received an email notice the replacement was damaged in transit and another replacement order was created.
On 1/9/21, the 3rd replacement desk arrived and again was broken. I contacted BB&B and was offered a 4th replacement desk. At this point, I no longer wanted the desk - Xmas was over and we decided we would look elsewhere to purchase one. BB&B requested a picture of the damaged desk in order to process a refund of the original purchase. I was told the refund would take approx 2 weeks. I provided a picture (attaching the same) and was provided with another return label to return the damaged item. Tracking #[protected]. The Fed Ex website confirms BB&B accepted delivery of this item on 1/18/21.
After waiting 3 weeks for the refund, I contacted BB&B customer service and was told to wait another week. I contacted BB&B again on 2/6 for another status and after explaining the situation again, I was told the refund would be processed right away and a credit would be applied to my credit card within 2-3 days. Attached are copies of that chat history.
On 2/7/21 after being told I would receive a refund, I instead got an email asking for ANOTHER photo of the damaged item!
Today 2/14/2 I called again because I still have yet to receive the credit to my credit card or the refund. I was told it will be ANOTHER week before anyone can check a status on my refund.
This is ridiculous and it has now been over 2 months since the original purchase was made and I don't have the merchandise OR my money.
Desired outcome: An IMMEDIATE refund of the purchase price credited to my credit card by end of day 2/15/21.

My wife bought two of these on a "special" in July of 2020. Both have now stopped working. No power. The electrical outlet is fine, the ovens won't turn on.

Desired outcome: Sell My Pillow products and stop being politically motivated.
Complaint bombing is sad. A company can choose what item they want to sell for any reason. It is not cancel culture to make a choice. It is not cancel culture to express your freedom. What should they be forced to sell My Pillow when they don't want to? How is that better? Seems choices are only convenient when you agree with them.
Anyone is allowed to believe what they want and sell what they want. This isn't what cancel culture is. This is what the free market is. You can sell or not sell what you want. Don't turn on it when you don't like the results.
There are good reasons to complain about companies. Them choosing to stop selling an item isn't one.
