I bought a 7' Metallic Red Tinsel Artificial Christmas Tree. When I received it, it looked nothing like the pic online. The seller is making me pay to return it which is $100, half the cost of the tree! Nowhere does it state it would cost this much to return. I didn't have to pay for shipping out to me & if I had known upfront the cost to ship it back, I would have never bought it. Why isn't this stated clearly on the site? It's misleading & a shady way of doing business. This is unbelievably unfair & both the seller & bed bath & beyond have no integrity. You don't treat customers like this.
All I want is a shipping label to return the product as it does not meet the standards of the picture they portray online. I have been communicating with Bed bath & Beyond customer service, which was no help at all. I had conversations with 4 different customer service people, the same conversation over & over again. It was only the last person that actually said they can't help. WTF? Now I have a crap product that I can't return & won't use as it's an ugly, bare tree. Why would Bed bath & beyond do business with a seller like this? This is the worst customer service ever & I will never buy anything from them again.
