I have no furniture and its been 3 months
I placed an order for bed and mattress back in August. They told me the bed was in stock in I should receive it the next month in September. Next thing you know a week or 2 later I receive an email stating that I was gonna receive the bed in December. I work out of town so no big deal I was gonna be gone till then anyways until I found out that I was going to be home a month early. With that news and an email from Emma Mason stating that the bed I was wanting wasn't in stock and the stock wont be in until December after the fact they told me that the bed was in stock. That pushed me to call and change my order to an entirely new bed and mattress and night stands that was once again told to me that all the item were in stock and that they would be shipped and delivered to me by the next month. I made these changes at the end of October. It now the end of November and I still have no bed and now I am home sleeping on an air mattress. I just want my refund.

Bedroom Set
Ordered a bedroom set on 4/10/21. Product was noted as "in stock" for "8-10 weeks delivery", which was why it was selected. Two months later (on 6/7/21) I was told there some pieces in the local warehouse, but no delivery date was known for the "rails and nightstands." I approved partial delivery, and these components were delivered (damaged) on 7/10/21 (after several more delivery delays.) That was when we found our "rails" basically meant the entire bed. Rails (the rest of the bed) and nightstands were finally promised on 12/28/21 but they arrived missing one nightstand. The missing nightstand was finally located and delivered on 1/5/22, but was missing a trim piece. Multiple delivery dates have been promised and not met ever since. It is now 8/31/22, 16 MONTHS after the order was placed, and I still don't have anything. Dozens of promise dates missed. No control over their supply chain. Zero concern for their customers. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customers should steer well clear of bedroomfurniturediscounts.com.
Desired outcome: I would like the balance of my order and compensation for my trouble.

My pay for my unused ptos for 2021
I worked as a Success Manager for their company from July 2021 to January 2022. They did not pay me my supposed PTOs for the entire year 2021 even if I did not make use of any of leaves because I was hoping to get them converted to cash. My contract closed on 1/7/2022 but that should not have affected my pay for my unused PTOs in 2021.
To anyone who thinks of purchasing from this company, my advice is: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, PATIENCE, AND MONEY on this company. I was one of their so-called Success Managers so I know how things work here. The Sales people would tell you it takes 4-6 weeks for your order to get to your house, but the reality is that there are orders from 2020 that have not been fulfilled until now despite them being already paid in full. Most pieces would show to be in stock on their website but in actuality they are not. And when the so-called Success Managers reach out to the vendor for an update, it takes months before they are made available and the estimated ship dates always change. When the furniture becomes available at the manufacturer's warehouse, it takes another 8-10 weeks for it to be transported to the local delivery warehouse, most of which arrive damaged when checked at the local delivery warehouse and would take MONTHS again to be available at the manufacturer's warehouse. But even if the furniture is in good condition when it arrives at the local delivery warehouse, it would still take a few more weeks before they get scheduled for delivery because their partner delivery companies also suck! Generally, the average wait time for a furniture to be delivered from the time it is ordered is not 4-6 weeks but 8-10 MONTHS, sometimes even longer!
Also, the pieces are made from low quality materials in Asia and are purchased for more than half the price but are more than doubled when sold to customers. It would be better to purchase your furniture directly elsewhere.
I know all this because I worked as one of their SUCCESS MANAGERS who didn't care about how their customers felt because they had no choice but to just wait until the furniture becomes available at the manufacturer's warehouse, yet we would just tell our customers that the order is already available or in transit so as not to lose the order.
Also, would you support a company that overworks its employees, making them work for over 60 hours per week but only pays them 55 hours per week maximum and not leave them a choice because they have emails and communications to respond to otherwise their daily task would not be accomplished? We almost didn't have a life outside of work because they exhausted us everyday and when we were done woth our tasks, we wouldn't have any more time to spend it with our loved ones because we would need to sleep for a few hours and wake up again the following day just to do the same things over again. Also, would you help a company that sells pieces with the prices doubled yet pays its employees $5 per hour, when it was originally $8 just because more customers are deciding to cancel because of their intransparency and inconsistencies? The decision is yours. But again, THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. Your patience will definitely be tested if you'll order from them so better purchase your furniture elsewhere.
Furthermore, this company decided to not pay me my unused VLs for the entire 2021, even if I rightfully earned them and did not use any of my leaves because I allotted for them to be converted to cash, and despite being told by their HR personnel that I would still be eligible for it and that they were just waiting for an approval from the higher-ups, which unfortunately did not happen. Would you support such company who does things like that even to people who worked for them and got orders completed? If they do not care for their employees that much, how much more their customers? So before you decide to place an order with this company, THINK AGAIN!

White Glove Delivery Service
We purchased over $11, 000 in the Melrose Plaza line of AICO. With each delivery, their delivery service damaged or improperly assembled an item. They broke the bedframe then concealed it by drilling extra holes to secure the frame which made the boxspring and mattress lopsided.
They damaged 2 different arm chairs, which cost $719 for a set of 2. The first didn't pass their "inspection" the 2nd delivery chipped the rear leg for which the company credited us $150 to keep the chair so they wouldn't have to contact the manufacturer again .
We paid $1, 500 for the dresser and one of the drawers won't stay closed and continues to slide open once loed.
We paid $2, 500 for the Melrose Plaza Vanity with lighted mirror and the "touch" button was improperly screwed in and has come completely off so the lighted mirror doesn't work.
Finally and most egregious is that the installers actually broke the bedframe, did not disclose this fact then improperly secured the frame against manufacturer's specification. It was not disclosed because they knew delivery would not be accepted.
This is the type of "WHITE GLOVE" service bedroomfurnitureoutlet.com offers for $500.00.
Delivery service broke the bedframe then concealed the damage
While assembling the bed, installers/delivery company personnel broke one side of the bedframe in half. They compensated for the breakage by improperly attaching the center support to the frame. The damage was noticeable only after the boxspring and mattress was put onto the frame causing lopsidedness. The delivery personnel intentionally conealed the damage knowing that if they disclosed they broke part of the frame then the delivery would have been refused.

On February 7th we purchased a Pulaski headboard, bed frame, dresser and two night stands totaling over $4000 from bedroomfurniturediscounts.com. We began having difficulty with our purchase because the dresser failed inspection and thus was delayed in shipping with the rest of the bedroom set. The store we purchased it from did not bother to inform us of this. The delivery was supposed to take place on Friday, February 15, 2019 however due to a transportation problem was not delivered until 8 PM on Saturday night February 16, 2019. The driver informed us of the missing dresser! The dresser was finally delivered to our residence on March 9th, and we thought the ordeal was finished, despite the shipping issues. However, we later learned, to our unpleasant surprise, that the headboard was infested with bedbugs. When we learned of this situation we immediately contacted bedroomfurniturediscounts.com in an attempt to resolve this infestation problem. When I spoke with representative Jade via phone and e-mail on several occasions, she assured us she was working on resolving this issue with her company and Pulaski, the manufacturer of the furniture. I informed Jade of the damage the bedbugs caused, including us having to throw away our mattress set; washing and drying all of our clothes, purses, house hold items, etc. as well as fumigating our home, as the bedbugs had spread throughout the house. The exterminator confirmed that due to the number of bedbugs found and the number of bedbug skin shedding that the headboard is where the infestation started. I have also attended several doctors' appointments to treat the bedbug bites. As such, I provided pictures and informed Jade and her boss Shequan of the steps we were taking. Jade tasked me with disposal of the infested headboard, but my wife and I were physically unable to move the headboard. Shequan never responded back to us and Jade informed us she was handling this situation! As of this date bedroomfurniturediscounts.com has yet to make arrangements to retrieve this headboard, as such we are unable to sleep in our bedroom now going on 6 weeks. We were hopeful that bedroomfurniturediscounts.com and/or Pulaski would resolve the issues caused by the bedbug infestation. We are asking for bedroomfurniturediscounts.com to reimburse us for the cost of the fumigation, and to replace the headboard bed set (headboard, sideboards, and footboard), and install the bed set. In response, bedroomfurniturediscounts.com/ Pulaski has offered us a credit of $100. So far this bedbug infestation has cost us close to $5000.00.

We ordered a dinning room table and chairs from this company 3 month ago. The table and hutch arrived after 2 months without the chairs because it failed inspection!
The hutch's light does not work and the table came scratched at one end. We were told to take any issues up with the company we ordered it from Bedroomfurniturediscounts.com/ diningroomsoutlet.com. So we did the very next day. We called the company the next day after drop off to explain everything and obviously in hopes to get the items replaced. They said take pictures and send them to us of the damage so we did. Then we called when we heard nothing after a few days to which a order processor named Asif said we won't be replacing anything since you signed the delivery paper.
The set was $3600.00 and I still haven't received the dining room chairs. DO NOT ORDER from these companies. It has caused me so much emotional distress and dealing with this has been a nightmare.

"Here are some reasons to never buy anything from this company, they will take your money and give you junk furniture. On July 21 I spent over $4, 474.97 on a bedroom set from bedroomfurniturediscounts.com. I was initially told delivery time was 4-6 weeks, I just received the furniture 9-28-16, almost 10 weeks later. I also found out after the fact that any number of local furniture stores would have been willing to match the price on this Ashley furniture and I would have had the furniture less than a week later. I opted to go with Ashley because of a reputation for quality, or so I thought. Now here are some of the issues I have had since delivery with this furniture: a 1x2 support board on the footboard was broken in half, there are more than a dozen large nicks and gouges as well as missing and mismatched stain, On top of that, the various pieces of wood that make up the headboard were not cut properly and leave up to 1 inch gaps, as well as there are different shades of stain. The varnish that covers the furniture is very brittle and chips extremely easily, right headboard leg was snapped in half (4x5 piece of wood!), leveler missing on bottom support board, and missing hardware 6 bolts that connect headboard leg to headboard (I had to go to store to buy them). I was verbally told multiple times that the furniture was being made at a factory in North Carolina, and it wasn't, it comes from Vietnam, and that I was sold Walmart quality furniture instead of the high-quality furniture I was promised on their ads and staff. I was forced to sleep on a mattress on the floor and live out of boxes for 3 weeks because I coordinated my move around the schedule they gave me and they were way off. The furniture showed up with multiple damages and missing parts; and the quality of the wood was not what was promised. The wood is very cheap and brittle, and the idea that a craftsman built this is laughable. I feel like I was misled about the quality of the furniture, and was overcharged, as well as the process was hell. I am frustrated beyond belief and this whole process has been a nightmare! I have reached out at least five times to the company who refused to address my concerns. In summary, this company misrepresented the products they sold me as very high quality, which it was not, grossly overcharged me, and refused to address my concerns. So here is the issue I have with sending a furniture repair technician to repair the damages, I didn't pay that amount of money for a used refurbished bedroom set. On top of all that I have been massively inconvenienced in every possible way by this company, and this company is now offering to cover up the gouges with stain that should not have been there in the first place? I work very hard for my money, and when a company misrepresents the products they are selling to increase sales, and I end up getting burned because of it, it makes me pretty mad. The company said because I only let them know about half of the damages upon delivery, they were not addressing those, even after I explained to them there was no way I could have opened up every package before the delivery guys left, I was advised I should have paid the extra $500 for their “White Glove Delivery Service”. We ordered a dinning room table and chairs from this company last month. The men who delivered the set are a whole different company from the people you order the items from. The table and chairs arrived and they were cold and put together in our garage by the delivery men. Their was a cracked chair, the leaf inserts for the table were cracked but at least the table seemed good. We were told to take any issues up with the company we ordered it from bedroomfurniturediscounts.com/ diningroomsoutlet.com. So we did the very next day. The next day after the table wood warmed up you could also see a visible raised/swollen edge on the end where it was obvious the table had been dropped before but because of the cold temperature the damage wasn't visible on drop off. We had a friend who professionally makes furniture inspect and says there is no way this damage would have been visible before the table reached room temperature and settled so we could not have seen it at the moment of drop off. We called the company the next day after drop off to explain everything and obviously in hopes to get the items replaced. They said take pictures and send them to us of the damage so we did. Then we called when we heard nothing after a few days to which a order processor named tiffany said we won't be replacing anything since you signed the delivery paper. I asked to speak with her boss or anyone higher to which she said no one was there or available and this continued for almost an hour with no progress at all. She also said, "we would have to get a whole new table from the manufacturer to replace yours so we can't pay for that." seriously!? I don't care if it costs them money to replace a table I paid for and it arrived damaged, cracked, and also dropped on their end. Basically everything this woman said didn't make sense or dead ended. I asked the supervisor to call me and of course she didn't and we still cannot get anywhere on the cracked leaf inserts that we saw upon delivery but were told to have the diningroomsoutlet.com people to replace. The set was $1500.00 and the actual table and leaf inserts are all broken. Do not order from these companies. It is an absolute scam and if there is anything wrong you will never find anyone to help you. We are going to post also on bbb and seek legal help in our matter but what a nightmare buying this set has turned out to be! This company is a total scam. exact same scenario happened to me. Struggling to recoup my 3, 000 dollars. Planning to report it to the police for the fraud. I ordered furniture. Delivery delayed by 3 months, despite numerous calls by me. On the date of delivery, was called by the delivery lady that the furniture is broken and should therefore be returned. I said ok. So, furniture was never delivered. When i called the company, Nathan in costumer picked up the phone, said they will deduct 30% service charge for the refund. Still will not give me the date of delivery. When I asked for full refund, he told me to talk to the credit card company! Total scam. Never order from this company.
Placed order with them on Oct 10, 2014 for a Lawson Counter High Rustic table set made by Coaster. Their website claims that within 2 weeks your order will move from Phase 1 to Phase 2. Well, after nearly 4 weeks I had to find out why it remained in Phase 1. Got nowhere with this company and called the delivery company myself.
The delivery company promised me the set by the following week and I received it on Nov 11, 2014. Only problem is that the chairs that were delivered were not the same chairs pictured on their website or Coaster's either. The delivery guys then started to take a table out of a box that was made by a totally different manufacturer (Acme). I stopped them and after many minutes they "found" my table on the nearly empty truck. The truck was only a 17 footer if that? When I realized that the chairs didn't even match the table either, I refused the order altogether. They called their boss while I called Bedroom Furniture Discounts. Thankfully, there was a photo snapped of the chairs before they were taken and I made a copy of the delivery slip showing I refused the order and why. Funny thing is - the delivery slip has right on there "Need help? Call us right away! [protected] or e-mail us at service@bedroomfurniturediscounts.com" Well, I DID CALL that number because I needed help right away and I was told that if I wanted to refuse the order and cancel it altogether, I would be charged a 30% restocking fee and a fee to ship the product back?! I don't think so - not when it is their error. Oh, and I learned pretty quickly that if you email them, you get a response that they will get back to you within 48 hours?! Why was this so important to have a photo taken and copy of the delivery slip showing the refusal that day? It is all the proof I need to file a claim with my credit card company because after many emails and phone calls I am getting nowhere with this company. Absolutely the WORST company ever and I look forward to the day that their doors are closed.
