Wonderful experience! Highly recommended! From our initial contact with the customer service representative, our thorough in-home estimate with the moving consultant, through all the planning with the move coordinator and the arrival and unloading of our belongings with the movers and packers (and the others in between), the team at Bekins of South Florida ensured that our fairly complicated long-distance move went smoothly and efficiently from end to end. Frequent communication, unwavering professionalism and a visible commitment to treating us like people to be helped and not just things to be moved made an otherwise stressful experience much more pleasant. Thanks to the customer service representative, moving consultant, move coordinator, and all who helped get our belongings safely to our new home!

We are past clients & have used Bekins a few times and must say, as all our moves have gone well. We must say this was by far the most memorable, we have never been more amazed than with our estimator we received. John came in to our home a little north of Palm Beach County a few months prior to our move day. Keep in mind nothing was packed... Week before the move when we completed packing, John was one single unit off of what he assumed would be packed by us (number of boxes), which reached into the hundreds. To foresee that is exceptional, an absolute cream of the crop experience, and we can see why Bekins, as well as John himself, has so many good reviews from how they treat clients like ourselves. Amazing job, A++, he deserves a raise!
CAVEAT EMPTOR ! ! ! I am an EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer. I was lied to or mislead from the beginning of the process until delivery. The processes and procedures used in my shipment set me up for failure from the beginning. The estimator assured that the driver at origin would be the same at delivery. The packing crew arrived late and unprepared. The paperwork at origin was incomplete, and inaccurate and the driver did not know how to properly complete it. I was not given a 'bingo' sheet to verify everything leaving my apartment was properly inventoried. It is not possible for one person to verify the inventory when there are three people hustling contents out without advising the customer. The inventory was apparently intentionally completed incorrectly in order for items to be removed from the shipment and claims could deny responsibility. I was told by claims department that it was MY fault that the packing crew failed to do their job properly. The claims department created a reason to deny repair of furniture broken in shipment when no such reason existed, and then instructed me to prove them wrong. I am beyond disgusted and unhappy. I now have to repair the furniture myself, replace a damaged lamp and replace my wardrobe due to Bekins malfeasance.

Used 2 times- 1st was small move and worked ok- second was complete disaster. sent army and paid for an army to work. Only problem? Only 1 of 5 people worked. Was charged for all- everything arrived weeks late, broken, scratched, missing small parts, items dropped right off the truck. I requested full replacement value insurance. During the confusion it was unchecked after tripling the quoted price. Showed up in Ohio- 3 weeks late with 1 person to unload a semi truck full of belongings, they hired a local crew paid them cash for 3 hours to unload. Was to be in Ohio at 8am arrived at 1:30PM. Needless to say just threw boxes and pieces everywhere. Stay clear they subcontract everything with little to no supervision. They do not stand behind their service and point the fingers at the subcontractors. Not responsive to sales calls- drops issues on operations, operations changes from Bekins to Wheaton to some local laborers. Steer clear

I had an excellent experience with Bekins today. Their team, led by Bryan and manned by Tommy and Dwayne, was polite, efficient and took extra care with many fragile items of glass topped furniture. I highly recommend Bekins as well as this team. Bryan said he may do my move from storage to Ocala in May and I hope to see the whole team again!

I contacted the office and spoke with John Doe and all he was interested in was me paying them for the poor service I received. I never even got a copy of the weight of the truck to verify the price. I am very disappointed with Bekin for out sourcing me to some unprofessional movers. This is just unbelievable! How are they still in business?!
