can not fill order after 6 months... they gave me credit! : (
Ordered a pair of Sam Edelman shoes for $59.99 in January 2016. It is June 8, 2016 and just received notification that my order can not be filled and they refunded my money back to me in the form of credit for BTR merchandise. What, they should be paying me interest for keeping my money for how many months? I actually had called customer service about 3-4 mths in asking where my shoes are. I was told that sometimes items can be held up but that I will get updates. Well now its 6 months that they have my money. I have no shoes and they want me to have my $59.99 sit in their account with maybe the prospect of me finding something I might want and the prospect that maybe it may be shipped, but at this point I am feed up with companies that promote payment for items and then can't even get the merchandise to ship. BEWARE ... Phone lines are not taking calls ... I emailed and hope a response (a satisfactory response) with come forth. I have my doubts. Most likely I will have to battle.
I never received my order
I placed an order March 21, 2016 and today is May 21, 2016. After weeks of trying to find out where the package went, I tracked it to NY. I live in GA. The company have made no attempt to get it to me. They ask me to look around my house in case it was there. I live there and would know if I had received it. They first denied that it was not delivered. I have contacted paypal for a refund and want nothing more to do with this company. I have asked to be removed from their mailing list. Do not do business with this company as it is a scam.

I placed an order March 21, 2016 and today is May 21, 2016. I have not receive the order. The customer service has jacked me around for weeks. When I finally got a tracking number I found that the item was sent to NY and not to GA when I live. I told customer service about this and they suggested I look around my house in case it was delivered. I almost dropped the phone! They are rude and are scam artist. I have disputed the charge with paypal, and will never order from them again. I have emailed them to remove me from their email list. This is a scam company.

You can speak to many many customer service reps, you will get want you want to hear...the company is gone BANKRUPT...they can't say anything because they will lose their jobs. They are told what to say. There is no stuff to be sold...they are taking your money and paying wages to wine down the company..it will potentially be closed soon...so why are people shopping there still because they don't know. I have asked for my refunds for a long time...people have lost major monies with this company...yes, I have credits...but what is the point of using them..there is nothing going out...They are putting items for 50% to get as much monies so they can pay the debt not buy the products. They don't want to tell you that..no one will get refunds from this company or get paid bills to supplier..it is going to wages to keep the employees on and then wine down the company completely. Don't you read the papers...they are in the stages of BANKRUPTCIES. Will all the bad reviews, who would ever shop here again and bad experiences...after you have been taken and ripped off, why would you go back!
worst shopping experience ever
I made an order on Feb. 13, 2016 with estimated shipping date between Feb. 27-March 5th. At the end of March, i sent them an email to just cancel the order. I got an email from the head of the company or something, saying there's going to be a delay with their shipment. I replied saying i just want to cancel it. No response. I sent another maybe 5 emails to them requesting to cancel it, still no response. I finally phoned them, i was on hold for 20 minutes before they finally answered. The custome service rep told me they can't cancel the order anymore because it was already shipped and that i should wait 1-2 weeks. I did not recieve an email that it was shipped and no tracking numbers or anything. I never write reviews but i was soo pissed off. This is a scam. I can't believe they are willing to have their reputation ruined for $136.47. That's the price of the bags i ordered but they don't want to give me the refund.

I've been a customer of BeyondTheRack for many years now and never had problems with my orders, but my last experience was terrible! Ordered few thing from them and received nothing yet. My order was supposed to arrive in late February. Their customer service was always helpful and they replied very quickly, but this time they decided to ignore me! I'm so disappointed. This was my favorite shopping place and I never expected something like this from BeyondTheRack! In the past it was a trustworthy company but not anymore, there are so many bad reviews about them!

I ordered a bag from this place and when it arrived I was extremely disappointed because it was fake! So beware and don't order their fake products! But the most ridiculous part about BeyondTheRack is that when you speak to any of their representatives, it's like you are speaking to robots. They all have the exact same responses about how they guarantee all the products they sell are authentic. When I contacted customer service they called me a liar and said no way the bag was fake! I know that it was! Horrible company! Avoid at all costs!
service and delivery failure
I had been a long time customer of BTR, but will no longer be buying from this merchandiser. Recently, the service has become both extremely slow and very unreliable. I have had two items which were never delivered, despite the BTR tracking service indicating that they had been. BTR is refusing to refund my money on the second item, because it was delivered to the same address as the first missing delivery. I order from a number of online merchandisers and have never once had a problem with any missing items delivered to the very same address. BTR has made no effort to determine what the problem is given that it is clearly only a problem with BTR deliveries. Instead, they simply require their customers to pay the cost of never receiving the merchandise. The quantum of the two purchases are not significant, but the hassle and disappointment of BTR's length delays and missing deliveries is a real problem. Needless to say, I will not be buying from BTR again.
very poor service
I was a customer of BeyondTheRack for a long time. Once I ordered some items and never received what I paid for and these guys turned my life into a real nightmare. I contacted their customer service many times regarding this issue. Their rep promised to contact me back later to confirm my claim which they did, and which I replied to. Several weeks later I contacted them again to ask about the status of my order. I was told they were processing a refund for the package. It was about a month ago and still no money. I'll never order anything from them again, I'm very disappointed with this company.

I ordered some items from BeyondTheRack, but I never receiver anything. Those items were supposed to be Christmas presents for my friends and family. When I contacted customer support two weeks after the promised delivery date I was told that my order was lost, because the address I entered was wrong. It was impossible, because I know where I live and I checked everything carefully. In addition, I never received any notifications, there was no confirmation email or tracking number. I asked to cancel the order but they told that it was impossible. I called them many times and asked for a refund, and finally I was promised my money back! Three weeks passed and still nothing. I am very disappointed. Their customer service is unhelpful and unprofessional. I'll never deal with BeyondTheRack again!

Received email from Beyond the Rack ([protected]@e.beyondtherack.com) saying Your BTR Account Status - You Have $20 in Unused Credits. I don't remember opening an account with them, or winning a prize from anyone for them. So, I clicked on "Update Your Account" Which took me to their sales web site... Clicked on sign in account, Don't remember my account password, so had them send me a temperature Password. Logged into the account, Found that they didn't have any of my personal information my address or anything else. Which if I won anything or opened an account, I would have provided them that information. Please nowhere in my account information did it say anything about having a $20 balance, not even a place where to check the balance of any account. This is a Scam to get people to visit their web site. To get you to signup and provide them with your information, address, telephone number etc.. I then, said that the emails were scans, so I won't receive any more junk emails from them. This is a SCAM... They should be prosecuted for emailing this junk out, saying that someone has an open account with an open balance.. Beware of them.. Must be hard up for customers for pulling this SCAM..
I just got an e-mail saying the same thing! I never even heard of this company and they said I had $20 in credit as well and that I had been a member since 2012. Scammers!

I placed an order on October 21, 2015 and am yet to receive delivery. Called November 12, 2015 to check status. The representative said that the item has just reached their warehouse Quality check will be done and shipped thereafter. She was unable to provide a date for the delivery. It may take 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. Amazon and other online companies are able to deliver in less than a day but not BTR. BEWARE: DONT SHOP WITH THEM.

“Never buy any thing of great value from beyond the rack. I recently brought a Louis Vuitton bag from them in April. First of it took a month for it to arrive. When I look at the bag it was not up to par and I wanted to return it. I called the 1877 number and was told that I could return it but on for credit. Why would I want 400.00 credit from this site. The bag was not the same bag I purchase, the bag they sent had water marks and stains on it. So I am writing this review to WARN others never buy and try to return only to get your money back in credit. If you look at the site there is nothing on it that says credit only for return items. I purchased a pair of Vera Wang sunglasses as a gift in addition to a second item. I was immediately charged, however the item did not arrive together. I contacted customer service. Very apologetically, the rep told me " we oversold that item" . Oversold? I see, there was not enough inventory, so what you did was, fabricate the numbers of availability so the company would ensure a sell out.
I was told I would receive a 10.00 credit for my inconvenience. I have yet to see this.
I understand if an item is sold out, however this is intentional and willful knowing that the company could not fulfill this order. I sleep at night, do you?

I purchased two (2) items from this company and promptly returned them as they did not fit. After waiting and tracking the return, I contacted the Customer Service number and questioned my refund. The Customer Service representative stated that although their customer policy was not to refund purchases but rather give store credit, they would make a "one time exception" after 10 business days. I promptly received an email confirming this. After waiting 10 business days and not receiving said credit, I once again called Beyond the Rack and questioned the disposition of my refund. I was advised that although 10 business days had passed in the United States where the return had been shipped, the "Returns Department" was closed for the "Easter Holiday" which ran from and included Friday through Monday. Ridiculous! Customer Service representative stated that she would attempt to put a "rush" on the refund when the "Returns Department" returns to work on Tuesday. I will NEVER buy from this company ever again!

BTR will lie to you. I've been ordering from them for some time now and have had nothing but problems with their products. I made a large order of dishes only to receive 4 plates that didn't even match the set. 3 months later they have lied to me repeatedly, making promises that the right order was in stock and sent, but now today they have admitted that they never had the dishes, that the supplier doesn't even have them until March... which will make my wait a total of 6 MONTHS! They sell seconds and a lot of their products are used ie/ designer purses/ belts etc. Which by the way are not returnable when you finally receive them and see for yourself how dirty and old they are! I have two words for potential shoppers, STAY AWAY! The quality is cheap, most is made in China with fake logos and once they get you for shipping, you're paying retail anyway. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE OR MONEY.our review will help others learn about this website. Check the Better Business Bureau and see for yourself. They have had several cases against them and have lost everyone. They sell what they don't have in stock. I only realized that when I already placed my order with them. Shipping took forever. It took them 2.5 weeks to receive the product from the manufacturer and almost 8 days to ship it (they ship FedEx - way too slow). Will not shop again. I used other sites similar to them and never had an issue!

I ordered from this company over 2 months ago. Still waiting for my shipment. Followed their instructions. Visited their website, Went to "Account" then to Item and there it says "SHIPPED". I highly doubt it. The tracking number is INVALID so I cannot even track it, if it was in fact, shipped. They already charged my credit card over 2 months ago. I will be very fortunate if they credit my charge card as I do not want that item. I will NEVER EVER buy from this company again, nor will I EVER refer a friend or family member, either.

I ordered the Regular Duck Down Comfort Duvet In White (SKU: MART0233WH) on Sep 7. 20 days of waiting later, the website now say it's no longer available. They said they will refund my cash (takes FIVE LONG days to refund), but other than that, they wasted my time waiting for this item, and I missed many great deals on a duvet BECAUSE OF THIS ORDER.
This website has REALLY BAD customer fulfillment (not just a long wait time, which I can tolerate, but worse, NO fulfillment of order AFTER A LONG WAIT time). This is VERY disappointing, and absolutely bad business.

To my surprise when I got it I realized it was damaged and looked used. wont refund my money on items I returned
I ordered several items as I was goimg on vacation. the sizing was terrible I wear a size 8 and ordered all larges, well they fit my 9 year old granddaughter who weighs 80 lbs. When I first wrote them they were very nice and refunded me two of the tops before I even sent them off. I explained that I had several orders coming and would send them all if they did not fit back at once, they said fine just make sure that you email us the tracking number so we can watch for the items, which I did. Well they have all my items and will not give me a refund nor will they return my items, I called PayPal and they said they would refund my money but they way they have it set up it is impossible to click on which order was sent back which was kept so I who am disabled just lost all the money. I will never shop there again! terrible place!

Well wasn't that nice of them to write me offering to return my money, well I wrote them back and they still have all my purchases I paid for and they won't return them nor my money. Stay away from all these companies, they are all the same company with different names half off spotlight 7 none of them will stand behind their merchandise. They also will not let you return anything, but they tell you to send it so they end up getting the merchandise plus your money. I am going to file a complaint with the State Attorney or the Federal Trade Comminisher as these on line companies need to be closed down.
Ordered shoes, had to return. After months, received email I had a credt. Called CS & rep said company in process of restructuring with new owner. I asked why I needed to know that, just wanted credit back on original payment method. Then story changed to reading policy & no refund is given. I was the one that chose to buy the shoes & return because didn't fit! I asked for supervisor, but of course was told in a meeting. Having difficulty signing in on website & it keeps saying wrong password. Asked for new password but is never sent. $35.00 is a big amount for me, now have no recourse. Can't even find history of payment!

I ordered two necklace's from beyond the rack back in feb.. Got one order # [protected], it was a mess, so sent it back, refund was given. However order #[protected] sunset bid necklace amethyst amrnkc674amz. Never came, I did get two or so e-mails saying do to this unforeseen set back, unable to ship in the 3-week time line. It is now march 21st. That it I want a refund. If I do not hear from you in a week, I will go to 7 on your side, you will [censored] good on t. V., my band, consumer complaint agency.org. I will get a refund one way or another, what a real ripe off company. I will never order again and happy tell all my friends.
