FloryDay FloryDay Review: Terrible Quality and Customer Service, Don't Waste Your Money

I recently made an order on FloryDay for my summer vacation and boy, was I disappointed. It took over two months for my order to arrive and when it finally did, the quality of the items was terrible. I tried to return the items, but it was a nightmare. FloryDay requested that I ship the items back on my own dime and even then, they would only give me a partial refund. What a rip-off!

When I contacted FloryDay about the return, they gave me the runaround. They said that they could accept the return to their US warehouse, but it would take a long time and the return postage would be expensive. They also offered me two options: keep the products and receive a 30% refund or keep the products and receive a coupon code valued at 50% of the item's value. Neither of these options were acceptable to me.

I was so frustrated with FloryDay's terrible customer service and poor quality products. It's unbelievable and unacceptable that they would treat their customers this way. I would never recommend FloryDay to anyone and I will never shop there again.

FloryDay FloryDay Review: Proceed with Caution - Sizing and Quality Issues, Frustrating Returns Process, and Cheap Accessories

So, I kept seeing this website called FloryDay and I finally decided to give it a try. I gotta say, I've worked in retail for a good chunk of my life, so I know a thing or two about sizing and quality. I made sure to take my measurements precisely according to their sizing chart before making a purchase of $200. The order came in a timely manner and everything was in good condition, with each item in its own bag. However, only one item actually FIT me, and that was ironically because I mistakenly marked it as a SMALL. All of the Medium shirts and blouses were HUGE, and the pants were no better. It seems like their factory just sews everything in a block form, with nothing being flattering or fitted. The models you see on the website have clearly been pinned to look good, which is deceiving. The patterns are cheap and don't look anything like the photos, and the material feels creepy (if that makes any sense).

Now, if you're an American woman like me, you'll find the process of returning items to be both timely and frustrating. The website isn't very user-friendly, and you can't even call to talk to a human being. Apparently, you can't return anything until you contact them first, because there are certain items that need to be sent back to different locations since they supposedly manufacture all over the world. It's a real hassle, and even writing this review is taking up more of my time than I'd like. But I want other women to know what I didn't like about FloryDay.

The most aggravating issue is that you have to pay for shipping AND returns. I could have purchased more items from a more reputable company with the amount of money I spent on shipping and returns alone. And don't even get me started on the jewelry - it's cheap and looks like something you'd get from a bubble gum machine. And to top it all off, they won't even take returns on any accessories. I guess that's my mistake for not noticing that when I made my order.

So, my bottom line is this: proceed with caution if you're thinking about ordering from FloryDay. I did finally get an email response stating that they received my return request, but now I have to wait 24 hours for someone to contact me and tell me what to do and where to send back the items. It's a real hassle, and for me, I'll be sticking with my American reputable online stores that I know my size, have easy returns, and don't penalize me for their sizing being wrong. FloryDay FloryDay Review: Unprofessionalism and Hidden Fees - Beware!

I was so excited to place my order on FloryDay, but unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I was charged immediately after placing my order, but two weeks went by and I still hadn't received any shipping information. I decided to reach out to customer service to ask about the delay, but I never received a response.

Feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do, I decided to cancel my order since I hadn't heard anything from FloryDay and they had already charged my card without shipping my items. They eventually refunded the amount charged for the clothing, but I was shocked to see that they did not refund the amount charged for a "foreign transfer fee" that they had charged without notifying me beforehand.

I reached out to them twice asking for a refund of the total amount, but their response was not helpful at all. They claimed that they were unable to refund more than what I paid for the products according to the rules of the payment platform, but this was a joke because the bank didn't charge me, Floryday did! I even sent them proof in a screen shot, but they still refused to refund the amount.

After posting my review on SiteJabber, I received an email from FloryDay's customer service offering to refund the amount they charged for the foreign transfer fee if I updated my review and gave them my PayPal account info. At this point, I was so fed up with spending more time to correct their mistake that I decided to eat the cost and give up.

However, I'm definitely not going to change my review because FloryDay's unprofessionalism needs to be known by other shoppers. To make matters worse, I received another email from SiteJabber asking me to confirm my order number because apparently FloryDay had reported my review. This is unacceptable and I hope that SiteJabber will not give in to FloryDay's strongman tactics.

Overall, my experience with FloryDay was a headache and I hope that my review will spare other shoppers from going through the same thing.

I gotta say, my first impression of Floryday was pretty darn good. I stumbled upon their website back in July 2018 and was immediately drawn in by their unique and exciting collection of clothing. It's refreshing to see something different than the same old stuff you find at every shopping center.

Now, I'm not one to shy away from ordering goods from all over the world, but my biggest concern is always delivery time. Will my order arrive in time for my deadline? And what about returns? These were the questions I had for Floryday before placing my order, and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. They responded to my inquiries quickly and with clear, precise information.

Their website states that free standard delivery is available for orders over $110, with a delivery time of 6-13 business days (including order processing time of 1-7 days). Honestly, I wasn't expecting such a speedy delivery from Asia to Europe, but I was pleasantly surprised. However, my order did end up getting stuck in Amsterdam for over 14 days due to customs issues. This pushed the delivery time beyond the recommended 13 business days, but Floryday did everything in their power to speed up the process and keep me informed every step of the way.

I appreciate that Floryday provides a link to track your order, so you can see where it is and if there are any issues. And if you do have questions or concerns, their customer service team is always quick to respond with helpful information.

I haven't received my order yet, but I'm excited to see the quality, sizes, and cut of the clothing. Once I do, I'll be sure to post another review with my findings.

FloryDay FloryDay Review: Slow Shipping, Poor Customer Service, and Misleading Information

Yo, I gotta get something off my chest. I never write reviews for clothes I buy online, but this time I gotta vent. I ordered from FloryDay on 4/27 and got an email saying it could take 5-7 days to process before shipping. They took my money right away, but didn't ship until 5/10. I paid extra for fast shipping, but it didn't arrive until 5/21. That's not fast, that's a rip-off.

Their customer service was okay, I guess. They responded to my messages, but they didn't really help. And the package was a joke. It came in a tiny box and I had to contact customer service again just to figure out how to return it.

I told them they should be honest with their customers. I can handle the truth, but I can't stand being lied to. I won't shop here again and I hope they start being more upfront with people. Their website looks good, but it's all a scam. I'm gonna read reviews before I buy from any other international companies.

I don't want to give them my order ID because I don't want them to bother me again. I bet they'll try to get some guys in their social media department to write a fake review to make up for this one. But I don't care. I'm done with FloryDay.

FloryDay FloryDay Shoes Review: Disappointing Quality, Late Delivery, and Poor Returns Policy

I recently bought some shoes from FloryDay for a wedding and they looked perfect on the website. However, when they arrived, I was disappointed to find that they looked nothing like the images on the website. The shoes were also late, even though I was guaranteed delivery within 5-7 days. The box had no branding and was just taped up in a small box with a customs sticker on it. The shoes were wrapped up in a bag and there was no returns slip or invoice to indicate that the shoes had come from FloryDay.

I usually wear a UK size 3, but when I checked the size guide on the website, the shoe sizes were not what I expected. There was a whole size difference between the UK and EU match ups, so I decided to order a UK size 4 just to be safe. However, the shoe didn't even fit on my foot and was more like a UK size 2.

To make matters worse, the shoe was the wrong color, cheaply made, and the worst looking shoe I had ever seen. I searched online for a returns address and instructions, but it took me ages to find any information. I eventually emailed the company to request a refund and was given three options: return the item to their UK warehouse for a full refund, receive a coupon code for 70% of the product value, or receive a 50% refund and keep the item.

Although the company replied promptly, they still didn't provide me with instructions on how to return the item or a delivery address. I eventually found a return address on the outside of the packing and sent the shoes back with a handwritten note asking for a refund. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to return the shoes within the 14-day return period, and as I now know that the company is based in China, I was afraid that it wouldn't get back in time.

I am still waiting for a response and just want my money back on my PayPal account. Overall, I am really disappointed with the service and returns policy, as well as the quality of the goods. I hope someone can help me.

FloryDay FloryDay Review: A Warning to Online Shoppers - Avoid at All Costs!

This is an updated review about FloryDay, the online clothing store. I had previously left a negative review and after that, FloryDay offered me a full refund on the condition that I remove or edit my review. It took a lot of effort to get to that point, with over 40 messages exchanged and countless hours spent emailing them and calling the courier company. It's interesting to note that they only offered a full refund after I left a negative review. Before that, they only offered me small discounts and refused to take the package back from the courier. It seems that FloryDay only cares about avoiding negative reviews, not about making their customers happy.

In fact, they even blocked me from their online chat when I asked difficult questions. I told them I would consider deleting my review, but after thinking about it, I realized that it would be morally wrong to do so. I don't want to collude with a company that doesn't care about its customers. I suspect that many of the positive reviews on their website and other sites are fake. They all seem to address the same issues that negative reviews complain about, like the clothes being as described and shipping being fast and cheap. They also all seem to be written in a similar style. I encourage you to read them and decide for yourself.

FloryDay has made me wary of any company that advertises on Facebook. I would never order from them again. I don't even know where my order is now, and FloryDay doesn't seem to care about getting it back. This tells me a lot about the quality of their clothes. My advice is to avoid this company unless you want to waste a lot of time trying to return your order and get your money back. They refunded the cost of my order, but they didn't offer any compensation for the time I wasted.

I'm hesitant to give FloryDay even one star, but I have to. They deserve zero stars. After a complete disaster with the order, which I had asked them to cancel multiple times, I'm now in a fight with them about returning the order from the courier. They keep sending me useless messages saying the package was shipped on a certain date, but the tracking shows that it wasn't. Their phone number is disconnected, so there's no way to reach them by phone. I'm so frustrated that I'm considering reporting them to the UAE's cyber crime unit to get their website blocked in the UAE. FloryDay is truly an awful company.

FloryDay FloryDay Review: Slow Shipping, False Tracking, and Unreliable Refunds

So, I recently had an experience with FloryDay that I just have to share. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter on May 17th, and immediately received an automated email saying that my order had been received. However, it wasn't until May 22nd that I received an email saying that my package was out for shipment. That's five whole days! I mean, come on, FloryDay, get it together!

Anyway, I checked USPS and saw that they were expecting a package from another country to be delivered to my address. So far, so good. But then, two or three days later, I checked again and they were still waiting. And then, on the fourth day, and the fifth day, still nothing. I was starting to get worried, so I wrote a review on Sitejabber asking if FloryDay was a scam.

The very next day, I received an email from "Katie" at FloryDay, apologizing for my experience and offering me a full refund and the shoes once they were delivered. I was pretty excited about this, so I emailed her back to accept the offer and remove my review. The next day, I received an email saying that they had begun the refund process, but it would take 7 to 14 business days. What?! That's crazy! Who takes that long to refund someone?

To make matters worse, when I checked USPS on June 7th, the notification was gone. They never received the package and it was never shipped out. I was beyond mad. I highly doubt I will ever see a refund after they lied about the shoes being shipped.

I do business with a clothing company out of China, and they are so much better than FloryDay. I place an order, and two to three days later I have a notification that it's out for shipping. That same day, USPS is notified to expect a package. Two to four days later, the package is received by USPS. And when I had an issue with an order one time, this China company refunded me two days later. Two days! So why does FloryDay take 7 to 14 business days?

I will update this post in two and a half weeks to let you all know whether I receive the refund. But honestly, I highly doubt it. I'm about to tell my teenage daughter that she won't be getting new shoes, and I don't have the money to buy new ones now. What a hassle! I will never order from FloryDay again, and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.

FloryDay FloryDay Review: Poor Quality Products, Terrible Customer Service, and Lacking Communication

I recently had an experience with FloryDay that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a pair of shoes from their website, and while they did eventually arrive, they were faulty and the stitching was coming undone. To make matters worse, I had ordered them in a half size up to accommodate thick socks, but when they arrived, I could barely squeeze my foot in without any socks on.

I reached out to the company via their internal messaging system, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any notification that they had replied. It wasn't until I checked the messaging system myself that I saw their response. They informed me that they would only refund me the cost of the shoes, and that I would have to cover the initial postage as well as the return postage, despite the item being faulty. I argued with them for a while, pointing out the distant selling regulations with regards to faulty goods, but they were not budging.

Eventually, I threatened to go to my bank to get the refund, and they finally agreed to refund me the whole cost and send me a postage label. I sent the shoes back as requested, but it's been five days since they received them and I haven't heard anything about the return or received my refund. I've messaged them, but I'm not holding out much hope.

To make matters worse, FloryDay's communication is terrible. They use an internal messaging system that doesn't send any notifications to your email, so it's easy to miss their responses. And when they do respond, they're not very helpful or accommodating.

Overall, I would not recommend FloryDay. Their products are poor quality, their customer service is terrible, and their communication is lacking. It's been over four weeks since my initial complaint, and I still have no shoes and no money. Avoid this company at all costs.

FloryDay FloryDay Review: Beware of this Scam Company!

I gotta say, FloryDay is a total scam. I thought I was getting a sweet deal on a dress for only ?14.01, including shipping and handling. But when it arrived, it was a completely different dress with wonky measurements and a crooked hem. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back, and even then, I only got a little over ?11 back. It took a ton of back-and-forth emails to finally get a refund.

Now, I know FloryDay is based in Hong Kong, but they have offices in London and distribution centers in Birmingham and Manchester. So, they should have to follow English law, right? But it seems like they're getting away with some shady stuff. I've complained to Facebook, who advertises for them, but haven't heard a peep. I've also contacted Trading Standards, who are investigating, and sent info to Watch Dog and Rip off Britain.

My advice to anyone considering buying from FloryDay: don't just write it off as a bad experience. Take photos and measure the item you receive. If it's not what was advertised, they're breaking the law. Let's not let rip off companies like this get away with it. Complain and get them investigated.

FloryDay Floryday Harem Pants Review: Sizing Disaster, Non-Stretchy Material, and Website Woes

So, I ordered these Harem Pants from Floryday, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a disaster. I'm a size 18, so I ordered a 3XL, thinking that would be a good fit. But when they arrived, they were way too small. The waist measured only 28 inches without stretching, and even when fully stretched, they only got up to 44 inches. And the thigh space was only 24 inches, so there was no way they were going up. I can't imagine they would have been comfortable even if they did fit!

The material was non-stretchy nylon, which I only know because there was no label. And honestly, they looked like they would be made of stretchy cotton from the photo. But I guess that's what you get when people steal photos and use them all over the internet.

I requested a refund right away, but the pants still arrived a week later. So, I have to give props to Royal Mail for their speedy delivery. But the customer service from Floryday was not great. And to make matters worse, when I tried to sign in to their site with an incorrect email, it made me a new account and captured another email address for their spam list. And when I tried to use my correct email address, it wouldn't let me in, and changing my password consistently failed. It's all a bit of a joke, really.

But I will say this: Floryday did refund my money, and they didn't even ask me to return the pants. So, I guess that's something. And I have to give them an extra star for their customer service. But overall, I wouldn't recommend shopping with them. The sizing is all wrong, the material is not what you expect, and their website is a mess.

FloryDay Floryday Review: Shady Business Practices and Poor Quality Products

I gotta say, I've had a couple of experiences with Floryday and they were not good. The first time I ordered, I got two items in medium size. But when they arrived, they were way too small. I mean, I couldn't even squeeze into them. So I thought, okay, maybe I need to go up a size. The second time I ordered, I got the same items in large. But guess what? They were still too small! I mean, what's up with that? I measured the waist of the large shirt and it was over 72 inches. That's just ridiculous. Even a tailor couldn't fix that mess.

And don't even get me started on the leather bag I ordered. It was supposed to be leather, but it was actually vinyl. Cheap and unusable. And when I tried to contact customer service, I got no response. So I took to social media to vent my frustration. Turns out, Floryday is a subsidiary of ZC Holding Company of Hong Kong. My first order was for 79 bucks and the second was 153.67. That's a lot of money to waste on crappy clothes and accessories.

But here's the kicker. When I posted this review on Site Jabber, Floryday finally responded. They offered to give me my money back if I took down the review. Now, I'm not one to be bought off so easily. I mean, what kind of shady business practice is that? If I take down my review, it'll make it look like Floryday is all sunshine and rainbows. But that's not the truth. They only responded because I called them out publicly.

Thankfully, I had used PayPal to make my purchases. They were able to refund half of my money. But I'm still out a lot of cash. And I still don't have a phone number or address to return these items. So, if you're thinking about buying from Floryday, I'd say think twice. Unless you want to waste your money on clothes that don't fit and accessories that are cheap knockoffs.

FloryDay Floryday Review: Low Quality Products and Nightmare Returns Process

I gotta say, Floryday is not the best place to shop. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I made my purchase and now I'm regretting it big time. I've been trying to return my order for almost two months now and it's been a complete nightmare. The products I received were of such low quality that even my garbage can would be insulted if I threw them away. The pictures online looked great, but what I got was a completely different story.

When I tried to return the products, I kept getting these bogus return slips without any barcodes. It's like they don't want me to return anything. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for weeks now, sending them pictures of me leaving the goods at the Swedish PostNord office, but all I get are auto responses that don't confirm anything. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

If you're thinking about shopping at Floryday, I suggest you think twice. They don't follow any consumer laws and it's just not worth the hassle. I've already notified ARN, the Swedish Consumer Board, and they're going to put Floryday on their black list so others won't make the same mistake I did. Trust me, save yourself the trouble and don't buy anything from this website. It's just not worth it.

FloryDay FloryDay Review: Terrible Quality, Terrible Customer Service, Total Waste of Money

I gotta say, FloryDay is a real bummer. I was so excited to order some cute clothes from their website, but when my package finally arrived after two whole months, I was super disappointed. The quality of the clothes was just terrible, and the way they were cut was all wrong. I mean, I spent ?56.24 on this order, and it was just a total waste of money.

So, I decided to try and return the items, and that's when things got even worse. FloryDay only refunded me ?39.59, which is just ridiculous. And get this - they even charged me for the return delivery AND the original shipping fee! I couldn't believe it.

When I complained to them about it, they just gave me some lame excuse about how they couldn't refund the coupon value and how the shipping fee was paid to the delivery company. Like, seriously? That's the best they could come up with?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend FloryDay to anyone. They're just a terrible company with terrible customer service. If you're thinking about ordering from them, just save yourself the hassle and stay clear.

FloryDay FloryDay Review: Disappointing Quality and Questionable Customer Service

So, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with FloryDay. I mean, I ordered some stuff from them and it was just not up to snuff. The quality was pretty poor, if you ask me. So, I did what any reasonable person would do and left a negative review on this site and on Trustpilot. And you know what? FloryDay reached out to me not once, but twice, asking me to take down my review. They even offered to give me a full refund and let me keep the stuff! Can you believe that?

Now, I gotta admit, I was pretty skeptical. I mean, I didn't trust that they would actually give me my money back. But we started talking and they seemed pretty sincere. I even have some screen shots to prove it. But then, they told me they couldn't find my order because the number was invalid. And I gotta call them out on that. That's just straight up lying.

Look, FloryDay, if you're reading this, here's my advice: just own up to your mistakes. It's the only way you're gonna get a good review from me or anyone else. I mean, I get it, mistakes happen. But when you try to cover them up, it just makes things worse. Trust me, I know a thing or two about marketing.

So, I'm giving FloryDay three stars for customer service because they did reach out to me. But I can't give them five stars because they lied to me. And as for the quality of their goods? Well, let's just say it's not great. One star for that.

FloryDay FloryDay Review: Cute Designs, Poor Quality & Sizing, but Refund Policy Saves the Day

I recently purchased three dresses from FloryDay for a total of $120-something (on sale!). Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the dresses as they were cheaply made and too small. I was so upset that I wrote a review and contacted the company, and even tweeted about it. After some back and forth, they finally decided to refund me, which I was grateful for. Returning the dresses to China would have been incredibly expensive, as I had experienced before with a bridesmaid dress that cost half the price of the dress itself.

While I appreciate the refund, I do hope that FloryDay takes steps to improve their size charts and the quality of their dresses. On the bright side, they do have some really cute designs and potential. I was also informed that they are planning to open return centers in the US, which would be a great improvement.

However, I must note that I am not deleting my initial review, but rather changing it to be less angry.

Update: I returned to FloryDay's site after receiving a message from a lady who had a similar experience but was not able to get a refund. She would have had to return her dress to China, which would have cost as much as the dress itself. This is not acceptable. Additionally, I noticed that my review, which was originally 2 stars, had been changed to 5 stars somehow. FloryDay must improve their company before they can earn such high ratings.

Update 2: I received a call from FloryDay at 9pm from an unknown number, which I found to be rude and sketchy. I assume they wanted me to remove my review, but I told them to leave me alone before they could continue. I hope they respect my wishes and do not contact me again.

FloryDay FloryDay: A Terrible Website Run by Money-Grabbing Scammers

This website, FloryDay, is just terrible. I've never seen anything like it in my life! They're just a bunch of money-grabbing scammers pretending to be an online clothing store. Don't trust them!

I was looking for a beautiful white dress for a really important event that was coming up soon. I only had a month to go, so I thought even if there were some delays, I'd still get my dress on time. Everything on their website looked fine, and according to them, my dress would arrive in 5-7 days. I was used to reliable websites, so I was a bit surprised when day 4-5 came around and my dress still hadn't arrived. I tried calling their UK number, but no one answered. It wasn't until I read the fine print that I realized they were actually an HK site.

So I sent them an email asking when my dress would be sent, since it had already been 5 days. They replied to me days later saying they would follow up. Then, days later, they told me they were already preparing my dress, but it would be delayed. I still had hope, but then they finally told me they didn't have the materials to make my dress, so they would refund me. It's been weeks now, and I still haven't heard anything about my refund. They're completely ignoring me! They just took my money and ran. Lesson learned, I guess.

Oh, and by the way, you can't even reply to their messages because their link doesn't work. You have to start a new complaint every time! It's ridiculous! This whole thing is just a load of bull$#*!

FloryDay FloryDay Review: Terrible Customer Service and Subpar Products - Stay Away!

So, I recently bought some clothes and accessories from FloryDay and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. First of all, their sizes are way smaller than what I'm used to in the UK, so be aware of that if you're thinking of ordering from them. When I tried to return the items, they made it really difficult for me and didn't even give me a proper return address. It was a whole back and forth thing that was just ridiculous.

And get this - they wouldn't even accept the belt I bought back because of "hygiene reasons". I mean, come on, it's a belt! It's not like it's going to be touching my skin or anything. Plus, their website clearly states that you can return belts within 14 days, so what's the deal?

Honestly, I would advise anyone to stay away from this company. They're just a bunch of con artists who don't care about their customers. The quality of their products is subpar, their customer service is terrible, and they don't even offer free returns like they claim to. It's just not worth it.

In the end, I did manage to get a full refund, but only after they tried to bribe me into removing my negative review. They offered to give me all the items I had bought for free if I took down my review, but I refused. I wrote my review to warn others about my experience, not to get free stuff.

So yeah, avoid FloryDay at all costs. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

FloryDay Disappointing Experience with Floryday: Plastic Fabrics and Inaccurate Sizing

So, I decided to give Floryday a try during this lockdown period and ordered some clothes online. It took a while for my package to arrive, but I was kept informed throughout the process, which is understandable given the current pandemic situation.

When my package finally arrived, I was excited to try on my new clothes. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as I opened each bag. The clothes were nothing like what I had expected based on the pictures on the website.

To start with, all of the clothes were way too big for me. I had chosen my size based on the number 12, but I now realize that this might be the American size 12, which is actually a large and not a medium like I'm used to.

But the worst part was the fabrics. With the exception of one item, all of the fabrics had a plastic texture. One of the dresses, which was supposed to be a light summer dress, felt heavy and had the texture of a raincoat. Two other items felt like flimsy plastic shopping bags, completely transparent and really unpleasant to touch.

The colored motifs on the fabric were also disappointing. In the pictures, they looked textured, but in reality, they were flat and block printed, adding to the overall plasticky feel of the clothes.

To make matters worse, only three of the items had clothing tags, one had just a small label on the neckline, and another had absolutely no information at all. I didn't think this was allowed.

I'm currently trying to return all of the items, but I'm not sure if I'll get my money back. It's definitely put me off online clothes shopping for the foreseeable future.

So, if you're thinking of trying Floryday, be warned. My experience was not a good one, and I hope yours is better than mine.

FloryDay Order number [protected].

I ordered a jumper order on 20/05/2022. Order number028613550119.It is too small and is not the same colours as the photo on the website. I wish to exchange it for a medium in the advertised colours.

I do not have a printer so cannot print off the returns label. I have sent 3 emails there is no response. The returns form does not wish to accept my order number and the phone number in Paris is not recognised even with the prefixes.

It is a nightmare. I am extremely frustrated. Please advise

I have been waiting 27 days on 2 refunds.
One refund is for £16.95
Complained and told wait longer due to maintenance issues.
Nonsense! They have been telling people this for months and months
I cannot contact them by phone as no number for the UK
Got intouch with customer service who just keep saying wait longer and we'll give you a 10% discount off next order. I will never order again. I just want my money back

FloryDay Non delivery / unethical behavior

Stuck In Floryday Hell. I cannot believe that 6 months after they completely screwed up an order (2 months after the order it was not received and an empty package was tracked at a delivery company somewhere in the US ... refund received after 3 months) I am still being inundated with unwanted and never requested Marketing emails by this absolute joke of a company. It seems I just have to accept that they won't / can't remove me from any marketing lists... no explanation why, no explanation of what they are doing about it, no explanation of when this will be fixed... just an assurance that they will continue to harass me for as long as they want to. Surely there are laws about this? Be warned, it appears this relationship is for life, whether you want it or not. Order - *******97234 and Ticket numbers - *******839 / *******106 / *******050

FloryDay I already deleted my order why they send it to me

The sizing they have in chart are all wrong . The dress won't even fit in medium size person I tried it on my daughter who is medium size and it didn't fit. I asked for extra large and it's way too small . The material also is very cheap . I actually delete the items on the chart after my friend got hers first and she wasn't happy with it I don't know why they still send it to me anyway . I need to return that please send me the return label

FloryDay online order for a dress

I ordered floral dress from their website and received different floral pattern which i do not like. I contacted the customer service they advised me to read refund and exchange policy. So they do not cover shipping costs for me to ship back and then they will charge again shipping costs for exchanged product. By the time i calculate the costs of shipping back and forth it becomes not worth it to exchange.
I have attached two pictures one is with lady wearing necklace and the dress with floral print I ordered. But the second picture is what I received not as elegant as the one they showed me.

Its their fault to send me wrong pattern and they should exchange it for free including shipping and its their trick that most people will not. I recommend not to deal with such a tricky company. I have a family function on July 20th 2021 so I do not even know that i will wear this as its tacky compared to the one on website the one they showed me.

Desired outcome: They should ship me another dress for free the one I ordered and if they want the one they shipped earlier back they should pay for shipping for that too.

FloryDay Unable to print out return label

I want to return the 5 dresses I bought from Floryday as none of them are made out of the fabrics advertised on their web site. I have followed the instructions to return the goods which were received 7 days ago, well within the 14 day return period as advertised by the company. I have completed the details as to why I am returning the dresses, the method of return ie. Parcel Point AU Return Dropoff, hit the "submit" key but unable to print out the return label which needs to be included and, presumably, tells you the address where you need to return the items to.
