I am very very disappointed from your Vile Parle branch because I had called for my bill dispute they had told me we will call you within half an hour still right now they had not called me and I had called them 10 to 15 times or more than that from my two numbers is therefore not answering my calls and also they have not given me any solutions of why does dispute because I had asked on cash counter also this thing is free on this she told me yes
Also let me know I will my this thing will get solve Osho die go little more higher

महोदय,
आपके द्वारा प्रकाशित विज्ञापन को देखकर हम आज हम बिग बाजार में गए वहां पर प्रकाशित the great xchange offer details को सही तरह से नहीं समझाए गया और हम लोग को उन्होंने इसके बदले कूपन दिए इसका किस तरह से सामान लिया जाए यह नहीं बताया गया था जब हमने कूपन के बदले सामान लेना चाहा तो बोला10 परसेंट या 20 परसेंट ही कम होने कहां गया इतना ही कम होगा और बाकी पैसा आपको देना होगा हमारे पास 4750 के कूपन है मेरे पति की तनख्वाह 7000 में 1 माह में 40, 000 रुपए का सामान कहां खरीद पाऊंगी कृपया कूपन वापस कर कुछ पैसा वापस देने का कष्ट करें

Big Bazaar / Future Group Ezee press /product faluted also not give a solution also submited same last before 6 month

I went to the big bazar shopping on the 25 may 2018. I bought a one ezee press (iron) and same press foluted, I am told that your product foulted so they told no issue same has check and give a best solution but till same completly 10 month complete but no solution also when every time vist give a sweet toffy (Goli) no solution. and get please give a some time I call you Contact with in one or two days but still no call and no solution.

I sri jadu pati chattopadhyay purchased some clothes on 03/02/2019 at 12:43 from konnagar fbb of amount of rs. 2328.52 (during your offer period of rs. 2000.00 payback after purchase of amount more than rs. 2000.00). till the cash back amount of rs. 2000.00 not credited to my future pay wallet. suspected the cashier wrongly entered my mobile number to the computer. pl. do something and oblige me to cash back my amount as soon as possible.

Big Bazaar / Future Group beeping sound at the entrance.

Sir, I have been visited quite number of stores, malls etc at Bengaluru, Poona, Mumbai and even your store at above mentioned store, never ever beep sound came while entering the store. But when I entered your store at Belagavi on the evening of 29th Jan, your entrance door started beeping. Security requested me to check for the tag if I have purchased from outside. I said none. He asked me whether I am wearing new readymade clothes. I replied negatively. He asked me to handover my wallet after removing all belongings. He kept on searching for the tag for ten minutes. During all this time my family was waiting in the door only as culprits. You can understand the humiliation.
After searching for a good time, he removed something from the wallet and told that, because of this tag door was beeping. But as I am using the very wallet from last one year or so, in none of the stores/malls in the above mentioned cities, doors did not beeped. As the wallet was presented to me by my daughter, I called her and explained this. She told me that the high end wallet belongs to HIDESIGN company and it contains RFID tag, which helps in finding it in case of theft. Immediately, I met Mr Vikas Kaushal, staff No.483810 and explained everything and asked for replacement/cost of the wallet. He just said sorry politely.
This has happened absolutely because of the technical problem in your store. Hence, kindly do the needful to compensate for the loss incurred to me at the earliest.

Big Bazaar / Future Group delayed delivery of my products, received tampered products as well as all products not delivered

i purchased products worth Rs.8504 via store 4817 Siluguri cosmos mall on 23 rd Jan 2019i took some process along with me and rest i requested for home delivery. The products were delivered to me on 28 of Jan 2019 after lodging complain with future group on 26 the Of January via complain id BB31900340764 . On 28 the i received some tampered products as well as all products were not delivered. So i spoke to the delivery person regarding the same issue but they were literally very rude and impolite. Then i spoke to the manager of the store but he was too not co operative in this regards...So i lodged a complain again vide complain id BB31900395019 ON 30/02/2019 but still my issue has not been resolved by the store i haven't received my products.. i m feeling so harressed and depressed with big bazaar n future pay pathetic services. I dont recommend it at all.

Today Date 23/01/19 Gone to bareily Phonix Mall Big Bagar To change my school bag which was torn and was in warrenty when i show my bag to give me right information about he speaks very rudly and loudly and using dirty language he should have manners i m student of 9th class he should speak in well manner and he didn't change my bag which was in warrenty my mother was also there and he also speak rudely with her ... shii i m feeling shame that i am your costumer from last 5 years .. Big Bazaar / Future Group no cashback received

On Friday 30/11/2018 I did a shop for Rs 441 (for the store offer of buy 3 apperials and get 33% cashback in Future pay wallet) and gave my future pay linked mobile number to get 33% cashback in Future pay wallet still not got the cashback.I emailed the team several times but got the response late couple of times gave all the needed attacments. Now they say that your number is not showing eligible as per the available record. I want this to b sorted by any of the manager and not by an agent.
The receipt is been sent to them, but they dont reply.

Big Bazaar / Future Group mishandling by security personnel

Today I visited Big Bazaar at ZSquare, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh as I wanted to buy some gifts but I couldn't found anything suitable for me. I simply walked away from store but as I stepped out the outdoor unit started to beep because of some technical glitch suddenly guards ran towards me and floor manager took me some trial room, I felt as if I have committed some heinous crime as all visitors were looking at me, I felt humiliated and then they dragged me then took off my clothes and made me nearly naked...I am still in mental trauma as this was my first such instance, I was kept on telling that I don't have anything with me and plead continuously but nobody was ready to listen. After that they saw me that I was under immense stress they started to bribe and offered me freebies but I denied as I was not interested in that all, somehow I mustered courage and left the premises with deep agony and shame. All the way to home I was thinking do these big bazaar manager have that really that right to humiliate and torcher common man and when they don't find anything then they can bribe someone do big companies think that everyone is corrupt and gullible.
I didn't want to tell anyone about this incidence but my values find it unacceptable and this mentality need to be changed.

Big bajar db bhopal Cashier who is worked in bakery department was no sense. What is the importance of customer he said they don't have change jisko complaint karke hai karo. Boss bigg bajar is a reputed company and you don't provide the change than close your outlet and train all cashier about the customer satisfaction. You hierd only aged unbehavier staff.

Big Bazaar / Future Group lesser items in the product

Sir,
Today on 06.11.18 I have purchased 8 boxes of KITCHEN ESSENZA MEGA KITCHEN SET which includes 18 pieces of kitchenware. But it is very sad to see that many boxes contained lesser items then shown in the mart.
We were there to purchase products for corporate bulk orders and relied on the salesman who opened one box in front of us and then took seven other boxes by himself, we were not at all expecting this kind of service from such big brand.

Looking forward for your assurance to change the product in an easy go.

दिनांक २४-१०-२०१८ को मई बिग बाज़ार रेव मोती रावतपुर कानपूर गया था . मई बिग बाज़ार का रेगुलर ग्राहक हूँ . मुझे वहा एक व्यक्ति ने एक कूपन दिया बोला की ड्रा निकला जायेगा, कुछ इनाम मिलेगा . मैंने उसको अपना नम्म और फ़ोन न० बता दिया. अगले दिन एक फ़ोन आता है और एक महिला बोलती है की आप बिग बाज़ार के सम्मानित ग्राहक है कल के ड्रा में 15 लोगो को ड्रा में विजेता घोषित किया गया है, आप lucky विजेता है, आप सपत्नी नवाज़ बिल्डिंग आर्य नगर में
आयोजित कार्यक्रम में आमंत्रित है और अपना इनाम प्रप्त कर ले . जब मै नवाज़ बिल्डिंग पहुचा तो वहा bajaj capital के ऑफिस में वो लोग मिले, एक घंटे तक उन्होंने अपनी स्कीम समझाई और force करने लगे की बीमा ले . मैंने इंकार कर दिया तो मेरे साथ misbehave किया गया .
मई ये जानना चाहता हूँ की आप के स्टोर में इस तरह के लोग क्यों घुमते है जो ग्राहकों को आपके बिग बाज़ार के नाम पर दुसरे धंधे करते है, धोका देते है क्या आपका इनसे कोई मिली भगत है .

Big Bazaar / Future Group product missing & wrong information at the time of purchase

Hello sir,

I made a purchase in bigbazar shreebhumi, laketown (kolkata) on 21st october 2018.
First of all the executive standing near the brand are good for nothing, my father being aged about 57yr old, having trouble in bending and seeing the offer asked one of your executive about the offer, the executive offered his help and informed that the combs are on offer buy 1 get 1, on trusting him my father purchased it as well as he purchased col cream and shampoo according to the offer being informed by the executive, total purchase was made of 17k something, out of which in few items we are facing problem,
1. One pantene shampoo is 2016 manufacturing
2. One pantene shampoo written price is 220, as per offer rs 50 was discount, still have to pay 180 rs instead of 170rs
3. 2 small cold cream, amount of which is included in the bill, but missing in the bag
4. Comb was informed as buy 1 get 1 offer but nothing like that is mentioned in the bill, random items are made free and random are made chargeable

I just want to know, that when am shopping under such great brand, why is that I need to double check my bills?
Is this is the service expected from future group?
And this is the common practice of bigbazar to do such practice and on complaining the staff are too rude,

Date of the incident:04.10.2018

Descriptionof the incident: My Father, Mr.Tapan Kumar Das who is an senior citizen person was harrased by Free Delivery Counter Employee of Birati BigBazar, Mr.Tanmay Ghosh each and every month during submission of home delivery products.But this month The employee crossed his limit.My Father purchased Grocery items(Amount :Rs.5431/-) on 4 th October at 2.54 pm. As per as BigBazar's protocal, Grocery Products should be delivered within 24 hrs delivery .Employee registered delivery date on 9th october, 2018.When He asked the employee about the reason of delay.He told due to pressure of huge home delivery order.My father agreed with his opinion.But on 9th oct, 2018 we didn't received products except a message.on 10th october at 7.30 pm we received products.

Big Bazaar / Future Group poor customer service of big bazaar

Dear Team,

I would like you to know that I purchased a Dreamline mop from the Big Bazaar Thrissur outlet in the year 2017 and it functioned well till the 1 year guarantee period but few days post the guarantee deadline the spring of the mop rod stopped working because of which when the mop is inserted into the tub the water doesn't squeeze out automatically as the rod doesn't press in and it dosen't spin as it is supposed to be. When I asked the representative there whether they would provide an extra rod they gave a reply saying that they do not have the stock presently.It is the same reply i get everytime i ask the representatives there.Neither am I getting the spare in any other local shops.When i called up the customer care person they told me that they do not keep an extra stock of rod and i will have to get it repaired from a local shop.When i asked for the manufacturer details to lodge a complaint they could not provide even that stating they do not have the details of them.Last time when I visited the outlet I saw a couple buying the product and warned them about the poor service of Big Bazaar which ended up in them not buying the product.After paying such a huge amount for the product it lasted only for a year. Very disappointed with the service.

Big Bazaar / Future Group big bazaar fails to honour promotional incentive

I hold a Profit Club membership at Big Bazaar. On 13 April, I received the following SMS message from Profit Club / Big Bazaar. A similar repeat message was also received on 16 April

"Dear Mrs, Profit Club offer! Shop for Rs 3000+ and get Rs 300 off. Code [protected]. Validity : 13th - 17th Apr'16 at Big Bazaar stores in NCR only. T&C?"

I shopped at Big Bazaar on 13 April and showed them the message with the code. However, despite several trials, the computer at the billing counter did not accept the code. The supervisor at the store said that the code was applicable only on food products and therefore all other items were set aside. The computer still did not accept the code.

I called the profit club helpline and they informed me that the offer was only for garments, which was just the opposite of what I was informed by the store supervisor. As a matter of fact, I had received a separate message for garments with a separate code and I was not using that code. The code I was using just said "shop for Rs 3000+".

When I asked the helpline that I wanted to escalate the call, the lady executive said that there was no need as the supervisor would give me the same answer. When I insisted, I was put on hold with no further update so I finally disconnected the call after 12 minutes and went ahead with my billing.

I have thereafter written to profit club on 13 April with several follow up reminders. The response I received initially was asking for my telephone number and store location which I provided promptly. However, I did not receive any follow call and neither have I received any clarification from them.

My complaint is:

A) why did big bazaar not honour the offer made by them
B) why is it not possible to escalate a call to the profit club helpline to get a satisfactory Response
C) why have I not received any satisfactory response until now.

Big Bazaar / Future Group some salesman behaviour dishonour woman.

Today I observed one of the salesperson showing obscene behaviour to a particular young lady.The lady when observed that, she and her other family member immediate left the place without buying anything.
The person was acting in such a way that nobody can understand anything .If this going on we are unable to bring our family in the haldia bigbazar.

Big Bazaar / Future Group cheating

in the national newspaper there is a good half page advertisement of lower prices of few articles without any conditions on the Wednesday special deals .i went to the store and picked up the tetra pack milk of the required quantities I wished to buy..
While I stood in the queue to pay I am told by some employee or manager of the store that I cannot pick up beyond 4 pieces ...but I said no where it is written and it wasn't there in the newspaper ...but he didn't care to listen. Is this a method of luring the customer to come to the store ...I call it CHEATING. IS MR. BIYANI LISTENING ?
Advertising something and once the customer comes to the store the real story is something else?how long will such promises last ...one bad experience and that customer will never enter the store

As mentioned in thier advertisement that if we buy more then Rs 7999 then we are entitled for juicer, mixer, grinder as free gift just after showing the bill.i shop for Rs 8600 and they are giving fake promises since 3 days and giving all non sense reasons for not providing the gift.this is very sad and no manager is coming forward to talk and resolve this. i do not know why they are cheating people like this.

Big bazaar, old madras road, bangalore, very rude behavior by the baggage counter person and also the billing person. I asked for a big polythene bag just to manage the purchase whatever I made there, they didn't gave the bag and also behaved in a very bad way. I won't go the shop ever, and even suggest the friend to not go there for marketing

according to what is written on the camera box i should have recived charger with the camera however big bazaar person is saying that they are not providing the charger and i have to pay for that separately.

I have ordered a washing machine and metal coat from Big Bazaar bangalore and they have failed in the assured date of delivery. Its been a month and not received the coat yet. Washing machine they delivered in wrong way... it got damaged a little..

They are not even bothered to inform about the delay.

I also faced a similar situation, I purchased a lot of things, I asked the security, where can I get a big poly bag to put all the bags in one and big bag and take in bike, they told you can get it in baggage counter, I went to baggage counter they told, you can get it in inside, we are not giving polythene. I went inside to get the same, they told you can get it in baggage counter. I again went to them they told they don't have.I again went to one security, that security guy came with me and they got the big polythene from the same baggage counter. I asked they baggage counter, how are you giving the big polythene now, you told you don't have, he replied in a very bad way . he told through hand.I thought to reply and do some thing, but I had some relatives with me, so I didn't told him much. This incident happened in bangalore old madras road big bazaar.

Big Bazaar / Future Group indifferent attitude and deficiency in service

We have visited Food Bazaar, a unit of Big Bazaar, Mangalore. While collecting the groceries, the counter person charged us for plastic bag which was originally torn and requested him to replace with a new one. The Counter Clerk started arguing and mis-behaved with us. Further, we have talked to Complaint desk Phone No.[protected] at around 9.20 pm, kindly look for the recorded message of this call, even there very rudely he answered our call. This state of affairs results in not visiting the Big Bazaar henceforth.
