I ordered a chair for my husband for Christmas and paid $99 for same day delivery. They said that it would be at my house between 9am and 9pm on the 24th I believe due to the time I ordered. so I canceled all my plans for Christmas Eve and stayed home waiting for my Christmas present for my husband. At 8:55 I get a text saying sorry you have to reschedule delivery, no explanations as to why just reschedule. I went in and had to reschedule for the day after Christmas. So not only did I give up being with my family on Christmas Eve, I had not gift for my husband. When I put in a complaint they told me basically that it's not labeled as Same day delivery fees and that pretty much they delivered it so I should be happy and that that's what the fee was because they delivered as promis. Now if you go in and look at the form you fill out for ordering online it says Same day delivery $99. I'm pretty discusted that I was pushed aside and pretty much told hey you should be happy we even delivered it, they didn't say that but that was how it felt. I asked for a refund because I didn't receive same day delivery but more like 3 day delivery and I was denied because I received it. Oh I almost forgot, the box it came in was destroyed... the product wasn't damaged though
